Next, an implementation of the play control method of the multimedia device according to the embodiment of the present invention is described.
Fig. 3 is an optional flowchart of a play control method of a multimedia device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the play control method of the multimedia device according to the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to various types of multimedia devices such as a set top box and a television (e.g., a smart television), that is, the multimedia device may control a play mode by executing the play control method; the playing control method of the multimedia device in the embodiment of the present invention may also be applied to a control device, such as the various terminals and servers described above, where the control device controls the playing mode of the multimedia device, that is, the multimedia device is in the controlled mode at this time.
The following describes the steps shown in fig. 3 by taking the multimedia device autonomously executing the play control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the above-mentioned controlled mode can be understood and implemented according to the following.
Step 301: user data of a user in an environment in which the multimedia device is located is obtained.
The environment where the multimedia device is located can be a closed space where the multimedia device is located, such as a living room and the like; or may be a visual area of a User Interface (UI) of the multimedia device, that is, an area corresponding to an operation Interface of a User in the multimedia device. The user data under which environment is specifically selected is not limited herein.
For example, the extent of a viewable area of a UI interface may be constrained by a distance and a viewing angle to capture user data for users within the extent of the viewable area.
It is understood that the user in the environment where the multimedia device is located may be a user in an area where content presented by the multimedia device can be perceived, and specifically, a distance, a viewing angle, and the like between the user and the multimedia device may be adopted to constrain the user that can perceive the multimedia device. For example, if a distance between a user and a multimedia device exceeds a distance threshold, or a viewing angle between the user and the multimedia device exceeds a viewing angle threshold, it is determined that the user cannot perceive the multimedia device, and it may be determined that the user does not belong to a user in the environment in which the multimedia device is located.
The following describes the timing of acquiring user data. In some embodiments, the multimedia device may trigger the acquisition of user data for a user in the environment in which the multimedia device is located by: and when the multimedia equipment is not in a playing state, continuously acquiring the user data of the user in the environment where the multimedia equipment is located. Accordingly, the multimedia device may control the multimedia device to be in a play mode adapted to the category by: and controlling the multimedia equipment to start the playing state, wherein the playing state is in a playing mode adaptive to the category.
Here, the multimedia device is not in a playing state, which can be understood as that a display screen of the multimedia device is in a non-display state, that is, the multimedia device is not bright, but a processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), built in the multimedia device is still running; or, the multimedia device may be in a standby state, that is, the CPU is in a sleep state and does not operate, so that the embodiment of the present invention can continuously obtain the user data of the user in the environment where the multimedia device is located when the processor of the multimedia device is in the energy saving state. When the user data is acquired, the multimedia device is not in the playing state, so that in order to display the content belonging to the user category, the playing state needs to be started first, the multimedia device is made to leave the non-playing state, the playing state of the multimedia device is controlled to be in the playing mode adapted to the category, and the content belonging to the user category is displayed in the graphical interface of the multimedia device in the mode.
In other embodiments, the multimedia device may also trigger the acquisition of user data of the user in the environment in which the multimedia device is located by: and when the multimedia equipment reaches the set automatic playing time or the multimedia equipment is triggered to start a playing state, starting to acquire user data of the user in the environment where the multimedia equipment is located. Accordingly, the multimedia device may also control the multimedia device to be in a play mode adapted to the category by: and when the category of the user is determined according to the acquired user data, controlling the multimedia equipment to start a playing state, wherein the playing state is in a playing mode adaptive to the category.
For example, the multimedia device may trigger the acquisition of the user data every certain period after the play state is turned on, for example, trigger the acquisition of the user data every 10 minutes after the play state is turned on. In practical applications, the trigger may be performed every hour after the first trigger to obtain the user data, in order not to affect the normal viewing usage of the user. Here, the multimedia device may be triggered to start the play state by a key or voice, and the user data may be acquired only after the play state is started.
