Abstract
The invention discloses a watch front valve module suitable for replacement, which comprises a front valve clamping plate, a stem, a vertical wheel, a clutch part, a pull-block part and a quick-dialing output part, wherein the stem, the vertical wheel, the clutch part, the pull-block part and the quick-dialing output part are arranged on the front valve clamping plate to form an integral front valve module; the front valve module is integrally arranged on the main clamping plate assembly; the vertical wheel is meshed with the winding structure of the watch movement, and the vertical wheel is fixed in shape. The beneficial effects are that: because the two-gear front valve module and the three-gear front valve module have the same appearance structure, the novel multi-gear selective assembly can be completed without replacing parts such as a main clamping plate, a machine core and the like, the assembly is convenient and quick, and the cost can be saved. The mechanism is reliable in operation, easy to assemble and good in manufacturability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a movement mechanism of a watch, in particular to a structure of a replaceable front valve module.
Background
In the existing watch movement, the basic movement comprises a plurality of large plates, a front valve part, a driving part, a transmission part and a speed regulating part which are all distributed on a main clamping plate, and the front valve structure of the traditional movement is mainly divided into two gears: winding and poking the needle; third gear: winding, calendar rapid poking and poking needle. In addition, all parts of the front valve are directly arranged on the main plate, in order to meet the requirements of different watch functions, a designer needs to design two main plates according to the front valve structure of two gears and three gears to meet the requirements, and the design and manufacturing cost of the main plate are high, so that the overall cost of a finished watch can be increased.
To overcome this drawback, the technician separates the front valve portion from the main plate, and has to select the desired front valve portion for replacement when the front valve of a different gear shift mode is desired, thus reducing the cost. For example, patent US2013016590A1 discloses that the front valve exists independently in a module form, and the front valve mechanism is made into a module, so that the installation procedure is simplified. The publication numbers CN102968043a and CN102027421B improve the autonomous control and optimization of the front valve.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a front valve module structure which can be replaced in a machine core at will and has a simple structure and easy realization.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the watch front valve module suitable for replacement comprises a front valve clamping plate, a stem, a vertical wheel, a clutch part, a pull-block part and a quick-dialing output part, wherein the stem, the vertical wheel, the clutch part, the pull-block part and the quick-dialing output part are arranged on the front valve clamping plate to form an integral front valve module; the front valve module is integrally arranged on the main clamping plate assembly; the vertical wheel is meshed with the winding structure of the watch movement, and the vertical wheel is fixed in shape.
The front valve module is a two-gear front valve module.
The two-gear front valve module comprises a two-gear stem, a two-gear vertical wheel, a two-gear clutch wheel and a two-gear dial needle wheel which are arranged on a two-gear front valve clamping plate; when the needle is pulled, the second gear clutch wheel is meshed with the second gear needle pulling wheel, and the second gear needle pulling wheel can rotate freely.
The front valve module is a three-gear front valve module.
The third-gear front valve module comprises a third-gear stem, a third-gear vertical wheel, a third-gear clutch wheel, a third-gear dial needle passing wheel and a day quick dial passing wheel which are arranged on a third-gear front valve clamping plate; when the second-gear calendar is quickly dialed, the third-gear clutch wheel is meshed with the third-gear dial needle passing wheel, the third-gear dial needle wheel is meshed with the day quick dial passing wheel, and the day quick dial passing wheel can freely rotate; when the third gear is in a needle shifting state, the third gear clutch wheel is meshed with the third gear needle shifting wheel, the third gear needle shifting wheel is meshed with the third gear needle shifting wheel, and the third gear needle shifting wheel can rotate freely.
