Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
The distributed tax control billing server of the invention comprises a plurality of embedded server units which are all connected to a router, wherein, as shown in fig. 2, each embedded server unit comprises an embedded control board and a basic tax control device connected with the embedded control board, the embedded control board comprises an MCU (MicrocontrollerUnit), a USB module, a storage module and a network module, wherein:
the USB module is used for connecting the basic tax control equipment and the MCU and completing data transmission of control information between the basic tax control equipment and the MCU;
the network module is used for establishing network communication between the embedded control panel and the invoicing client and sending the invoicing information received from the invoicing client to the MCU;
the MCU is used for receiving the invoicing information received from the network module according to the control information of the basic tax control equipment to finish one or any combination of ticket source downloading, invoice issuing, data uploading, tax control data copying and tax completing operation;
and the storage module is used for storing programs required by the running of the MCU.
The USB module comprises at least one USB Host port and at least one OTG port, and is respectively used for connecting basic tax control equipment (a gold tax disk) and a U disk and supplying power to the whole embedded server unit through a USB. The storage module comprises a Flash storage chip for storing codes and an SDRAM memory chip.
The embedded control panel also comprises an RS232 interface connected with the MCU, and the RS232 interface is used for inquiring and configuring various parameters of the embedded server unit and controlling the upgrading of firmware; the embedded control panel also comprises an indicator light module connected with the MCU and used for connecting indicator lights, and the indicator lights comprise a power indicator light, a communication indicator light, an equipment connection indicator light and the like. The embedded control panel also comprises a power supply module which is used for providing power supply for the embedded control panel.
In the invention, the network module adopts a wired network (LAN), which can ensure the stability and the safety of information transmission. The network module is an external working port of the embedded server unit, and is used for accessing the embedded server unit to a local area network of an enterprise, and a business management system of the enterprise remotely accesses the embedded server unit through a network instruction.
The embedded server unit of this embodiment adopts 32-bit ARM MCU as the core of the embedded control board, and the embedded control board is plugged with a basic tax control device (gold tax disk) which is directly controlled by the 32-bit ARM MCU. The embedded server unit runs a Linux system, has high stability, reliability and expandability, and runs embedded tax control billing software based on basic tax control equipment. The billing software completes all core tax control services, including ticket source downloading, invoice making and uploading, copying, tax completing and the like, and remote interaction functions of a tax office system and the like, and provides a service function interface based on a wired network (LAN) for the outside. The business software of the tax paying Enterprise, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), or the like, or the invoicing entry software on other invoicing terminals, is in butt joint with the embedded server unit through the business function interface, so as to issue tax-controlled invoices.
As shown in fig. 3, the work flow of the embedded server unit of the present invention is:

d, judging whether the command is a valid serial port command or not, and if so, executing the step E; if not, returning to the step A and continuously waiting for receiving the instruction;
and E, analyzing the serial port instruction, and executing corresponding maintenance operation according to the analyzed serial port instruction, wherein the maintenance operation comprises equipment self-checking, library cleaning, firmware upgrading, parameter query and configuration and the like.
As shown in fig. 4, it is a first embodiment of the distributed tax-control billing server of the present invention, in this embodiment, a plurality of the embedded server units are connected to a router through the network module, and are connected to a PC via the router, and the PC is connected to the billing client through a network.
In this embodiment, the distributed tax control billing server is composed of an array of more embedded server units (generally more than 5), a router, and a PC. The embedded server unit array is used as a distributed tax control component to complete tax control services of various cores. All embedded server units and the router form an internal local area network, and each embedded server unit can be accessed and managed by a PC. And a management and scheduling software is operated on the PC and is used for realizing the function control, the balanced scheduling and the unified management of the embedded server unit array. The more embedded server units contained in the array, the higher the processing performance of the billing server. The embodiment is suitable for medium-scale and large-scale entity enterprises or medium-scale and large-scale e-commerce enterprises, and is particularly suitable for tax payment enterprises issuing electronic invoices. Compared with the traditional tax control billing server shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment changes the interface between the tax control components and the PC from USB to network interface, thereby greatly expanding the number of tax control components that can be supported (a PC has limited devices that can be accessed through the USB port at the same time, but has more devices that can be accessed through the network interface). And the tax control component is free from the distance constraint of connection with the PC by adopting a network mode (the USB needs to be connected in a short distance, but the network mode has no such constraint). The other big difference between the two schemes is that the core tax control business function (flow) is not completed by the invoicing software on the PC in a centralized way, but is completed by the small invoicing software installed in each embedded server unit in a distributed way. Therefore, in the embodiment, the performance requirement on the PC is greatly reduced, the PCServer is not needed, and one common PC can be sufficient.
As shown in fig. 5, it is a second embodiment of the distributed tax-controlled billing server of the present invention, in this embodiment, a plurality of embedded server units are connected to a router through a network module, and establish a connection with the billing client through the router.
Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment, the PC is removed, the billing client directly accesses each embedded server unit through the router, and the software on the billing client implements scheduling management on the embedded server unit array. The embedded server unit in the embodiment has relatively small number (generally less than 5), is a medium-low performance server, has the advantages of small volume, low cost and flexible configuration, is suitable for small and medium-scale enterprises, and can be used for developing electronic invoices, value-added tax common invoices and value-added tax special invoices.
In the above embodiment, each embedded server unit is further connected to a tax bureau server through the router to perform tax control programs such as ticket source downloading, copy and card clearing.

3) the billing server can be a device which comprises a PC and has larger volume and higher performance, and can also be an embedded mini-server which only comprises 1 or 2 embedded server units, and the product series is rich;
4) the invoicing software in the embedded server unit can support the invoicing of electronic invoices, roll-type general invoices, flat-push type general invoices and value-added tax special invoices and the acquisition of transaction running water receipt information, thereby being greatly convenient for taxpayers;
5) the billing client in the system can be desktop equipment such as a PC (personal computer), a cash register and the like, and can also be mobile equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like, so that great convenience is brought to enterprises;
6) the embedded server unit array is connected with other equipment through the LAN network, so that the constraints of physical distance and deployment space are eliminated to a great extent, and the configuration of the billing server is more flexible.