The following describes a method of acquiring user data. In some embodiments, the multimedia device may obtain user data of a user in the environment in which the multimedia device is located by: and acquiring user data of the user in the environment where the multimedia equipment is located by calling the acquisition device.
Specifically, when a user is in the current environment of the multimedia device, the user data of the user can be acquired by calling an acquisition device of the multimedia device, for example, a camera mounted on the multimedia device such as a panel of an intelligent television; the user data of the user can be acquired by calling other acquisition devices deployed in the current environment where the multimedia device is located, for example, a camera located on a smart phone of the user in the living room, and then the acquired user data is directly sent to the multimedia device in the current environment.
In other embodiments, the multimedia device may further obtain user data of the user in the environment where the multimedia device is located by: and when the user and the multimedia equipment are associated to the same social network account, acquiring user data shared by the multimedia equipment associated with the social network account.
For example, when the user is not in the current environment where the multimedia device is located, the multimedia device of the same type may first obtain user data of the user in the environment of the same type (such as a home environment and an office environment), and then share the user data by the multimedia device of the same type, so as to obtain the user data shared by the multimedia device associated with the social network account, and use the user data as the user data of the user in the environment where the multimedia device is located. That is to say, a plurality of multimedia devices can be bound to the same social network account, such as a user account, in advance in a code scanning manner and the like, so that the plurality of multimedia devices located under the same user account can share user data, ways for acquiring the user data are increased, and efficiency for acquiring the user data is improved.
Step 302: determining a category to which the user belongs based on the user data of the user.
In some embodiments, the acquired user data may be user data for at least one dimension of the environment in which the multimedia device is located. In particular, the user data of the at least one dimension may comprise at least one of: a behavior of the user; a viewing time; a user tag; a user preference; a user role; the user's occupation; and the position information of the user. For example, the user tag may be determined according to the age group of the user, such as including a child tag, a young person tag, and an old person tag; the user preferences may include music, sports, etc., i.e., the category to which the user belongs is determined based on the user preferences; the user role may be an attribute that the user has in the home, such as a user being a senior in the home.
It should be noted that the multimedia device may determine the dimension of the user data by: user data of which dimension or dimensions are specifically used can be set autonomously, for example, the autonomous setting adopts the behavior of the user to determine the category to which the user belongs; which dimension or dimensions of user data to use may also be set according to the needs of the user, for example, according to the user having the management authority of the multimedia device, which is not limited herein.
The following describes a manner of determining a category to which a user belongs. In some embodiments, the multimedia device may determine the category to which the user belongs based on the user data of the user by: determining confidence degrees that the user belongs to different categories based on user data of at least one dimension in the environment where the multimedia device is located; and determining the category corresponding to the maximum confidence coefficient as the category to which the user belongs.
In some embodiments, determining the confidence that a user belongs to different categories based on user data for at least one dimension of the environment in which the multimedia device is located may be accomplished by: determining confidence degrees that the users belong to different categories in corresponding dimensions based on the value range of the user data of the at least one dimension; determining confidence that the user as a whole belongs to different categories based on the confidence that the user belongs to different categories in at least one dimension and the weight of the at least one dimension. Wherein, in terms of determining the confidence that the user as a whole belongs to different categories based on the confidence that the user belongs to different categories in at least one dimension and the weight of the at least one dimension, the following may be implemented: and when the number of the dimensions is at least two, carrying out weighted summation on the confidence coefficients of the users belonging to different categories in each dimension based on the weight of each dimension to obtain the confidence coefficients of the users belonging to different categories on the whole.
For example, after obtaining the confidence levels that the user belongs to different categories, the multimedia device compares the confidence levels of the categories, determines the maximum confidence level in the confidence levels of the categories, and selects the category corresponding to the maximum confidence level as the category to which the user belongs. For example, when the confidence that the user belongs to the child is determined to be the maximum value, the category to which the user belongs is determined to be the child, and then the adaptive play mode, such as a juvenile mode, is determined according to the category to which the user belongs, such as the child.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a confidence threshold may be preset, and a category corresponding to the confidence when the maximum value is greater than the confidence threshold is selected from the confidence values, and is determined as the category to which the user belongs.
