Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6 together, as a specific embodiment of the coal mine mining, selecting, filling and reserving integrated mining system provided by the invention, a coal gangue sorting device 200 includes a raw coal conveyor belt 210, a gangue sorter 230, a lump coal conveyor belt 240 and a gangue conveyor belt 250, where the raw coal conveyor belt 210 is used for conveying raw coal; the gangue separator 230 comprises a separation conveyor 231 arranged below the raw coal conveyor 210, an X-ray detector 232 arranged above the separation conveyor 231, an air injection mechanism 233 arranged at one side of the separation conveyor 231 and used for injecting air to the separation conveyor 231, and a first controller 234 electrically connected with the X-ray detector 232 and the air injection mechanism 233 respectively; one end of the lump coal conveyer belt 240 is arranged below the output end of the sorting conveyer belt 231; the gangue transport belt 250 is provided at the other side of the sorting transport belt 231.
In the coal gangue sorting, the raw coal conveyor 210 conveys raw coal onto the sorting conveyor 231, the X-ray detector 232 recognizes the gangue therein and transmits a signal to the first controller 234, and the first controller controls the air injection mechanism 233 to inject air to blow the gangue onto the gangue conveyor 250 on one side of the sorting conveyor 231, while lump coal remains on the sorting conveyor 231 until being conveyed to one end of the sorting conveyor 231 and falls onto the lump coal conveyor 240.
Compared with the prior art, the gangue sorting device 200 provided by the invention has the advantages that the raw coal conveyer belt 210, the gangue sorter 230, the lump coal conveyer belt 240 and the gangue conveyer belt 250 are matched, the X-ray detector 232 of the gangue sorter 230 is used for detecting gangue and sorting the gangue through the air injection mechanism 233, the whole device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, only occupies the widths of the two conveyer belts, has extremely strong adaptability to narrow space under a mine, can be directly arranged in a roadway of the mine, and is convenient for sorting the gangue and the coal under the mine.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6 together, as a specific embodiment of the coal mine mining, selecting, filling and reserving integrated mining system provided by the present invention, the coal gangue sorting device 200 further includes a vibration coal feeder 220, a chute 260 and a slideway 270, wherein the vibration coal feeder 220 is disposed between the raw coal conveyor 210 and the gangue sorter 230, and is used for receiving raw coal conveyed by the raw coal conveyor 210 and uniformly conveying the raw coal to the gangue sorter 230; the upper part of the chute 260 is arranged below the vibration coal feeder 220, and the lower part is arranged above the lump coal conveyer belt 240; the slide way 270 is arranged above the chute 260 and is in sliding connection with the vibration coal feeder 220; the gangue transport belt 250, the lump coal transport belt 240 and the sorting transport belt 231 are arranged in parallel with each other, and the running directions of the lump coal transport belt 240 and the sorting transport belt 231 are opposite.
When the gangue separator 230 needs to be overhauled, the vibration coal feeder 220 can be driven to be separated from the raw coal conveying belt 210, so that raw coal on the raw coal conveying belt 210 directly falls on the lump coal conveying belt 240 and is conveyed to a well.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6 together, as a specific embodiment of the coal mining, selecting, filling and reserving integrated mining system provided by the present invention, a separator 235 is disposed on a sorting conveyor 231, and an included angle α is formed between the separator 235 and the advancing direction of the sorting conveyor 231; the included angle alpha is 45-90 degrees, so that the waste rock can more accurately fall on the waste rock conveying belt 250, the waste rock is prevented from being ejected and piled on one side of the waste rock conveying belt 250, and the waste rock can rapidly move along with the waste rock conveying belt 250, and meanwhile, the width of each conveying belt is saved; a first baffle 291 is arranged on one side of the gangue conveyor belt 250 close to the sorting conveyor belt 231, and the first baffle 291 is connected with the sorting conveyor belt 231; a second baffle 292 is arranged on one side of the gangue conveyor belt 250 away from the sorting conveyor belt 231, and the upper part of the second baffle 292 is higher than the sorting conveyor belt 231; the lower portion of the second shutter 292 is bent to the inside and is positioned at the upper portion of the gangue transport conveyer 250 so that the gangue falls on; the gangue separator 200 further comprises a dust remover 280 arranged at one side of the output end of the separation conveyer 231; the dust remover 280 comprises a dust filtering mechanism 281 and an air compressor 282 with an air inlet end connected with the dust filtering mechanism 281; the air injection mechanism 233 includes an air injection tube 236 connected to an air outlet section of the air compressor 282 and an electrically controlled valve 237 disposed on the air injection tube 236 and electrically connected to the first controller 234.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6 together, as a specific embodiment of the mining, selecting, filling and reserving integrated mining system for coal mine provided by the present invention, the gangue backfill device 300 includes a gangue pushing device, and the gangue pushing device is connected to the gangue conveyor 250, and is used for filling the gangue in the goaf and pushing the gangue to form a filling body.
