When the shopping trolley is not provided with a large number of heavy objects, the movable rod 5 can be rotated to the first position from the second position, at the moment, the movable rod 5 is arranged in parallel with the plane, the movable wheel 6 can not touch the ground, and a user can only rotate through the traveling wheel 2 when dragging the shopping trolley to advance.

the shopping cart further comprises: two mounting panels and two loose wheel mechanisms, two mounting panels are fixed respectively the both sides of frame, two loose wheel mechanisms are arranged respectively the both sides of two mounting panels, every loose wheel mechanism all includes: the movable rod, the movable wheel and the locking device, the middle parts of the two movable rods are respectively rotatably arranged on the corresponding mounting plates, the movable wheel is rotatably arranged on the first end of the movable rod, each movable wheel mechanism comprises a push rod, the middle part of the push rod is rotatably arranged on the mounting plates, the first end of the push rod extends out of the mounting plates, the second end of the push rod is abutted between the rotating center of the movable rod and the first end of the movable rod, the distance from the first end of the push rod to the rotating center of the push rod is greater than the distance from the second end of the push rod to the rotating center of the push rod,
the movable rod is configured to rotate between a first position and a second position, when the movable rod is located at the first position, the movable rod is arranged in parallel with the plane and is fixed on the mounting plate through the locking device, when the movable rod is located at the second position, an included angle is formed between the movable rod and the plane, the included angle is 30-165 degrees, and the movable wheel is arranged in parallel with the traveling wheel;
the locking device comprises a ball, a ball mounting hole is formed in the second end of the movable rod, a cover plate is mounted on the ball mounting hole, a through hole is formed in the cover plate, the ball mounting hole and the mounting plate are arranged oppositely, one part of the ball is arranged in the ball mounting hole and clamped on the through hole, the other part of the ball extends out of the through hole, a first arc-shaped hole and a second arc-shaped hole matched with the ball outside the ball mounting hole are formed in the mounting plate, when the movable rod is located at the first position, the other part of the ball is located in the first arc-shaped hole, and when the movable rod is located at the second position, the other part of the ball is located in the second arc-shaped hole;