Step 303: a play mode adapted to the category is determined.
Step 304: and controlling the multimedia equipment to be in a playing mode adaptive to the category, acquiring the content belonging to the category in the playing mode adaptive to the category, and displaying the content belonging to the category in a graphical interface of the multimedia equipment.
Here, for controlling the multimedia device to be in the play mode adapted to the category, if the current play mode of the multimedia device conforms to the determined user category, the current play mode of the multimedia device is maintained, that is, the multimedia device is not switched to the play mode at this time; if the current playing mode of the multimedia equipment does not accord with the determined user category, the adaptive playing mode is determined based on the user category, and then the multimedia equipment is switched from the current playing mode to the playing mode adaptive to the user category.
In practical implementation, the environment in which the multimedia device is located may include only one user's scene or may include a plurality of user's scenes. The embodiment of the invention can select different modes to control the playing mode of the multimedia equipment aiming at application scenes of different conditions.
The following describes a control method of the play mode of the multimedia device. In some embodiments, the multimedia device may control the multimedia device to be in the play mode adapted to the category by: and when the environment where the multimedia equipment is located only comprises one user and the multimedia equipment is not in a playing state, controlling the multimedia equipment to start the playing state, wherein the playing state is in a playing mode matched with the category.
In some embodiments, before controlling the multimedia device to open the play state, an operation that triggers the multimedia device to open the play state may also be received.
For example, when the multimedia device is not in a playing state, such as the multimedia device is in a standby state, and the environment where the multimedia device is located is suitable for a scene of a single user, after the multimedia device recognizes a playing mode adapted to a user category, the multimedia device is controlled to immediately switch from the standby state to the playing state, and the playing state is made to be in the playing mode adapted to the category. Before the multimedia equipment is controlled to be immediately switched from the standby state to the playing state, the operation of triggering the multimedia equipment to start the playing state can be received, the multimedia equipment is controlled to be switched from the standby state to the playing state by responding to the triggering operation, and the multimedia equipment is switched to the playing mode matched with the category to which the user belongs, so that the satisfaction degree of the user on the playing content is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Triggering the multimedia device to start a playing state may include triggering the multimedia device to switch from a standby state to a playing state through a control operation on a specific key; the multimedia device may also be triggered to switch from the standby state to the playing state by voice, which is not limited herein.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a play mode exhibited when a current environment includes a single user according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, when the multimedia device recognizes that the current environment includes only one user, such as a user a, the multimedia device first acquires user data of the user a, for example, user data of dimensions such as behavior data and viewing time of the user a, then analyzes the user data of the user a, determines that the category to which the user a belongs is a child, next determines a play mode adapted to the child, such as a kid mode, controls the play mode of the multimedia device to be in the kid mode, and presents content, such as animation, scenery content, and the like, which is watched by the child in the kid mode, to the user a in a graphical interface of the multimedia device.
In some embodiments, when the environment in which the multimedia device is located includes only one user, the multimedia device may also be controlled to be in a play mode adapted to the category by: and when the multimedia equipment is determined to be in the default mode, controlling the multimedia equipment to be in the default playing mode, wherein the default playing mode is adapted to the category to which the user belongs.
In practical application, when the user does not pay attention to the default mode, after the content playing in the default mode is required to be completed, the multimedia device is controlled to be in the playing mode matched with the category to which the user belongs.
In other embodiments, the multimedia device may further control the multimedia device to be in the play mode adapted to the category by: when the environment in which the multimedia device is located comprises a plurality of users, selecting a user focusing on the multimedia device from the plurality of users as a target user; and controlling the multimedia equipment to be in a playing mode adapted to the category of the target user.