Referring to fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the coal mine mining, selecting, filling and reserving integrated mining system provided by the invention, the gangue pushing device comprises a support 310, a top plate 320, a supporting cylinder group 330, a pushing cylinder 340, a pushing and adjusting cylinder 350, a pushing seat 360 and a discharging opening 370, wherein the support 310 is used for contacting a working surface; the top plate 320 is used for supporting an upper rock mass; the support cylinder group 330 is disposed between the supporter 310 and the top plate 320 for supporting the top plate 320; one end of the pushing cylinder 340 is hinged with the support 310; one end of the pushing and pressing adjusting oil cylinder 350 is hinged with the top plate 320, and the other end is connected with the middle part of the pushing and pressing oil cylinder 340; the pushing seat 360 is arranged at the other end of the pushing cylinder 340 and is used for pushing gangue; the feed opening 370 is provided at a lower portion of the top plate 320 and above the pressing seat 360.
When the gangue is filled and piled up, the pushing seat 360 is separated between the gangue filling body and the supporting cylinder group 330 of the hydraulic support, after the gangue falls to the outer side of the pushing seat 360 from the blanking opening 370, the pushing cylinder 340 is driven to push the gangue, the pushing adjusting cylinder 350 is driven to adjust the angle of the pushing seat 360, after the gangue is pushed and stabilized, the pushing cylinder 340 and the pushing adjusting cylinder 350 are driven to retract the pushing seat 360, the gangue continues to fall to the outer side of the pushing seat 360 from the blanking opening 370, and the steps are repeated.
Compared with the prior art, the gangue pushing device provided by the invention can realize the pushing of the gangue pile body through the mutual matching of the support 310, the top plate 320, the supporting cylinder group 330, the pushing cylinder 340, the pushing adjusting cylinder 350, the pushing seat 360 and the blanking opening 370, so that the gangue pile body can be stably filled, the operation is simple and convenient, meanwhile, the pushing seat 360 can avoid the gangue from falling down, the supporting cylinder group 330 is damaged, and the safety protection effect on the hydraulic support can be realized.
Referring to fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the coal mine mining, selecting, filling and retaining integrated mining system provided by the invention, in the gangue pushing device, a feed opening 370 is slidably connected with a top plate 320; two ends of the blanking cylinder 371 are respectively connected with the blanking port 370 and the top plate 320 and used for driving the blanking port 370 to slide on the top plate 320; the unloading conveyer 380 is arranged at the lower part of the top plate 320, and the output end is connected with the unloading opening 370, and the input end is connected with the gangue conveyer 250, so that the unloading position can be determined according to the gangue stacking condition.
Referring to fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the mining, selecting, filling and reserving integrated mining system for coal mine provided by the invention, in the gangue pushing device, a pushing seat 360 includes a first pushing panel 362 hinged with a pushing cylinder 340, and a pushing seat adjusting cylinder 361 with two ends respectively hinged with the pushing cylinder 340 and the first pushing panel 362; the pressing seat 360 further includes a second pressing panel 364 disposed in parallel with the first pressing panel 362, a buffer layer 363 provided between the first pressing panel 362 and the second pressing panel 364, and a vibrator 365 provided on the second pressing panel 364; cushioning layer 363 includes a resilient mass 366 and a spring 367 disposed within resilient mass 366. The vibrator 365 vibrates to facilitate the filling of the gangue more firmly, and the buffer layer 363 can reduce the backward transmission of the vibration, so as to avoid the damage of the pushing cylinder 340 and other components caused by the vibration.
Referring to fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the coal mine mining, selecting, filling and reserving integrated mining system provided by the invention, the gangue pushing device further includes a stroke sensor 391, a pressure sensor 392, an angle sensor 393 and a second controller 394, wherein the stroke sensor 391 is arranged on the pushing cylinder 340 for detecting the elongation of the pushing cylinder 340; the pressure sensor 392 is disposed on the pushing cylinder 340 for detecting the pressure of the pushing cylinder 340; the angle sensor 393 is used for detecting the included angle between the pushing cylinder 340 and the support 310; the first controller 394 is electrically connected to the vibrator 365, the stroke sensor 391, the pressure sensor 392, the angle sensor 393, the support cylinder group 330, the push cylinder 340, and the push adjustment cylinder 350, respectively. The provision of the travel sensor 391, the pressure sensor 392 and the angle sensor 393 facilitates analysis of the gangue filling effect based on the data collected thereby to determine whether the gangue filling is stable, and also facilitates intelligent control of the other components by the second controller 394.

one end of the lump coal conveyer belt (240) is arranged below the output end of the sorting conveyer belt (231);
the gangue conveying belt (250) is arranged on the other side of the sorting conveying belt (231);
a vibration coal feeder (220) arranged between the raw coal conveyor belt (210) and the gangue separator (230);
A chute (260) with an upper part arranged below the vibration coal feeder (220) and a lower part arranged above the lump coal conveyer belt (240); and
