技术领域
本发明关于普通类型的通气过滤嘴香烟。
背景技术
通气过滤嘴香烟是先有技术。这些香烟包括过滤嘴中的通气区，在抽烟时通过该通气区吸入空气。通气区可采用如激光束来给过滤嘴包装纸打孔或其它多种方法来产生。给过滤嘴通气有利于控制烟味，并可以有助于改良香烟的尼古丁和凝结物的量。
在包住通气区时抽烟，烟量将明显增加。
发明概述
本发明的目的是设计一种不具有上述缺点的通风过滤嘴香烟。尤其是当在包住通气区抽烟时，烟量仅有少量增加。本发明目的将由按权利要求1的特征部分设计的通气过滤嘴香烟来达到。
本发明过滤嘴香烟的优点在于在包住通气区抽烟时与不用本发明主题的通气过滤嘴香烟比较，产生的烟量的增量要少得多。对烟草杆和过滤嘴的每个构件的材料和尺寸的设计均对改变质量有影响。当通气口敞开时，烟主要通过同轴过滤嘴构件的滤芯，而在通气口被覆盖时，烟流自动导向，其主要部分通过过滤套流过。在本发明的香烟中，在通气口被覆盖时凝结物的增量仅为普通过滤嘴香烟增量的一半。
设计本发明香烟的通气过滤嘴有多种可能性。该过滤器可以是由一根同轴段构成的单一过滤器，也可以是由至少由一个同轴段的若干纵向段构成的过滤嘴。
在本发明的另一实施例中，过滤嘴包括三个纵向段，杆侧过滤构件是普通的标准过滤段，下面是包括一个腔的中间过滤段，腔中充有选择性地过滤的材料，接着是同轴过滤段。由于具有了由有选择性地过滤的材料构成的腔，则可对烟的成份作有利的搭配。
过滤嘴的第四个实施例提供了一种过滤嘴，它包括三个纵向段，杆侧过滤构件是普通的标准过滤段，下面是中间过滤段，亦称同轴过滤构件，接着是由第二个普通的标准过滤段构成的过滤段或接口。
上述所有的四种过滤嘴在通气口覆盖时均具有如上所述的有利效果。
本发明过滤嘴香烟的一个实施例的特征在于，在同轴过滤构件中，过滤芯的包装纸是不透气的，最好由醋酸纤维或纸制成，过滤芯的直径做成使芯的截面积和套的截面积之间的比率远小于1，过滤套和滤芯之间的抽吸阻力之比大于0.5，最好为0.8～1.5，过滤芯的比抽吸阻力为0.3～0.75，最好为0.5，从同轴过滤构件的嘴侧端算起的通气区和同轴过滤构件长度之比大于0.8，最好为0.87～0.93，通气区在同轴过滤构件上。烟草杆的凝结物量少于25mg，最好少于20mg，烟草杆的抽吸阻力小于60mm水柱，最好小于50mm水柱。
本发明通气过滤嘴香烟的过滤嘴的直径在7.7和8.0mm之间。
按照本发明的通气过滤嘴香烟的优选实施例，其中杆侧过滤段由醋酸纤维制成，它具有低的单丝纤度，最好为2.1dpf(每单丝的旦数)或更小，抽吸阻力小于60mm水柱，最好为35～60mm水柱。
在本发明的通气过滤嘴香烟中，嘴侧过滤段由具有高的单丝纤度的醋酸纤维制成，最好为8dpf，其抽吸阻力小于20mm水柱，最好为10mm水柱。
嘴侧过滤段也可是中空的接口。
在下面的表1中列出了上述用于本发明的通气过滤嘴香烟的过滤嘴类型的选择情况。

另一种可能的类型是类型2和3的组合，在嘴侧具有附加的标准段或中空的接口。另一种类型可以是纤维过滤嘴的嘴侧或烟草侧的标准段包括具有选择效果的如激活的活性炭或碳过滤器的附加物。标准段也可由专门制造的过滤段如Filtrona提供的SCS过滤器来代替。
同轴过滤构件的滤芯和滤套材料可以是任何先有技术的过滤材料，然而最好采用醋酸纤维。专用的抽吸阻力值基于在17.5ml/s长度单位乘面积单位上测出的抽吸阻力。
同轴过滤构件的长度也将由总的过滤嘴最大的专用长度来确定。这个长度的技术要求可从技术上或其它原因导出，其通气口位于离嘴侧端部和过滤嘴同轴段上至少11mm的区域上。因此。类型1和3同轴段的最小长度是12mm。烟草杆的材料是烟草类物质和/或其它热降解的物质。烟草杆可以是标准的或同轴的烟草杆。
下面的表2表示本发明的香烟在通气区覆盖后与普通香烟相比较产烟量低度增加的例子。