The front valve clamping plate is provided with an interface which is integrated with the main clamping plate component, and the front valve clamping plate is connected with the main clamping plate component into a whole through the interface.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: because the two-gear front valve module and the three-gear front valve module have the same appearance structure, the novel multi-gear selective assembly can be completed without replacing parts such as a main clamping plate, a machine core and the like, the assembly is convenient and quick, and the cost can be saved. The mechanism is reliable in operation, easy to assemble and good in manufacturability.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings and detailed description:
the application divides the whole movement into two parts, namely the front valve part and other parts, and the two parts need an interface to realize the unification of the whole movement, but the front valve part can be replaced according to the function requirement of the movement without great influence on the assembly of other parts, namely the front valve part is not required to be remanufactured to be matched with the use of the other front valve part.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a wristwatch front valve module according to the present invention, comprises, as a whole, a front valve module directly assembled into a movement; the front valve module comprises a two-gear front valve module and a three-gear front valve module, and the two modules are independently assembled to detect the functions of the two modules; the two-gear front valve module and the three-gear front valve module have the same appearance structure, the two-gear front valve module and the three-gear front valve module have the same appearance, and the vertical wheel is meshed with the winding structure.
The front valve module comprises a front valve clamping plate, a handle shaft, a vertical wheel and a clutch part, wherein the clutch part comprises a clutch wheel, a clutch rod spring, a pull-up part and a quick-pulling output part. For the two-gear front valve and the three-gear front valve, the front valve clamping plate, the clutch lever spring, the pull-up and shift-off component and the quick-pulling output part need to be adjusted according to requirements, and the structure is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the two-stage front valve module comprises a two-stage stem 2, a two-stage vertical wheel 3, a two-stage clutch wheel 4 and a two-stage setting wheel 5 which are mounted on a two-stage front valve clamping plate 1; the second-gear stem 2 is rotated in the first gear, the second-gear vertical wheel 3 rotates, and the second-gear stem 2 is pulled and rotated to be in a second-gear needle pulling state; when the needle is pulled, the second gear clutch wheel 4 is meshed with the second gear needle pulling wheel 5, and the second gear needle pulling wheel 5 can freely rotate.
As shown in fig. 2, the third-gear front valve module comprises a third-gear stem 7, a third-gear vertical wheel 8, a third-gear clutch wheel 9, a third-gear setting wheel 10, a third-gear setting needle passing wheel 11 and a day speed passing wheel 14 which are arranged on a third-gear front valve clamping plate 6; the third-gear stem 7 is rotated in the first gear, the third-gear vertical wheel 8 rotates, and the third-gear stem 7 is pulled and rotated; when the second-gear calendar is quickly dialed, the third-gear clutch wheel 9 is meshed with the third-gear dial needle passing wheel 11, the third-gear dial needle wheel 10 is meshed with the day quick dial passing wheel 14, and the day quick dial passing wheel 14 can freely rotate; when the third gear is in a needle shifting state, the third gear clutch wheel 9 is meshed with the third gear needle shifting passing wheel 11, the third gear needle shifting wheel 10 is meshed with the third gear needle shifting passing wheel 11, and the third gear needle shifting passing wheel 11 can rotate freely.
The front valve clamping plate is provided with an interface which is integrated with the main clamping plate component, and the front valve clamping plate is connected with the main clamping plate component into a whole through the interface. The main plate assembly 12 is formed by pressing the nail tube 20 and other parts onto the main plate 13, wherein 12a and 12b in the main plate assembly press-fit the nail tube 20. These two points are the interfaces for mounting the front valve module, i.e. correspond to the holes 1a, 6a, 1b, 6b and 12a, 12b in the front valve clamping plate.
Fig. 3 and 4 are schematic structural views of the two-stage front valve clamping plate 1 and the three-stage front valve clamping plate 6 according to the present invention, wherein 1a and 1b in the two-stage front valve clamping plate 1 and 6a and 6b in the three-stage front valve clamping plate 6 are interfaces for mounting the front valve module on the main clamping plate assembly 12. For example, when the two-stage front valve module is installed, 1a in the two-stage front valve clamping plate 1 is engaged with 12a in the main clamping plate assembly, 1b in the two-stage front valve clamping plate 1 is engaged with 12b in the main clamping plate assembly, and both are screwed by the set screws 21.
