The adjusting bolt 3 is loosened by a wrench, the distance between the reference surface of the reference disc 1 and the needle point of the scriber 4 is read from the adjusting rod, the adjusting rod 2 is adjusted, the distance between the reference surface and the needle point of the scriber meets the drawing size requirement, and the adjusting bolt 3 is locked.
