Abstract

Background
When the vertical plating gantry line is used for machining a PCB, the PCB is subjected to drilling flow, all working procedures except the plating working procedure are required to be machined, electroplated copper plating is required to be manufactured, so that the functional requirements of customers are met, and when the vertical plating gantry line is machined, a special electroplating clamp is required to be used for fixing a plate and forming a closed path with a rectifier circuit of equipment, electroplating can be performed, so that the requirements of the customers are met.
The surface of the PCB and the surface of the clamp can be remained with corrosive chemicals after the electroplating of the PCB, so that the clamp and the PCB are required to be washed together with high-level water, the clamp and water on the PCB are required to be dried after the high-level water washing, an operator needs to take an air gun to blow the clamp and water on the PCB, but in the process of blowing the clamp by the operator, the water can flow to the plate surface along the direction of the clamp, and chemical residues are inevitably contained in the moisture which is not dried, so that once the water flows to the plate surface, the hole can pollute the hole of the PCB plate surface, the hole is corroded with chemical copper, the hole is free of copper, customer complaints such as non-conductive quality problem in the hole of the PCB plate are caused, and great loss is caused.

the first clamping arm 100 is installed at the lower end of the fixed rod 310, a limiting head 110 protruding inwards is formed on the inner surface of the first clamping arm 100, and a first clamping head 120 is arranged at the lower side of the limiting head 110;
the second clamping arm 200 is installed at the lower end of the stress part 332 of the pry bar 300, a second clamping head 210 correspondingly matched with the first clamping head 120 is arranged at the inner surface of the second clamping arm 200, and a clamping gap 220 is formed between the first clamping head 120 and the second clamping head 210;
a tension spring 400 is connected between the lower end of the force bearing part 332 of the pry bar 300 and the lower end of the fixed bar 310;

The force application part 331 is released, and the force receiving part 332 falls under the action of the tension spring 400, so that the first chuck 120 and the second chuck 210 can clamp the PCB.
In order to avoid that the liquid on the clamp flows down onto the PCB board, the lower end of the first clamping arm 100 forms a tapered first drainage portion 130, and the lower end of the second clamping arm 200 forms a tapered second drainage portion 230, it is understood that, in use, the lower end of the clamp faces downward, and the liquid flows down along the drainage portions on the first clamping arm 100 and the second clamping arm 200 under the action of gravity, so that the liquid is prevented from flowing to the PCB board.
In order to further prevent the liquid on the fixture from flowing onto the PCB, the lower end of the limiting head 110 exceeds the lower end of the first clamping arm 100, at least one side surface of the limiting head 110 is provided with a flow blocking plate 111, the flow blocking plate 111 protrudes outwards from the side surface of the limiting head 110, and the upper surface of the flow blocking plate 111 is provided with a flow guiding groove; the baffle 111 is gradually inclined downwards from inside to outside, and the baffle 111 is located above the gap 220 between the first chuck 120 and the second chuck 210, so that the liquid can flow down along the baffle and is prevented from flowing onto the PCB board located in the gap 220.