Specifically, when the environment where the multimedia device is located is suitable for the scenes of multiple users, a target user needs to be selected from the multiple users to obtain user data of the target user, then the category to which the target user belongs is determined based on the user data of the target user, the play mode adapted to the category to which the target user belongs is determined, and the multimedia device is controlled to be in the play mode adapted to the category of the target user, so that the display content of the multimedia device meets the viewing requirement of the target user, and the viewing experience of the target user is improved.
Here, the multimedia device may select the target user by: one user may be randomly selected among the plurality of users as a target user, for example, referring to fig. 1, user B is randomly selected as a target user; the historical user can also be preferentially selected from a plurality of users as a target user, for example, the user with the management authority of a set top box or an intelligent television is preferentially selected as the target user, and for example, the user with the historical viewing record is preferentially selected as the target user (whether the user has viewed or not can be judged based on the characteristics of the sound, the face and the like of the user); it is also possible to select a user meeting certain conditions as a target user in the viewable area of the multimedia device, for example, a user who focuses on the multimedia device among a plurality of users as a target user.
It should be noted that, in the process of selecting the user focusing on the multimedia device as the target user among the multiple users, the target user may be selected based on several aspects, such as the duration of the user in the environment where the multimedia device is located, the distance between the user and the multimedia device, or the time when the user views the UI interface of the multimedia device. For example, the user with the longest appearance time in the environment where the multimedia device is located in the plurality of users is taken as the target user; for another example, the user with the shortest distance to the multimedia device, i.e., the user positioned most forward, among the plurality of users is taken as the target user; as another example, a user who always views the UI interface of the multimedia device among a plurality of users is taken as a target user.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing a play mode when a current environment includes multiple users according to an embodiment of the present invention, and is described by taking a multimedia device as an intelligent television as an example, referring to fig. 5, when the intelligent television recognizes that the current environment includes multiple users, such as a user a, a user B, and a user C, the times of the user a, the user B, and the user C respectively appearing in the environment where the intelligent television is located may be compared, and if it is determined that the time of the user a appearing in the environment where the intelligent television is located is longest, the user a may be recognized as a target user; or respectively calculating the distances between the user A, the user B and the user C and the intelligent television, comparing the calculated distances, and taking the user with the shortest distance, namely the user A, as a target user; the time for the user A, the user B and the user C to watch the UI interface of the intelligent television can be determined first, and then the user with the longest time for the user A, the user B and the user C to watch the UI interface of the intelligent television is taken as the target user. When the user A in the multiple users is determined to be the target user through the above modes, user data of the user A is obtained firstly, for example, the user data of the user A in dimensions such as behavior data and watching time are collected, then the user data of the user A is analyzed, the category to which the user A belongs is determined to be children, next, a playing mode adapted to the children is determined, for example, a juvenile mode, the playing mode of the intelligent television is controlled to be in the juvenile mode, and contents to be watched by the children in the juvenile mode, for example, animation films, landscape contents and the like, are displayed to the user A in a graphical interface of the intelligent television.
In other embodiments, the multimedia device may further control the multimedia device to be in the play mode adapted to the category by: when the environment of the multimedia equipment comprises a plurality of users and the users with limited viewing content comprise the users, controlling the multimedia equipment to be in a default playing mode, wherein the limited content is filtered out in the default playing mode.
For example, when the environment where the multimedia device is located is suitable for scenes of multiple users, the multiple users are identified, that is, whether objects with limited viewing contents, such as children, are included in the multiple users is identified, when the multiple users include children, the multimedia device is controlled to be in a juvenile mode, the children-limited contents are filtered in the juvenile mode, the juvenile mode is automatically recorded, subsequently, the multimedia device is in a multi-user scene again, and when the multiple users include children, at least the juvenile mode can be automatically switched, so that when the users in the multi-user scene change, the influence of frequent switching on the user experience of the users can be avoided by using a default playing mode.
