Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to an arterial puncture needle.
Background
Clinically, for critical operation patients or intensive care patients, continuous blood pressure monitoring is required, and usually invasive blood pressure detection is adopted, namely, an arterial indwelling needle is inserted into an artery and then connected with an arterial pressure measuring device, so that the change of arterial blood pressure is measured immediately. The combination of stainless steel needle, indwelling needle and needle tube sleeve is that stainless steel needle tube is inserted into indwelling needle tube through the inner cavity of catheter seat of indwelling needle, the needle seat is inserted into tail end of catheter seat, handle is held on two sides of needle seat of indwelling needle, needle tube sleeve is covered outside indwelling needle tube.
When the blood pressure measuring device is used, the needle tube sleeve is taken down, the stainless steel needle tube and the indwelling needle catheter are inserted into an arterial blood vessel together according to the conventional method, the blood flow blocking valve is placed at the opening position, if blood return occurs in the channel of the catheter seat, the needle head of the stainless steel needle tube is inserted into the arterial blood vessel, the stainless steel needle is pulled out, the blood flow blocking valve is closed to block the blood flow, the tail end of the catheter seat is connected with the arterial pressure measuring device through the connecting tube, and the change of the blood pressure in the artery can be observed immediately.
However, such arterial indwelling needles have the following drawbacks: 1) Although the blood flow blocking valve can be closed to block blood flow, in actual operation, the blood cannot be completely prevented from overflowing from the tail end of the catheter seat, and after the stainless steel needle is withdrawn, the time difference before the blood flow blocking valve is closed can cause blood ejection, so that pollution is easy to cause, and particularly, the blood of infectious patients is easy to cause; 2) The blood flow blocking valve can realize the opening and closing of the inner cavity channel of the catheter seat by sliding forwards and backwards, so that the indwelling needle is easy to cause instant impact during sliding, the indwelling needle is easy to go deep to cause the pain of a patient during forward pushing, and the indwelling needle catheter is easy to be separated from an arterial vessel during backward pulling; 3) When the stainless steel needle and the indwelling needle catheter are inserted into an arterial vessel, if the blood flow blocking valve is in an open position, the stainless steel needle and the indwelling needle catheter are easy to separate and difficult to insert, and if the blood flow blocking valve is in a closed position, the stainless steel needle can slightly deform under the action of the blood flow blocking valve, so that the use is affected.
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the arterial puncture needle which has simple structure and convenient use, the blocking of the channel of the catheter seat is realized by arranging the extrusion block and the extrusion device which are made of rubber materials, when the indwelling catheter and the puncture needle tube are inserted into an artery, the extrusion block is tightly pressed by the extrusion device, the indwelling catheter and the puncture needle tube are not easy to separate, when the puncture needle tube is pulled out, the extrusion device is not required to be loosened, the arterial puncture needle is directly pulled out, the rubber tube in the middle of the extrusion block can be collapsed under the action of pressure, the blocking of the channel of the catheter seat is realized, and the occurrence of blood spraying is avoided; the extrusion device adopts a specially designed synchronous extrusion mechanism, and the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate synchronously draw close to the middle part of the extrusion block, so that the puncture needle tube is prevented from deforming under the action of pressure when the channel of the catheter seat is blocked; the extrusion device realizes compaction through the screw rod, realizes blood flow blocking, and avoids instant impact on the indwelling needle when the catheter seat channel is opened and closed.