图1表示本发明的通气过滤嘴香烟的一个实施例，它包括一个同轴单一过滤嘴，因此它是表1的类型2的香烟。图1中的过滤嘴香烟10包括烟草杆11，同轴过滤嘴12装到杆11上。同轴过滤嘴12包括滤芯14和滤套13，滤芯14的包装纸是基本不透气的。虚线表示通气口15，它是由如激光打孔而提供的。

该过滤嘴香烟20包括烟草杆21和过滤嘴22。该过滤嘴在其整个长度上分为两部分。具有滤芯24和滤套23的同轴过滤段，和位于同轴过滤段23、24和烟草杆21之间的标准过滤段26。虚线示出靠近烟草段的通气口25。

Claims (12)

1.一种通气过滤嘴香烟，包括：
a)一烟草杆(11，21)
b)烟草杆(11，21)的包装纸，和
c)由通气口(15，25)通气的过滤嘴(12，22)，它包括同轴过滤构件(13，14；23，24)，该同轴过滤构件包括滤芯(14)，滤芯(14)的包装纸，滤套(13，23)和滤套(13，23)的包装纸，
其特征在于：
d)烟草杆(11，21)和过滤嘴(12，22)的单个构件的尺寸和材料的技术条件均设计成在通气区敞开时香烟的烟主要通过滤芯流动，而在通气口(15，25)被覆盖时则主要通过同轴过滤构件(13，14；23，24)的滤套(13，23)。
2.按照权利要求1的通气过滤嘴香烟(20)，其特征在于：过滤嘴(22)包括两个纵向段，杆侧过滤段(26)是普通的标准过滤段，相邻的嘴侧段是同侧过滤段(23，24)。
3.按照权利要求1的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：过滤嘴包括三个纵向段，杆侧过滤段(26)是普通的标准过滤段，相邻的中间过滤段是一个由有选择性地过滤的材料构成的腔，与之相邻的过滤段是同轴过滤段。
4.按照权利要求1的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：过滤嘴包括三个纵向段，杆侧过滤段是第一普通标准过滤段，相邻的中间过滤段是同轴过滤构件，接着相邻的过滤段是第二普通标准过滤段。
5.按照权利要求1～4中任何一个的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：在同轴过滤构件(13，14；23，24)中：
滤芯(14，24)的包装纸主要是不透气的，并由醋酸纤维或纸制成，
滤芯(14，24)的直径做成使芯的横截面积和套(13，23)的横截面积之比基本小于1，
滤套(1，23)和滤芯(14，24)的抽吸力之比大于0.5，
滤芯(14，24)的比抽吸阻力是0.3～0.75，
从同轴过滤构件的嘴侧端部起通气区(15，25)和同轴过滤构件的长度之比大于0.8，和
通气区在同轴过滤构件上，
在烟草杆(11，21)中：
凝结物量少于25mg，和
抽吸阻力小于60mm水柱。
6.按照权利要求5的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：在同轴过滤构件(13，14；23，24)中：
滤套(1，23)和滤芯(14，24)的抽吸力之比大于0.8～1.5，
滤芯(14，24)的比抽吸阻力是0.5，
从同轴过滤构件的嘴侧端部起通气区(15，25)和同轴过滤构件的长度之比为0.87～0.93，和
通气区在同轴过滤构件上，
在烟草杆(11，21)中：
凝结物量少于20mg，
抽吸阻力小于50mm水柱。
7.按照权利要求5的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：过滤嘴(12，22)的直径在7.7和8.0mm之间。
8.按照权利要求2的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：杆侧过滤段由具有低单丝纤度的醋酸纤维制成，抽吸阻力小于60mm水柱。
9.按照权利要求8的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：上述杆侧过滤段的醋酸纤维具有的低单丝纤度为2.1dpf或更小一些，抽吸阻力为35～50mm水柱。
10.按照权利要求4的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：嘴侧过滤段由醋酸纤维制成，它具有高的单丝纤度，抽吸阻力小于20mm水柱。
11.按照权利要求10的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：嘴侧过滤段的醋酸纤维具有的单丝纤度为8dpf，抽吸阻力为10mm水柱。
12.按照权利要求4的通气过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于：嘴侧过滤段是中空的接口。