It should be noted that, when it is identified that the object whose viewing content is limited is not included in the multiple users, the target user may be selected according to the above-mentioned several ways, for example, randomly selecting, preferentially selecting a history user, selecting a user meeting a specific condition in a visible area, and the like, and details thereof are not repeated herein.
In some embodiments, when the environment in which the multimedia device is located includes a plurality of users, after selecting a target user in the above several manners, when it is identified that the target user includes only one user and the target user is not a user with limited viewing content, the playing mode is adapted according to the category of the target user, and the multimedia device is controlled to be in the playing mode adapted to the category of the target user. That is to say, because the smart television has a home attribute, when a plurality of users watch the smart television, the users do not need to intervene, and young people can take care of the old people and children, so in the embodiment of the present invention, only when the target user is identified as a child or an old person, and the child or the old person independently uses the smart television, the adaptation of the corresponding play mode is performed.
The following describes a content presentation manner for a case where a user corresponding to the multimedia device is a new user or a historical user.
In some embodiments, the multimedia device may present the content belonging to the category in a graphical interface of the multimedia device by: when the user is a new user of the multimedia equipment, acquiring recorded data of the content watched by the new user in different places, and displaying the content belonging to the category in the recorded data of the content watched in different places in a graphical interface of the multimedia equipment; and when the user is a historical user of the multimedia equipment, preferentially displaying the content which accords with the viewing preference of the historical user in a graphical interface of the multimedia equipment based on the recorded data of the content viewed by the historical user.
For example, when the user is a new user of the multimedia device, that is, the new user has not watched any content in the adapted play mode before, the content set by default in the adapted play mode may be used for presentation. For example, the content viewed by the same user of the new user in the same play mode, such as the type and arrangement of the content commonly displayed by the same user in the same play mode, may be presented in the graphical interface of the multimedia device. When the user is a new user of the multimedia device, the recorded data of the content watched by the new user in the different place can be obtained first, and then the content belonging to the category is displayed in the graphical interface of the multimedia device; and if the recorded data of the new user in the different place is not acquired, displaying the content belonging to the category in the default setting in a graphical interface of the multimedia equipment based on the default setting of the playing mode adapted to the category.
It should be noted that a plurality of multimedia devices may be bound to the social network account of the same user, and if the current multimedia device does not have the viewing record data of the user, other multimedia devices located under the social network account of the user may first acquire the viewing record data of the user, and then synchronize the acquired viewing record data of the user with the current multimedia device.
When the user is a history user of the multimedia device, the content displayed in the graphical interface of the multimedia device may be optimized according to a history viewed by the history user in the adaptive mode, for example, the browsing or viewing record data of the history user, for example, the ordering of different types of content in the mode may be optimized according to the viewing preference of the history user. For example, the content of the type with the largest browsing times of the historical user is preferentially displayed, so that the historical user is prevented from searching for a large amount of time for displaying the content, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the user's preference for different content may also be determined based on recorded data of content viewed by the user in the play mode; and optimizing the display priority of the content in the play mode based on the preference degree.
Here, in order to improve the intelligent degree of playing to improve the user experience, the preference degree of the user for different contents may be determined based on the recorded data of the content watched by the user in the current playing mode, for example, whether the user watches the played content in the current playing mode, the duration of watching the content, and the like; further, after the current play mode is switched out, that is, when the multimedia device is no longer in the current play mode, the presentation of the content in the subsequent play mode can be optimized based on the preference degree of the user, for example, the presentation sequence of the content can be optimized, and the presentation type of the content can also be optimized.
For example, for a content with a long viewing time (e.g. a certain tv show, or a tv show with the same material), the longer the viewing time of the user is, the higher the user's preference for the content is indicated, and then the content with the higher user's preference is preferentially presented in the play mode. For another example, based on the recorded data of the content viewed by the user in the play mode, it is known that the user is more interested in the content of the historical material than the content of other materials, and then the content of the historical material is preferentially presented in the play mode.
