Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an anastomat for closing surgical incisions.
Background
The existing surgical operation method for the known skin incision line is as follows: firstly, cutting the skin according to a cutting line, and performing operation; and step two, postoperative suturing is carried out, namely, skin wounds are sutured, and tissues on two sides of the wounds are dislocated when the wounds are sutured, so that the wounds are long in healing time, large scars appear after healing, and attractiveness is affected.
At present, the clinical skin suture modes include invasive and non-invasive, the invasive closure modes include needle and thread suture and skin nail suture, the invasive suture has secondary injury and is easy to infect, and the appearance is influenced by scars.
The existing noninvasive closing mode comprises a glue closing mode and a pull buckle closing mode, and although the problem of secondary damage is avoided compared with the invasive closing mode, the glue closing mode and the pull buckle closing mode still have the defects.
The glue closing has the advantages of rapid hemostasis and reduction of inflammation, because the glue is bonded with the wound, each point of tissues on two sides of the wound can be tightly attached together, the formed scar is minimum, and the cosmetic effect is good, but the glue is poor in bonding shock resistance, and the wound can be cracked due to violent movement.
The closed pull buckle has the advantages that the skin wound is fixed reliably, the tensile strength is strong (the tensile strength of each group of pull buckles is more than or equal to 8 newtons), the clinical use is safe, the pull buckle is closed in an equidistant sewing mode, tissues on two sides of the wound at the sewing point can be tightly attached, the tissue attachment degree on two sides of the wound is reduced slightly far away from the sewing point, the wound healing time is slow, and a small scar can appear after healing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art, and provides an anastomat for closing a surgical incision, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, minimum scar, good cosmetic effect, strong tension resistance and safe clinical use.

A method of stapler-anastomotic wound manipulation for closing a surgical incision, comprising the steps of:
preparing before an operation, cleaning the surface of skin, confirming that the surface of the skin is clean, drawing a line, drawing a cut line on the skin, selecting a skin anastomat with a proper specification, cutting the conjunction assistor to a proper length, tearing off a substrate layer of the conjunction assistor, aligning an indication line in the middle of the pull buckle component with the cut line, smoothly sticking and fixing a base band on the skin at two sides of the cut line, and taking down the pull buckle component to cut the skin according to the cut line to perform an operation;