When the cartridge is mounted with the two-stage front valve module, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, 1a and 1b of the two-stage front valve clamping plate 1 of the two-stage module are fitted over the nail tube 20 of the main clamping plate assembly 12 and are screwed down with the fixing screws 21. The front valve module and the machine core are integrated. Fig. 5 shows the movement in the original winding state, i.e. the second gear setting wheel 5 and the setting wheel member 16 are in engagement, and the setting wheel member 16 and the jumper member 15 are in engagement. When the front valve module is in a second gear state, the second gear handle shaft 2 is rotated to drive the second gear setting wheel 5 to rotate, and finally the wheel-spanning part 15 rotates, so that setting is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, 6 to 8, when the cartridge is mounted with the three-stage front valve module, 6a and 6b of the three-stage front valve clamping plate 6 of the three-stage module are fitted over the nail tube 20 of the main clamping plate assembly 12 and are screwed down with the fixing screws 21. The front valve module and the machine core are integrated. Fig. 6 shows the movement in the original up state, the third shift pin passing wheel 11 and the sidewheel member 15 in the third shift front valve module are in engagement, and the day speed passing wheel 14 and the day speed shifting wheel 18 in the third shift front valve module and the day speed shifting wheel member 17 are in engagement, which is worth noting: 1. when the movement requires the installation of a three-speed front valve module, the setting pin passing wheel member 16 needs to be removed. 2. The day speed dial member 17 is required to be installed in the main plate assembly. The main plate assembly meets the two requirements. When the front valve module is in a second gear state, the third gear dial wheel 10 is meshed with the day quick dial wheel 14, the third gear stem 7 is rotated to drive the third gear dial wheel 10 to rotate, and finally the day quick dial wheel 14 is rotated, and the day quick dial wheel part 17 is riveted by the day quick dial wheel 18 and the quick dial claw 19, so that the quick dial claw 19 is driven to rotate to realize the quick dial calendar.
When the front valve module is in a third gear state, the third gear setting wheel 10 is meshed with the third gear setting needle passing wheel 11, the third gear stem 7 is rotated, the third gear setting wheel 10 is driven to rotate, and finally the wheel crossing part 15 is rotated, so that setting of a needle is realized.
It should be noted that the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned specific embodiments, and according to the basic technical concept of the present invention, the present invention can be realized by driving the same structure, changing the shape or fixing manner of the parts, so long as the person skilled in the art does not need to perform creative work, and all the embodiments can be considered to belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

The watch front valve module suitable for replacement is characterized by comprising a front valve clamping plate, a stem, a vertical wheel, a clutch part, a pull-block part and a quick-dialing output part, wherein the stem, the vertical wheel, the clutch part, the pull-block part and the quick-dialing output part are arranged on the front valve clamping plate to form an integral front valve module; the front valve module is integrally arranged on the main clamping plate assembly; the front valve module comprises a two-gear front valve module and a three-gear front valve module, the appearance structures of the front valve modules are the same, the shapes of the vertical gear teeth are fixed, the vertical gear is meshed with the winding structure of the watch movement, and the front valve modules are replaced according to the functional requirements of the movement, so that multi-gear selective assembly is realized.
2. The wristwatch front valve module of claim 1, wherein the front valve plate is formed with an interface integral with the main plate assembly, and the front valve plate is integrally connected to the main plate assembly via the interface.

The wristwatch front valve module of claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a second stem (2), a second standing wheel (3), a second clutch wheel (4) and a second setting wheel (5) mounted on a second front valve clamping plate (1); when the needle is pulled, the second gear clutch wheel (4) is meshed with the second gear needle pulling wheel (5), and the second gear needle pulling wheel (5) can freely rotate.

A wristwatch front valve module adapted to be replaced according to claim 3, characterized in that the second gear setting wheel (5) of the two gear front valve module is engaged with a setting wheel member (16), the setting wheel member (16) being engaged with a jumper member (15); when the two-gear needle pulling device is in a two-gear state, the two-gear handle shaft (2) is rotated to drive the two-gear needle pulling wheel (5) to rotate and the straddle wheel component (15) to rotate, so that needle pulling is realized.