It should be noted that the optimized presentation content may be stored locally; the optimized display content can also be synchronized to other similar devices, for example, the optimized display content is synchronized to a smart phone, so that a user can watch the optimized display content at any time and any place conveniently; of course, the optimized presentation content can also be synchronized to the server for subsequent use.
In some embodiments, content belonging to the category may also be aggregated; and in the playing mode adapted to the category, presenting the aggregated content adapted to the category.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the preference degree of the user for different aggregated contents may also be determined based on the recorded data of the aggregated contents viewed by the user in the play mode; and optimizing the display priority of the aggregated content adapted to the category based on the preference degree of the user to different aggregated contents, which is not described herein again.
By adopting the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user category is determined according to the user data of the user in the environment of the multimedia equipment, the playing mode of the adaptive category is determined based on the user category, and the playing mode of the multimedia equipment is controlled to be adaptive to the user category, so that the multimedia equipment can be automatically switched to the playing mode adaptive to the user category, the operation efficiency and the safety of the user inconvenient to switch the mode are effectively improved, meanwhile, the content displayed in the graphical interface of the multimedia equipment can be ensured to meet the watching requirements of the users of different categories, and the application value is higher in the actual scene.
Next, a multimedia device is taken as an intelligent television, and user data of a user includes user data of three dimensions, such as user behavior, viewing time, and a home tag, for example, so as to explain a play control method of the multimedia device provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 6 is another optional flowchart of the play control method of the multimedia device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the play control method of the multimedia device according to an embodiment of the present invention may be executed by a smart television, and is described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 6.
Step 601: the intelligent television acquires user data of at least one dimension in the environment where the intelligent television is located, wherein the user data of the at least one dimension comprises user behaviors, watching time and family tags.
Here, when the smart television is not in a playing state, user data of at least one dimension can be continuously acquired; and after the intelligent television is triggered to start the playing state, acquiring the behavior, the watching time and the family tag of the user in the environment where the intelligent television is located at set intervals. For example, every 10 minutes to get the user's behavior, viewing time, and home tag. In practical applications, the trigger may be triggered every hour to acquire the user data, so as not to affect the normal viewing use of the user, which is not limited herein. Of course, it can be understood that the smart tv starts to acquire the user data when the set auto-play time is detected.
Step 602: and determining confidence degrees that the users belong to different categories in corresponding dimensions based on the value range of the watching time of the users.
Specifically, the smart television may determine, according to the viewing time of the user, a category to which the user at the current viewing time belongs. In practical implementation, the smart television in the embodiment of the present invention may preset a mapping relationship between the viewing time of the user and the category to which the user belongs: children: on weekends, after leaving school and before late meals, in cold and summer holidays; the elderly: working hours on weekdays (e.g., 9:00 to 12:00, 14:00 to 18:00 every monday to friday); young people: non-working time.
Here, in practical applications, the mapping relationship may be stored in a relationship comparison table, so that the smart television may query a category to which the user corresponding to the viewing time belongs. Wherein a triplet (Con) may be employedtime-child,Contime-normal,Contime-elder) Shape ofThe formula represents the confidence level that the user belongs to children, young people and old people in the viewing time dimension respectively. Confidence here is used to characterize the probability that a user belongs to children, young adults and elderly in the viewing time dimension. These three confidences may satisfy the following relationships: { Contime-child,Contime-normal,Contime-elder}∈[0,1]。
Step 603: and determining confidence degrees that the users belong to different categories in corresponding dimensions based on the value range of the behaviors of the users.
In practical implementation, the smart television can judge the category to which the user belongs by using the machine learning classification model based on the collected behaviors of the user, namely judging which type of user is watching among children, young people and old people in the current environment. Of course, if the user performs voice input in addition to the user behavior, the voiceprint recognition can be used to assist in determining the category to which the user belongs.
