taking a height datum plane 20 on the base blank 3 as a datum, using a height ruler and matching with a sample punch to test the allowance of the end face to be tested on the bottom surface and the upper end of the base blank 3; taking each side surface scribing reference surface 33 as a reference, checking the allowance of each corresponding side surface of the base blank 3 which needs allowance checking by using a height ruler and matching with a sample punch; sleeving all the boring inspection plates 36 on each fixed slide rod 35 respectively, and pressing the lower ends of the boring inspection plates 36 on the openings of the upper ends of the corresponding motor boring holes 38 so as to inspect the allowance of each motor boring hole 38;
then, according to the residual quantity test result, the placement position of the base blank 3 is properly adjusted so as to achieve the purpose of properly adjusting the borrowing materials, so that the residual quantity of each part of the base blank 3 is uniform;
then, the height ruler is leaned against the upper end face of the fixed platform 2, and a bottom face alignment line, a bottom face processing line and a processing line of an end face to be inspected at the upper end of the base blank 3 are drawn on the base blank 3 in a sliding mode by the height ruler; the height rule is leaned against each center marking datum plane 30, and the corresponding side surface of the base blank 3 is marked with a transverse placing position center line by the height rule in a sliding mode; the height gauge is placed against the side scoring datum plane 33 and the machining line is scored in a sliding manner with the height gauge on the corresponding side of the base blank 3 to be tested for margin.

Then, according to the residual quantity test result, the placing position of the base blank (3) is properly adjusted so as to achieve the purpose of properly adjusting the borrowing materials, and the residual quantity of each part of the base blank (3) is uniform;
