①商购并称重符合国家卫生标准的上述优质净药材，在符合国家有关制 备药物卫生标准的环境下加工制备；
②将上述组分中除调料外的群药材全部漫泡在纯香油中，漫泡时间为48 时；
③将上述浸泡于香油中的群药置于铁锅内，先文火后大火煎熬，煎熬至 所有的中药材变黑为止；
④将油锅内熬干的群药渣用细笊沥捞出，去药渣，留提炼液，备用；
⑤将章丹粉陆续的加入上述备用的提炼液内，边加入，边搅拌，搅拌至 粘稠状，即得本发明的粘稠状药青备用；
⑥按常規的制作方法，取上述备用的粘稠状药膏30-60克摊于预先设计 好的专用布上或有韧性的纸上或其它织物上，加工制作成大小规格的膏药， 即得本发明的一种治疗跌打扭伤膏药成品。
本发明的有益效果是由纯中药材制成的一种外敷膏药，可直接贴于伤患 处，具有活血化瘀、消炎止痛、生骨生肌的功效，能起到强筋壮骨、祛风除 湿、舒筋活络的作用，是一种止痛效果好，治意率高的治疗骨伤用的外贴药 膏，且本发明选用的药材比较常见，价格低廉且易操作，普通百姓可以承受 得起，治疗周期短、痛苦少、费用低，避免了西药药效微弱以及对身体造成 较大的副作用。本发明中药物配方科学合理。

所述实施例1一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，按照以下步骤：将上述 组分中群药材全部漫泡在纯香油中，漫泡时间为48时，将上述浸泡于香油中 的群药置于铁锅内，先文火后大火煎熬，煎熬至所有的中药材变黑为止；将 油锅内熬干的群药渣用细笊沥捞出，去药渣，留提炼液，备用将章丹粉陆续 的加入上述备用的提炼液内，边加入，边搅拌，搅拌至粘稠状，即得本发明 的粘稠状药青，备用；按常規的制作方法，取上述备用的粘稠状药膏30-60克 摊于预先设计好的专用布上或有韧性的纸上或其它织物上，加工制作成大小 规格的膏药，即得本发明的一种治疗跌打扭伤膏药成品。

一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，在实施例1重量份的中草药组成的基 础上增加活血化瘀、消肿止痛的配伍药：积买3.8－7.6份、香附4.7－9.6 份、蛇蜕4.7－9.6份、当归3.8－7.6份、川乌4.7－9.份、4大黄4.7 －9.6份。

一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，在实施例1-2重量份的中草药组成的基 础上增加滋阴扑肾的辅药：党参2.4-4.8份、生地3.8-7.6份、

一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，在 实施例1-3重量份的中草药组成的基础上增加发汗解表去寒的辅药：独活3.8 －7.6份、细辛4.7－9.6份、白芷3.8－7.6份、防风3.8－7.6份、羌 活3.8－7.6份、麻黄3.2-6.4份。
疗效判断：
1.1一般资料本发明对100例肩周炎、颈椎病或通风的患者进行临床观察 治疗，男45例，女55例。
1.2治疗方法
治疗方法：时间为30min，一日一次。
典型病例：典型病例一：王XX，女，32岁，1多年前突发全身关节疼痛， 经检查患有风湿性肩周炎，，半个月后复发，非常痛苦。后来，敷用实施例1， 肩部疼痛的症状得到明显的缓解，疼痛感完全消失。2年后追访得知，毛女士 已痊愈，未复发，期间也无不适症状出现。
2、张某某，男，45岁，由于长期务农，导致浑身乏力，关节水肿，肌肉 疼痛，半边手脚麻木，经检查患有痛风一年后回访未复发。
3、李某某，女，44岁，患有腰椎间盘突出，压迫坐骨神经痛，腿疼脚 麻，走路困难，使用实施例1的腿脚麻木减轻，可以轻微弯腰，继续使用1 个月后，可以正常活动。

1.一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，其特性在于，包括以下重量份的中草药：藏红花1.4-2.8份、麝香1.0-2.0份、血竭1.0-2.0份、全蝎4.7－9.6份、白花蛇3.8-7.6份、桃仁4.7－9.4份、乳香4.7－9.4份没药1.0-2.0份、娱蚣5.0-15份、天花粉4.7－9.4份、穿山甲4.7－9.4份、三七0.8-1.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，其特性在于，还含增强活血化瘀、消肿止痛的配伍药：积买3.8－7.6份、香附4.7－9.6份、蛇蜕4.7－9.6份、当归3.8－7.6份、川乌4.7－9.4份、大黄4.7－9.6份。
3.根据权利要求1～2任意一项所述的一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，其特性在于，还含有滋阴扑肾的辅药：党参2.4-4.8份、生地3.8-7.6份。
4.根据权利要求1～3任意一项所述的一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，其特性在于，还含有发汗解表去寒的辅药：独活3.8－7.6份、细辛4.7－9.6份、白芷3.8－7.6份、防风3.8－7.6份、羌活3.8－7.6份、麻黄3.2-6.4份。
5.根据权利要求1～4任意一项所述的一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，其特性在于，还含有调料：章丹粉4000-5000份、香油10000-15000。
6.一种根据权利要求1～5任意一种跌打扭伤膏药及其制备方法，其特性在于，其制备包括以下步骤：
S1香油中的群药置于铁锅内，先文火后大火煎熬，煎熬至所有的中药材变黑为止。
S2将油锅内熬干的群药渣用细笊沥捞出，去药渣，留提炼液，备用；
S3将章丹粉陆续的加入上述备用的提炼液内，边加入，边搅拌，搅拌至粘稠状，即得本发明的粘稠状药青。
S4按常規的制作方法，取上述备用的粘稠状药膏30-60克摊于预先设计好的专用布上或有韧性的纸上或其它织物上，加工制作成大小规格的膏药。