Here, a triplet (Con) may be employedaction-child,Conaction-mormal,Conaction-elder) Respectively represent the confidence level that the user belongs to children, young people and old people in the behavior dimension of the user. The confidence coefficient is used for representing the probability that the user belongs to children, young people and old people in the action dimension of the user. These three confidences may satisfy the following relationships:
{Conaction-child,Conaction-mormal,Conaction-elder}∈[0,1]。
it should be noted that, when the data corresponding to the collected behavior of the user is empty, it indicates that it is not detected that the user is using the smart television for a long period of time, or that a certain user is watching a certain video content all the time and has not left the display screen of the smart television, so that corresponding behavior data is not generated. At this time, the confidence that the user belongs to different categories within the behavior range is set to 0, so that the user can be ensured not to be disturbed when continuously watching the video content.
Step 604: based on the user's home label, tag values for users belonging to different categories are determined.
In some embodiments, the smart television may determine the user's home label based on the user representation data by obtaining historical usage of the user, determining the user representation data based on the historical usage of the user, and then determining the user's home label based on the user representation data. In the embodiment of the invention, the label attributes of the user are identified, and whether the labels of children and old people exist in the labels of the user is judged.
Here, a triplet (F) may be employedtag-child,Ftag-normal,Ftag-elder) In the form of a label value indicating that the user belongs to children, young people and old people within the label range, respectively. Wherein, the three mark values can satisfy the following relations: { Ftag-child,Ftag-normal,Ftag-elder}∈{0,1}。
Note that 1 indicates that the user image data includes tags of children, young people, and old people, and 0 indicates that the user image data does not include tags of children, young people, and old people.
Step 605: and determining the confidence degrees that the users belong to different categories on the whole based on the two determined confidence degrees, the marking values of the users belonging to different categories and the weights corresponding to all the dimensions.
Here, the confidence that the user belongs to different categories may be calculated by the following formula:
Figure BDA0002054851320000201
wherein, ConcategoryRepresenting the confidence that the user as a whole belongs to different categories; w is atime, waction, wtagRespectively representing the viewing time, the user behavior and the corresponding weight of the family label.
It should be noted that, in practical implementation, the embodiment of the present invention generally determines the category to which the user belongs based on the behavior of the user as a main basis and the viewing time and the family tag as an auxiliary basis, and based on this, wactionThe value of (c) will be significantly higher than the values of the other two weights. The above three weightsThe values may satisfy the following relationship:
{wtime,waction,wtag}∈(0,1);SUM(wtime,waction,wtag)=1。
wherein, Contime,ConactionRespectively representing the confidence degrees that the dimensions of the user's behavior at the viewing time belong to different categories; ftagAnd a tag indicating whether or not a user attribute exists in the user figure data. The following relationship can be satisfied: { Contime,Conaction}∈[0,1];Ftag∈{0,1}。
Here, a triplet (Con) may be employedchild,Conadult,Conold) In a form to indicate the confidence that the user currently in the environment belongs to a child, a young person, or an old person, respectively. These three terms satisfy the following relationship:
{Conchild,Connormal,Conelder}∈[0,1]。
step 606: and determining the category corresponding to the maximum confidence coefficient as the category to which the user belongs, and determining a playing mode adapted to the user category.
Here, the category to which the user belongs is determined based on the result obtained in step 605, that is, the category to which the user belongs is determined based on the category corresponding to the maximum confidence level of the users belonging to children, young people, and old people. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: when ConchildWhen the maximum value of the triples is greater than a preset confidence coefficient critical value, determining that the category to which the user belongs is a child; when ConelderWhen the maximum value of the triples is greater than a preset confidence critical value, determining that the category to which the user belongs is the elderly; when ConnormalAnd when the current play mode is the maximum value in the triple, keeping the current default play mode, and not switching the play mode.
It should be noted that, since there may be errors in the result calculated according to the above model, in order to avoid the children or the elderly from switching from the juvenile mode or the senior mode to the standard mode by mistake, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the confidence of the standard mode is determined to be the maximum value, the current default playback mode is maintained, and the playback mode is not switched, because there is no threshold for the young people to switch the playback mode.
