Abstract
本发明实施例提供了一种信息发送方法、信息接收方法、装置及系统,涉及通信领域,所述方法包括:终端生成终端能力信息,所述终端能力信息用于指示所述终端对至少两个具有不同子载波间隔的子载波发送和/或接收的信号的并行处理能力,和/或,用于指示所述终端的数据缓存能力;所述终端向接入网设备发送所述终端能力信息;接入网设备接收终端能力信息。本发明通过终端向接入网设备上报终端能力信息,接入网设备能够获知终端对至少两个具有不同子载波间隔的子载波并行发送和/或接收的信号的处理能力,进而根据终端的实际处理能力对终端的上/下行传输进行调度,使得接入网设备能够根据不同的终端能力,动态地调度终端的上下行传输。
