Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of test equipment, relates to a grinding device, and particularly relates to a micro sample grinding device.
Background
In the industries of nuclear power, petrifaction, metallurgy and the like, a lot of equipment can be in service for a long time under harsh environments of high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion and the like, and the materials of the equipment can be degraded to different degrees, even more safety accidents are caused. In order to ensure that the equipment can run safely for a long time, the pressure-bearing equipment needs to be periodically checked during service. Conventional non-destructive testing can detect intrinsic or surface defects without compromising the structural integrity of the device or component, but fails to obtain the mechanical properties of the material such as yield strength, tensile strength, fracture toughness, and the like. The mechanical properties of the material can be obtained by a conventional tensile test, a high-temperature creep test, an impact test, a fracture toughness test and the like, but a large amount of test materials are required and belong to destructive sampling tests. Based on the above disadvantages, micro-specimen testing techniques have been widely studied due to their advantages of micro-loss sampling, such as small punch test, in-situ tensile test, micro-specimen creep test, and the like.
In the micro-specimen testing technology, in order to eliminate the influence of surface roughness and wire-cutting residual stress on the test result, the surface of the micro-specimen needs to be ground. At present, the grinding methods for the surfaces of micro samples in different laboratories at home and abroad are different, and the micro samples are generally ground manually or by a metallographic grinder. The two methods only need to apply pressure manually, only one surface is ground, and the surface needs to be changed continuously in the grinding process, so that the parallelism of the two surfaces of the micro sample cannot be ensured, the experience correlation error between the test data is increased, and the progress of the micro sample test research and engineering application is hindered. In addition, the general grinding method has high technical requirements on testers, has low working efficiency and is easy to hurt the testers.
In view of the above, there is a need to design a new micro-sample polishing device to overcome the above-mentioned defects of the existing polishing method.
