Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型农药控失剂及其制备方法。通过改性天然碳纳米材、多元醇型非离子活性剂与中药萃取物相融合添加到药液中,利用氢键、范德华力、静电引力等分子间弱作用力将农药分子吸附固定,植物叶面的粗糙微观表面将复合物滞留在叶片表面上,增强其在作物叶面上的附着能力,减少淋失和吹失,降低其迁移率的同时增强农药的渗透性和传导率,使药液分子渗透进入植物体内传导,从而减少农药用量,提高农药利用率,缓解农药对环境的污染风险。在保证作物病虫害防治的前提下,减少20‑30%的农药使用量,达到减量控害,降低农药残留,降低农药使用成本,采用纯天然的植物材料和食品级的多元醇型非离子活性剂,保障农产品安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型农药控失剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
农药的高流失率、低利用率一直以来都是当前农业生产中面临的主要问题。农药流失会导致作物的抗病性减弱,作物质量下降,产量降低。种植者为了获得较高的产量和收益,通常会加大农药的施用量和施用次数,不仅造成严重的资源浪费,还会引起农药残留、环境污染以及病虫害抗药性增强等问题。如何减少农药施用量和使用频率,增强防效是目前面临的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供的一种新型农药控失剂及其制备方法包含如下组分:
(1)羟酸化木质素磺酸盐分散剂、曲拉通X-100、蜂蜜、中药萃取物;
(2)羟酸化木质素磺酸盐分散剂含量为20-40wt%;中药萃取物含量为3-7wt%;曲拉通X-100含量为15-20wt%;蜂蜜含量为2-4wt%;水30-50wt%;
(3)所述的中药萃取物为薄荷、蓝花侧金盏、螃蟹甲、闹羊花、西番莲、库森、蜂房、狼毒、灵香草、绿蓝花、白果、核桃叶、金银花、蒲公英、草乌、泽漆、牵牛花、士荆皮、苦楝皮、鹤草芽、雷公藤、花椒、蛇床子、地肤子、皂角树叶、何首乌、牵牛花、松针片、芜荑、山茱萸、榧子、大蓟、艾叶、泽漆、辣椒、大青叶、板蓝根、白花蛇舌草、百部、紫花地丁的萃取物;
(4)优选的萃取物为大青叶、板蓝根、白花蛇草、百部、紫花地丁的萃取物。
本发明公开了一种新型农药控失剂及其制备方法。天然木质素存在于木材中,木质素的生物合成简要地来说是由二氧化碳和水通过光合作用经由葡萄糖、莽草酸、酪氨酸、对羟基肉桂酸、香豆醇到松柏醇和丁香醇,最后由香豆醇、松柏醇和丁香醇的3中花歌舞单元组成,经脱氢聚合反应生成结构十分复杂的、交联网状无定型酚类高分子聚合物的木质素。由于木质素上有酚式羟基上氢,C=C 双键,苯酚上其他位置,苯甲醇羟基等都有能起反应的基团,因而改性后的木质素磺酸盐品种繁多,结构显得十分复杂。对具有亲水基或亲水性较强的农药活性成分,可选用低磺化度的木质素磺酸盐;反之,则宜选用高磺化度的木质素磺酸盐产品。木质素磺酸盐在水中溶解很快,有利于颗粒的崩解,它与液体化肥的混用性也好。不足之处是在降低表面张力、润湿性和渗透力方面较差,分散持久性较差,而且常带颜色,一般推荐与其他分散剂一起使用将起到更好作用。

(3)使用纯天然材料,无毒害,保障食品安全;
(4)配置过程简单,成本低。

结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
以下实施例中,固体制剂的配比均为重量百分比,液体制剂的配比均为体积百分比,生物活性部分的处理剂量均为有效含量,即“有效成分比”。
一、控失剂的配制
1、控失剂原液的配制
按配方要求,分别加入羟酸化木质素磺酸盐分散剂、中药萃取物、曲拉通X-100、蜂蜜、水。
实施例1
(1)将羟酸化木质素磺酸盐分散剂60g、中药萃取物9g、曲拉通X-100、45g、蜂蜜6g、水180g搅拌均匀制得控失剂原液。
(2)将上述控失剂原液加入700g农药原液中,使用参照1000g的农药稀释配比加水稀释待用。
实施例2
(1)将羟酸化木质素磺酸盐分散剂90g、中药萃取物15g、曲拉通X-100、54g、蜂蜜9g、水132g搅拌均匀制得控失剂原液。
(2)将上述控失剂原液加入700g农药原液中,使用参照1000g的农药稀释配比加水稀释待用。
实施例3
(1)将羟酸化木质素磺酸盐分散剂120g、中药萃取物21g、曲拉通X-100、60g、蜂蜜12g、水87g搅拌均匀制得控失剂原液。
(2)将上述控失剂原液加入700g农药原液中,使用参照1000g的农药稀释配比加水稀释待用。

Claims (5)
1.一种新型农药控失剂其特征在于:所述控失剂配方羟酸化木质素磺酸盐分散剂、曲拉通X-100、蜂蜜、中药萃取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型农药控失剂,其特征在于,所述羟酸化木质素磺酸盐分散剂含量为20-40wt%;中药萃取物含量为3-7wt%;曲拉通X-100含量为15-20wt%;蜂蜜含量为2-4wt%;水30-50wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型农药控失剂,其特征在于,所述的中药萃取物为薄荷、蓝花侧金盏、螃蟹甲、闹羊花、西番莲、库森、蜂房、狼毒、灵香草、绿蓝花、白果、核桃叶、金银花、蒲公英、草乌、泽漆、牵牛花、士荆皮、苦楝皮、鹤草芽、雷公藤、花椒、蛇床子、地肤子、皂角树叶、何首乌、牵牛花、松针片、芜荑、山茱萸、榧子、大蓟、艾叶、泽漆、辣椒、大青叶、板蓝根、白花蛇舌草、百部、紫花地丁的萃取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型农药控失剂,其特征在于,优选的萃取物为大青叶、板蓝根、白花蛇草、百部、紫花地丁的萃取物。
5.一种新型农药控失剂制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将羟酸化木质素磺酸盐分散剂、中药萃取物、曲拉通X-100、蜂蜜、水搅拌均匀制得控失剂原液;
(2)将控失剂原液加入农药原液中,使用参照农药说明书提供的稀释比例,将农药用量调整为70%加水稀释待用。
