The invention relates to a novel high-cost-performance tax control device which is designed by a novel safety chip and software and aims at small and medium tax payers with network conditions, combines the functions of invoice uploading, invoice field online purchasing, online copying and the like which are popularized in the current New-edition tax control system, and is completed by using a novel safety chip and software. The optimization aspects mainly comprise the following points:
hardware architecture optimization
Compared with the common tax control panel, the hardware architecture of the simple tax control panel is greatly optimized, and a real-time clock chip, a button battery and a LandFlash memory chip are eliminated. The simple tax control disk can still meet the invoicing requirements of most taxpayers by improving software, operation procedures and other methods, the product cost is greatly reduced, and the product failure rate caused by hardware problems is also reduced.
Increase tax control security module
After the tax-control disk removes the security chip from the hardware, the tax-control security module is newly developed and upgraded by digging the performance of the new main control chip, so that the function of the security chip is completely replaced. Through the tax control security module, the simple tax control disk realizes tax control security functions such as generation of tax control codes, invoice time check, invoicing number/amount control, tax control algorithm calling and the like.
Local side network time taking
The simple tax control disk adopts a scheme of accessing the tax bureau local server network for time taking after being electrified, and does not need a hardware structure of a clock chip and a button battery. The clock abnormal fault caused by the clock chip or the button cell which is most frequently generated by the common tax control panel does not become a problem, and meanwhile, the simple tax control panel is not limited to the trial period of 3-5 years caused by the electric quantity of the button cell, and the problems of clock chip timing advance, delay and the like caused by temperature, humidity and other problems can not occur.
Application management module optimization
The simple tax control disk combines the functions of network purchase, online copying and reporting, invoice uploading and the like which are promoted to numerous taxpayers by the current tax department, and is matched with an optimized hardware architecture to optimize and delete a plurality of redundant software functions.
By combining the invoice segment network purchase leading function, normal invoicing use of the taxpayer can be ensured only by supporting two segments of invoice segment storage in the disk, and meanwhile, matched instructions such as invoice/return and the like are removed.
And combining the invoice uploading function, only supporting the upper storage limit of the detail of 5 invoices in the disc, immediately uploading the successfully issued invoices, and immediately storing the uploaded invoice detail after the issued amount exceeds 5 invoices. Aiming at the actual requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises, a hardware architecture is optimized in a matched manner, only the 2K size upper limit of a single invoice is supported, and the redundant design of a cascade read/write instruction and a part of instructions aiming at a large data block is eliminated.
And the network copy report is combined, so that the related instructions of the operation of reading/writing/reading index of report data are removed.
File system optimization
The simple tax control disk file system can perfectly support daily invoicing requirements of most of small and medium taxpayers only by occupying an application data area space of <70K through process optimization, function and code simplification.

the main control chip module is used for carrying out data interaction with the upper computer and analyzing the instruction sent by the upper computer, acquiring the analyzed instruction, issuing invoice electronic information according to the analyzed instruction,
the main control chip module is connected with the USB interface communication module;
the main control chip module includes:
the tax control command analysis unit is used for analyzing the instruction sent by the upper computer, acquiring the analyzed instruction and sending the instruction to the tax control application management unit;
the tax control application management unit is used for taking time from a tax office end through the upper computer, sending invoice details which are sent together with the upper computer to the safety mechanism control unit, purchasing blank invoice electronic information, receiving the anti-counterfeiting tax control code, and generating complete invoice electronic information according to the blank invoice electronic information, the anti-counterfeiting tax control code and the invoice details; the method is characterized in that the normal invoicing use of the taxpayer can be ensured only by supporting two sections of invoice section storage in a disk in combination with the invoice section network purchase leading function, and meanwhile, invoice/return matching instructions are removed; combining an invoice uploading function, only supporting the storage upper limit of 5 invoice details in a disc, uploading the successfully issued invoices in real time, scrolling the invoice details uploaded to a tax bureau end in real time when the issued invoice amount exceeds 5 invoices, optimizing related invoice reading and counting functions and storing monthly summarized data of 6 months; moreover, only 2K upper limit of the size of a single invoice is supported, and redundant designs of a cascade read/write instruction and a part of instructions for a large data block are eliminated; the network copy report is combined, and the related instructions of 'report data read/write/read index' operation are removed;
the safety mechanism control unit is used for controlling the safety of data access and calling the tax control safety unit;
the tax control safety unit is used for receiving and generating an anti-counterfeiting tax control code according to the time and the invoice detail, and sending the anti-counterfeiting tax control code to the safety mechanism control unit through the safety mechanism control unit;
the main control chip module further comprises: the file system is used for storing a main control chip starting system, an application starting system, an operating system and application data;
the main control chip module further comprises: the hardware driving unit is used for controlling the hardware equipment to work;
