Abstract
The invention discloses a filter element, which comprises: a housing; the inner frame is matched with the outer shell and is connected with the outer shell; the filter paper is arranged in the inner frame, the inner cavity of the inner frame is fully distributed on the radial direction of the inner frame, and the filter paper is connected with the inner frame. The filter element in the present invention comprises only the outer shell, the inner frame and the filter paper. In the assembly process, the filter paper is connected to the inner frame, and then the inner frame is connected to the outer shell. The connection of the filter paper and the inner frame can be realized through integral injection molding, and the connection of the inner frame and the outer shell can be realized through hot melt adhesive. The filter element has the advantages of simple structure and convenient assembly, thereby improving the production efficiency. The invention also discloses an air filter with the filter element.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air filters, in particular to an air filter and a filter element thereof.
Background
An air cleaner is located in the engine air intake system. The air cleaner functions to filter out harmful impurities in air to be introduced into the cylinder to reduce early wear of the cylinder, the piston ring, the valve, and the valve seat. The structure of the filter element of the existing air filter is complex, and the assembly process is complex, so that the workload is large and the production efficiency is low.
Therefore, how to simplify the structure of the filter element of the air filter, so that the assembly of the filter element is convenient, and the production efficiency is improved, is a critical problem to be solved by the person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a filter element of an air filter, which has a simple structure and is convenient to assemble, so that the production efficiency is improved.
A filter cartridge, comprising:
a housing;
the inner frame is matched with the outer shell and is connected with the outer shell;
the filter paper is arranged in the inner frame, the inner cavity of the inner frame is fully distributed on the radial direction of the inner frame, and the filter paper is connected with the inner frame.
Preferably, the filter paper is injection molded integrally with the inner frame.
Preferably, a mounting groove is provided in the outer case along a circumferential direction of the outer case, into which the inner frame can be inserted;
the inner frame is fixed in the mounting groove through hot melt adhesive.
Preferably, the mounting groove is disposed adjacent to the air outlet of the housing.
Preferably, the end face of the air inlet of the inner frame is provided with a foolproof convex column.
Preferably, a support beam is provided inside the housing and near the air outlet of the housing, the support beam being for supporting the filter paper.
Preferably, a pull ring is arranged on the shell.
Preferably, the pull ring is clamped with the shell;
the pull ring comprises a ring body and a buckle which are connected with each other, the air inlet of the shell is provided with a convex edge, a clamping hole is axially formed in the convex edge, and the buckle can be clamped in the clamping hole.
Preferably, a groove is arranged along the outer circumference of the shell, and a sealing strip is arranged in the groove and is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the shell of the air filter.
The invention also discloses an air filter, which comprises a filter element, wherein the filter element is any one of the filter elements.
From the above technical solution, it can be seen that the filter element in the present invention only comprises a housing, an inner frame and filter paper. In the assembly process, the filter paper is connected to the inner frame, and then the inner frame is connected to the outer shell. The connection of the filter paper and the inner frame can be realized through integral injection molding, and the connection of the inner frame and the outer shell can be realized through hot melt adhesive. The filter element has the advantages of simple structure and convenient assembly, thereby improving the production efficiency.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a filter element of an air filter, which has a simple structure and is convenient to assemble, thereby improving the production efficiency.
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
In one embodiment of the invention, the filter cartridge comprises a housing 1, an inner frame 2 and filter paper 3. The inner frame 2 is matched with the outer shell 1, or the shape of the inner frame 2 is the same as the shape of the inner cavity of the outer shell 1. The inner frame 2 and the outer shell 1 are fixedly connected. The filter paper 3 is arranged in the inner frame 2. The filter paper 3 is distributed over the inner cavity of the inner frame 2 along the radial direction of the inner frame 2, or the outline shape of the filter paper 3 is the same as the inner cavity shape of the inner frame 2. The filter paper 3 and the inner frame 2 are also fixedly connected.
The filter cartridge in this embodiment comprises only the outer shell 1, the inner frame 2 and the filter paper 3. In the assembly process, the filter paper 3 is attached to the inner frame 2, and then the inner frame 2 is attached to the outer frame 1. The filter element in the embodiment has simple structure and convenient assembly, thereby improving the production efficiency.
