As shown in fig. 3, the limiting assembly 10 includes a limiting plate 11 extending along the stock rail, the top of the limiting plate 11 is slightly higher than the top of the stock rail 20 in the vertical height direction, the starting end of the point rail is lower than the height of the stock rail, the wheel easily climbs up the point rail along the end of the point rail when changing the track, the limiting plate 11 is higher than the stock rail and is positioned at the inner side of the wheel, the limiting plate 11 can push the wheel back into the limiting space in time, so as to ensure the normal running of the vehicle, and if only one side has the limiting assembly, the wheel cannot be limited to climb up the point rail. The spacing assembly 10 is disposed parallel to the stock rail 20, the spacing assembly 10 having a spacing section 111 and a first buffer section 112, the first buffer section 112 being disposed on a side of the spacing section 111 remote from the point rail 30, the distance between the first buffer section 112 and the stock rail 20 being greater than the distance between the spacing section 111 and the stock rail 20. The spacing assembly 10 also has a second buffer segment 113, the second buffer segment 113 being disposed on a side of the spacing segment 111 adjacent to the point rail 30 to cooperate with the point rail 30 to limit the wheel.

The guard rail device further includes: the locking assembly 50, the locking assembly 50 is used for locking the limiting plate 11 on the fixing assembly 40; wherein, the limiting plate 11 is provided with a bar-shaped hole, and the extending direction of the bar-shaped hole is perpendicular to the extending direction of the stock rail 20, so that the limiting plate 11 can be adjusted along the extending direction of the bar-shaped hole. The limiting plate 11 is provided with a sedimentation tank 12, and the strip-shaped holes are arranged in the sedimentation tank 12.
As shown in fig. 3, the guard rail device in this embodiment is further provided with a locking assembly 50, preferably, the locking assembly 50 includes a plurality of locking bolts, a bar-shaped hole is formed in the limiting plate 11, the limiting plate 11 can be adjusted along the extending direction of the bar-shaped hole, and the locking assembly is locked on the fixing assembly 40 by the locking bolts after the adjustment. Preferably, a settling tank 12 is further provided on the limiting plate 11, and a bar-shaped hole is provided in the settling tank 12 so as to accommodate the bolt head of the locking bolt in the settling tank 12, so that the top surface of the locking assembly 50 is not higher than the top of the limiting plate, and the wheels and the locking assembly 50 are prevented from interfering with each other during the running process of the vehicle.
The present invention also provides a track system comprising two stock rails 20, two point rails 30 and a rail guard as described above, each point rail 30 being adjustably disposed between a respective stock rail 20 and a spacing assembly 10 to change the direction of travel of the vehicle by switching the position of the point rail 30.
The invention also provides a track system with the guard rail device, which also comprises two stock rails 20 and two switch rails 30 for changing tracks, wherein the two stock rails are positioned at the outermost sides, the limit assemblies are positioned at the inner sides of the two stock rails, and the switch rails are movably arranged between the stock rails and the corresponding limit assemblies for changing the running direction of a vehicle.

(3) In the closed state of the switch rail and the stock rail, the horizontal distance between the limit assembly and the limit section of the switch rail stock rail assembly is 50-54 mm, and the adjustment is needed when the horizontal distance is more than 54 mm. The length of the limiting section is 1400mm. Within this distance, the wheel set limiting assembly will limit the horizontal position of the wheel set of the vehicle so that the wheel rim does not abut against the position before the 20mm section of the top width of the switch rail, and derailment accidents caused by the wheel rim climbing up the top surface of the switch rail are avoided.
The length of the first buffer section is 1220mm, the length of the second buffer section is 550mm, and the horizontal distance between the wheel set limiting assembly and the switch rail stock rail assembly is gradually changed in the closed state of the switch rail and the stock rail, and the horizontal distance is 50mm at the minimum and 75mm at the maximum.
The length of the opening sections at two sides of the limiting plate is 150mm, the horizontal distance between the wheel set limiting assembly and the switch rail stock rail assembly is gradually changed in the closed state of the switch rail and the stock rail, and the horizontal distance is 75mm at the minimum and 95mm at the maximum.
(4) The upper surface, namely the top surface of the wheel set limiting component is 22mm higher than the center of the rail top of the stock rail, the lower surface is 12mm away from the center of the rail top of the stock rail, and the total acting surface thickness is 34mm.