Here, the smart tv in the embodiment of the present invention is a multimedia device having a mode switching function, and a plurality of play modes adapted to user categories are set in the smart tv, for example, the play modes based on the user age attribute, specifically, divided by the age group of the user, may be divided into a standard mode (corresponding to young people), a juvenile mode (corresponding to children), and a senior mode (corresponding to old people). It can be understood that the juvenile mode and the elder mode classify the content according to the juvenile video content and the favorite type of the elder, so that when the smart television is in the juvenile mode, the children can only watch the juvenile content, such as animation, landscape content, and the like, but cannot watch the content of partial bloody smell, violence, nudity, and the like, which can improve the safety of watching the smart television for some children with immature mind; when the intelligent television is in a elder mode, the contents which the old people like to watch are directly displayed, the interference of the old people by a large amount of contents which are not interested in the network is avoided, and the time for searching and watching the contents is reduced.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an optional principle structure of a play control method of a multimedia device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the multimedia device is taken as an intelligent television for example. After the intelligent television is triggered to start a playing state, acquiring the behavior, the viewing time and the labels of the user in the environment where the intelligent television is located, and respectively judging the behavior, the viewing time and the labels of the user to determine the confidence degrees that the user belongs to different categories in corresponding dimensions and the marking values that the user belongs to different categories, determining the confidence degrees that the user belongs to different categories on the whole based on the two determined confidence degrees, the marking values that the user belongs to different categories and the weights corresponding to the dimensions, and finally determining the category to which the user belongs based on the confidence degrees that the user belongs to different categories on the whole and determining a playing mode adaptive to the user category.
Step 607: and controlling the intelligent television to be in a playing mode adaptive to the user category, acquiring the contents belonging to the user category, aggregating the acquired contents, and displaying the aggregated contents in the playing mode adaptive to the user category.
Here, for controlling the smart tv to be in the play mode adapted to the user category, it can be understood that, if the current play mode of the smart tv conforms to the determined user category, the current play mode of the smart tv is maintained, that is, the play mode of the smart tv is not switched at this time; if the current playing mode of the intelligent television does not conform to the determined user category, the adaptive playing mode can be determined based on the user category, and then the intelligent television is switched to the playing mode adaptive to the user category from the current playing mode.
For example, when the young people have not switched the mode after watching the television, the mode can be automatically switched to the child mode when the child uses the television, so as to protect the safety of the child in watching the content; when the young people finish watching the television without switching the mode, the old people can automatically switch to the elder mode when using the television, so that the old people can directly watch the favorite video content without switching the mode; when the children finish watching the television without switching the mode, the old people can automatically switch to the elder mode when using the television, so that the old people can directly watch the favorite video contents without switching the mode; when the old people finish watching the television, the television can be automatically switched to the child mode when the children use the television under the condition that the mode is not switched, so that the safety of watching contents by the children is protected.
In some embodiments, the user's preference for different content may be determined based on recorded data of the content viewed by the user in the play mode; and then based on the preference degree, the display priority of the aggregated content in the play mode is optimized, and the user experience is improved.
It is noted that the optimized presentation syndication content may be stored locally; the optimized display aggregated content can also be synchronized to other similar devices, for example, the optimized display aggregated content is synchronized to a smart phone, so that a user can watch the optimized display aggregated content conveniently at any time and any place; of course, the optimized presentation syndication content may also be synchronized to the server.
By adopting the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the category of the current user is determined based on the behavior of the user and other auxiliary user data such as the watching time and the confidence coefficient of the family tag, and then the adaptive playing mode is determined based on the category of the user.
Next, a software implementation of the play control apparatus of the multimedia device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Taking the example of the software module included in the memory 202 of the electronic device 20, the details that are not described below regarding the function of the module can be understood by referring to the above.