Further, the filter paper 3 is integrally injection-molded with the inner frame 2. The manufacturing can not only realize the connection of the filter paper 3 and the inner frame 2, but also ensure no gap between the filter paper 3 and the inner wall of the inner frame 2, thereby ensuring that all air is filtered by the filter paper 3 and improving the filtering quality of the air filter.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, in the housing 1, a mounting groove 8 is provided along the circumferential direction of the housing 1. The inner frame 2 can be inserted into the mounting groove 8, and further, the mounting groove 8 is provided in the outer casing 1 at a position close to the air outlet. The air flows along the axial direction of the housing 1, and the opening of the housing 1 into which the air enters is an air inlet. The opening in the housing 1 through which air flows out is an air outlet. For example, in fig. 1, the upper port of the housing 1 is an air inlet, and the lower port of the housing 1 is an air outlet. When the air flows, the inner frame 2 is pressed to the bottom of the mounting groove 8, so that the firmness of the connection between the inner frame 2 and the outer shell 1 can be ensured, and the inner frame 2 can be prevented from being separated from the mounting groove 8. Further, after the inner frame 2 is inserted into the installation groove 8, the inner frame 2 is fixed and sealed in the installation groove 8 by the hot melt adhesive. The thermosol fixing mode is convenient to operate and firm in fixing.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the end face of the air inlet of the inner frame 2 is provided with the foolproof boss 6, and if the side with the foolproof boss 6 is inserted into the mounting groove 8, the condition of not inserting the foolproof boss 6 in place can occur, so that the air inlet and the air outlet of the inner frame 2 can be prevented from being reversely assembled by the foolproof boss 6 in the embodiment.
Further, the fool-proof stud 6 is also higher than the end face of the air inlet of the housing 1, so that the limitation also prevents the air inlet and the air outlet of the whole filter element from being reversed.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, a support beam 4 is provided inside the housing 1, the support beam 4 being located near the air outlet of the housing 1. The support beam 4 is used to support the filter paper 3. During operation of the filter element, the air flow will press the filter paper 3 against the air outlet side of the housing 1, and the support beam 4 can share the pressure of the filter paper 3, thereby extending the service life of the filter paper 3.
In one embodiment of the invention, a pull ring 7 is provided on the housing 1 to facilitate the removal of the cartridge from the housing 1 of the air cleaner. Further, the pull ring 7 is selectively clamped on the shell 1. The clamping type structure is simple and convenient to realize.
The specific clamping structure is as follows: the tab 7 includes a ring body 71 and a catch 72. The buckle 72 is disposed at one side of the ring 71, and the buckle 72 is perpendicular to the ring 71. The air inlet of the housing 1 is provided with a radially outwardly projecting flange. A clamping hole 5 is formed in the convex edge along the axial direction of the shell 1. The card hole 5 is engaged with the buckle 72. The buckle 72 is pressed and deformed and then enters the clamping hole 5, and then expands and opens below the clamping hole 5, so that a clamping relationship is formed between the buckle and the wall of the clamping hole 5. In this embodiment, the buckle 72 is located below the clamping hole 5, and the ring body 71 is parallel to the plane of the filter paper 3, or the ring body 71 can be attached to the filter paper 3, that is, the setting of the clamping ring does not enlarge the original volume of the filter element, so that the filter element can be smoothly matched with the housing of the air filter.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, grooves are provided in the outer wall of the housing 1. The groove is arranged along the circumferential direction of the housing 1. The groove is used for accommodating the sealing strip. The sealing strip is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the shell of the air filter. Or the sealing strip is used for realizing the sealing fit between the filter element and the shell of the air filter, so that air is prevented from passing through a gap between the filter element and the shell of the air filter.
The invention also discloses an air filter which comprises a filter element, wherein the filter element is any filter element, the filter element has the effects, and the air filter with the filter element also has the effects, so that the description is omitted.

1. A filter cartridge, comprising:
a housing (1);
the inner frame (2), the said inner frame (2) cooperates with said outer casing (1), and the said inner frame (2) is connected with said outer casing (1);
the filter paper (3) is arranged in the inner frame (2), the inner cavity of the inner frame (2) is fully distributed by the filter paper (3) in the radial direction of the inner frame (2), and the filter paper (3) is connected with the inner frame (2);
the filter paper (3) and the inner frame (2) are integrally injection molded;
the end face of the air inlet of the inner frame (2) is provided with a foolproof convex column (6);
a pull ring (7) is arranged on the shell (1);
the pull ring (7) is clamped with the shell (1);
the pull ring (7) comprises a ring body (71) and a buckle (72) which are connected with each other, the air inlet of the shell (1) is provided with a convex edge, a clamping hole (5) is axially formed in the convex edge, and the buckle (72) can be clamped in the clamping hole (5).
2. A cartridge as claimed in claim 1, wherein a mounting groove (8) is provided in the housing (1) along the circumferential direction of the housing (1), the inner frame (2) being insertable into the mounting groove (8);
the inner frame (2) is fixed in the mounting groove (8) through hot melt adhesive.
3. A cartridge as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mounting groove (8) is provided adjacent to the air outlet of the housing (1).
4. A filter cartridge according to claim 1, characterized in that a support beam (4) is provided inside the housing (1) and close to the air outlet of the housing (1), the support beam (4) being adapted to support the filter paper (3).
5. A filter cartridge according to claim 1, characterized in that a groove is provided along the outer circumference of the housing (1), in which groove a sealing strip is provided, which sealing strip is in sealing engagement with the inner wall of the housing of the air cleaner.
6. An air cleaner comprising a filter cartridge, wherein the filter cartridge is a filter cartridge according to any one of claims 1-5.
