Technical Field

Background
Most of the agricultural films used at home at present are 0.004mm, and have low tensile strength, short service life and low recovery rate, so that white pollution is formed in the field. The film winding roller comprises a roller shaft 61, roller support frames 62, rollers 63, connecting rods 64, ejector pins 65, transmission shafts 66, wrenches A67, springs 68 and concave-convex discs 69, wherein two ends of each roller 63 are fixedly connected with the transmission shafts 66 through the roller support frames 62, the total number of the connecting rods 64 is 4, two ends of each connecting rod 64 are connected to the two roller support frames 62, 3 holes are machined in each connecting rod 64 along the axial direction, the bottom end of each hole is welded with the spring 68, and holes are machined in positions, corresponding to the holes in the connecting rods 64, on the rollers 63.
Thimble 65 is composed of a thimble base 651, a needle rod 652 and a needle point 653, the diameter of the bottom end of the needle point 653 is smaller than that of the needle rod 652, the lower end of the needle rod 652 is welded on the thimble base 651, the thimble base 651 is welded on the spring 68, and the needle point 653 passes through the spring 68 and the hole on the connecting rod 64 to extend or retract from the hole on the roller 63. Because the diameter of the bottom end of the needle point 653 is smaller than that of the needle rod 652, when the mulching film is wound on the roller 63, the phenomenon that the mulching film is wound more tightly along with the increase of the winding thickness can be avoided, and the mulching film can be taken conveniently.
The roller 61 is sleeved on the transmission shaft 66, a threaded hole is machined in the rear section of the roller 61 in the radial direction, 3 concave-convex discs 69 are arranged on the roller 61, bosses and pits are distributed on the peripheral surface of each concave-convex disc 69 at intervals, when the thimble base 651 is contacted with the bosses, the needle points 653 of the thimble 65 extend out of the holes in the roller 3, otherwise, when the thimble base 651 is contacted with the pits, the needle points 653 of the thimble 65 retract from the holes in the roller 63.
