A fabric processing and finishing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the scraping assembly comprises a scraper, a slide bar, a connecting bar and a guide block, the guide block is horizontally provided with an internal slide slot, the slide bar is slidably disposed in the slide slot of the guide block and is movable in the horizontal direction, the scraper is angularly adjustably connected to one end of the slide bar, and the connecting bar is movably connected to the other end of the slide bar by a pin.
6. A fabric processing and finishing device as defined in claim 1, wherein the outer layer of the feeding mechanism is further covered with a heating jacket for heating the feeding mechanism.
7. A fabric processing and finishing device as defined in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism, the spraying mechanism, the scraping assembly and the leveling plate are disposed on both sides of the fabric to be processed and finished in a vertically symmetrical manner.
