Abstract
一种基于在线直流驱动的长途重载运输系统,包括车辆、运输生态体系和牵引电网。所述运输生态体系包括云控平台、车联网模块和物联网模块;所述牵引电网包括主变电所、牵引变电所、整流器、变压器和牵引线。所述车辆的顶部设置有受电弓。所述车辆上设有动力电池、电池管理模块、车载高频DC/DC转换器、MCU和电机。受电弓通过导线与车载高频DC/DC转换器相连,车载高频DC/DC转换器通过导线与动力电池相连;动力电池通过导线与电池管理模块相连;电池管理模块通过导线与MCU相连。MCU通过导线与电机相连。本发明节能减排,融入智能驾驶和物联网、车辆网技术,实现低能耗和效益、效率最大化。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于车辆和交通技术领域,涉及一种基于在线直流驱动的长途重载运输系统。
背景技术
我国货运体系以公路运输为主,占比超过78%,载货量大、效率高的牵引车(重型货车)是长途运输的主力车型,尽管重型货车占机动车保有量比例较低,但污染物排放分担率较高,面临着较大的减排压力。新型的“零排放”公路长途重载运输系统意义重大。
西门子提出“电气化公路”概念,旨在解决能源消耗和减少废气排放,国内也申请了很多相关专利,但多比较宽泛,没有实际意义。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明旨在提供一种基于在线直流驱动的长途重载运输系统。该运输系统节能减排,融入智能驾驶和物联网、车辆网技术,实现低能耗和效益、效率最大化。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种基于在线直流驱动的长途重载运输系统,包括车辆、运输生态体系和牵引电网。
所述运输生态体系包括云控平台、车联网模块和物联网模块;所述云控平台为基于直流载波通讯的车辆信息识别和远程控制系统;所述车联网模块为集成AEBS、LKA、ACC等智能驾驶技术,实现车辆的自动编队技术,保证时效,节省能量;所述物联网模块为基于物流大数据的车辆调度系统,实现低能耗、高效率物流运输。
所述牵引电网包括主变电所、牵引变电所、整流器、变压器和牵引线。所述主变电所通过整流器从城市电网取得两路110kV独立电源,然后通过主变压器将电压降到10kV,经过10kV电缆线路向各牵引变电所送电,经牵引变电所输出1500V直流电到牵引线。每个牵引变电所容量为4MW,辐射12km区域,左右各6km。
所述车辆的顶部设置有受电弓,受电弓位于卡车上方,可自动感应高压电网,实现瞬间的接入和分离。
所述车辆上设置有动力电池、电池管理模块、车载高频DC/DC转换器、MCU和电机。
所述车辆顶部的受电弓通过导线与车载高频DC/DC转换器相连,车载高频DC/DC转换器通过导线与动力电池相连;动力电池通过导线与电池管理模块相连;电池管理模块通过导线与MCU相连。
MCU通过导线与电机相连。车载高频DC/DC转换器将牵引线传输来的1500V直流电转换为600V直流电。然后将600V直流电输送给动力电池,驱动车辆行驶。
所述车辆有在线电力和动力电池两种模式驱动,对应在线和离线两种行驶模式,两种模式可自由切换。在线行驶时由输电网络电力驱动,可同时实现给动力电池充电,能量回收可反馈回电网或动力电池。离线行驶时由动力电池驱动,线电力和动力电池两种模式驱动的混合动力系统通过车载高频DC/DC转换器实现顺利运行。
本发明的有益效果为:基于在线直流驱动和充电技术于长途重载运输系统,集合零排放电电纯电车辆和基于智能驾驶、车联网、物联网的智能生态体系,构建了高效率、低能耗的公路长途重载运输系统,解决了目前长途重载公路运输能耗和污染较高的问题。

为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,并结合其附图,对本发明进行详细阐述。根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例所提供的一种基于在线直流驱动的长途重载运输系统进行详细说明。
如图1-图4所示,一种基于在线直流驱动的长途重载运输系统,包括车辆1、云控平台7、车联网模块8、物联网模块9、主变电所15、牵引变电所10、整流器13、主变压器16和牵引线2。
云控平台7、车联网模块8和物联网模块9为运输生态体系;云控平台7为基于直流载波通讯的车辆信息识别和远程控制系统;车联网模块8为集成AEBS、LKA、ACC等智能驾驶技术,实现车辆的自动编队技术,保证时效,节省能量;物联网模块9为基于物流大数据的车辆调度系统,实现低能耗、高效率物流运输。
主变电所15、牵引变电所10、整流器13、主变压器16和牵引线2为牵引电网3。主变电所15通过整流器13从城市电网取得两路110kV独立电源,然后通过主变压器16将电压降到10kV,经过10kV电缆线路向各牵引变电所10送电,经牵引变电所10输出1500V直流电到牵引线2。每个牵引变电所10容量为4MW,辐射12km区域,左右各6km。
车辆1的顶部设置有受电弓6,受电弓6位于卡车上方,可自动感应高压电网,实现瞬间的接入和分离。
车辆1上设置有动力电池4、电池管理模块5、车载高频DC/DC转换器11、MCU12和电机14。
车辆1顶部的受电弓6通过导线与车载高频DC/DC转换器11相连,车载高频DC/DC转换器11通过导线与动力电池4相连;动力电池4通过导线与电池管理模块5相连;电池管理模块5通过导线与MCU12相连;MCU12通过导线与电机14相连。车载高频DC/DC转换器11将牵引线2传输来的1500V直流电转换为600V直流电。然后将600V直流电输送给动力电池4,驱动车辆行驶。
电池管理模块5可以进行包括温度、电流、电压测量,通讯和SoC估算,异常保护等。电池管理模块5通过逻辑算法控制实现可在线直流快充和能量均衡保护(达到100SoC后的均衡保护状态)。
车辆1有在线电力和动力电池两种模式驱动,对应在线和离线两种行驶模式,两种模式可自由切换。在线行驶时由输电网络电力驱动,可同时实现给动力电池4充电,能量回收可反馈回电网或动力电池4。离线行驶时由动力电池4驱动,线电力和动力电池两种模式驱动的混合动力系统通过车载高频DC/DC转换器11实现顺利运行。

1.一种基于在线直流驱动的长途重载运输系统,其特征在于:包括车辆、运输生态体系和牵引电网,所述车辆上设置有动力电池、电池管理模块、车载高频DC/DC转换器、MCU和电机,所述车辆的顶部设置有受电弓,所述受电弓通过导线与车载高频DC/DC转换器相连,所述车载高频DC/DC转换器通过导线与动力电池相连,所述动力电池通过导线与电池管理模块相连,所述电池管理模块通过导线与MCU相连,所述MCU通过导线与电机相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于在线直流驱动的长途重载运输系统,其特征在于:所述运输生态体系包括云控平台、车联网模块和物联网模块。
