本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种抗衰平衡霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代人因接触外在环境条件变差,饮食不均衡、生活作息不正常、熬夜、抽烟、喝酒、情绪等因素影响,常会使得新陈代谢速度减缓,不正常的代谢使得角质细胞无法自然脱落,厚厚地堆积在表面,导致皮肤粗糙、暗沉。随着年龄的增长也因皮肤老化导致新陈代谢速度减慢,角质层过厚,皮肤日渐衰老。皮肤衰老限于全身部位,明显特征为皱纹和松弛,并出现色素沉着、皮肤粗糙、干燥、敏感性和脆性增加,皮肤松弛、弹性降低、皱纹增多、皮肤萎缩等现象。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对护肤品的功能要求越来越高,局部抗衰老的护肤品也层出不穷,具有抗衰、抗皱,保湿,美白等功效。目前,化妆品的成分单一,且含有多种化学物质,容易引起过敏和毒副作用,且吸收效果不好,抗皱效果差等缺点。
鉴于以上原因,特提出本发明。

为了解决现有技术存在的以上问题,本发明提供了一种抗衰平衡霜及其制备方法,本发明的抗衰平衡霜采用天然的原料制成,化学原料少,可以长期使用对身体健康,具有修复皮肤皱纹,抑制皱纹再生,延缓皮肤衰老的作用。

A相:水、甘油、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、尿囊素;
B相:辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、卡波姆、鲸蜡硬脂醇、黄原胶;
C相:油橄榄果油、燕麦仁提取物、北美金缕梅叶提取物、羊毛脂、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、氨甲基丙醇;
D相:生育酚、大豆异黄酮、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯。

本发明中各原料的作用如下:
溶剂为水,保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、透明质酸钠,皮肤调理剂油橄榄果油、燕麦仁提取物、北美金缕梅叶提取物、羊毛脂、超氧化物歧化酶、氨甲基丙醇,润肤剂为辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷,乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇;抗氧化剂为生育酚、大豆异黄酮;增稠剂为卡波姆、黄原胶;收敛剂为尿囊素;防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯。
透明质酸钠水溶液具有较强的黏弹性和润滑性,涂于皮肤表面,可形成一层保湿透气膜,保持皮肤滋润亮泽。小分子透明质酸能渗透到真皮层,促进血液微循环,有利于皮肤对营养物质的吸收,起到美容抗皱的保健作用。
由于尿囊素是一种两性化合物,能结合多种物质形成复盐,具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水份,滋润和柔软,是美容美发等化妆品的特效添加剂。
辛酸癸酸甘油三酯是由辛酸/癸酸和甘油酯化而成的高纯度油脂。它是一种优秀的滋润油脂,具有良好的铺展性,使皮肤具有滑而不腻的感觉,容易被皮肤吸收。对化妆品的均匀细腻起到很好的作用,使皮肤润滑有光泽。
甘油硬脂酸酯能降低水的表面张力,形成胶束,具有去污、乳化、分散、洗涤、湿润、渗透、扩散、起泡、抗氧、粘度调节、杀菌、防止老化、抗静电、防止晶析等多功能。
聚二甲基硅氧烷具有良好的护肤功能,属于化妆品原料中的合成油脂。本品无毒,对皮肤和粘膜无刺激性,但对眼睛有刺激性,一般公认是安全的。
卡波姆亲水性稠化剂、稳定乳化剂、悬浮剂、凝胶剂,具有良好之透明度,需维持中至弱碱性才有稠度。
油橄榄果油即橄榄果渣油是橄榄果经过所有的压榨提取过程后的剩余部分再经过化学溶解处理而得到的,橄榄果渣油具有滋润作用,所以被广泛用来生产化妆品。
燕麦仁提取物拥有优异的抗衰老功效,能够抚平细小皱纹,改善皮肤纹理度。
北美金缕梅叶提取物内含单宁质多种如Ellagtannin和Hamamlitannin可以调节皮脂分泌,具保湿及嫩白作用;具有镇静、安抚的效果,对龟裂、晒伤、粉刺有改善效果;可有效帮助肌肤夜间再生能力。
羊毛脂是附着在羊毛上的一种分泌油脂,为淡黄色或棕黄色的软膏状物;有黏性而滑腻;可以让皮肤光滑柔嫩。
超氧化物歧化酶是一种源于生命体的活性物质,能消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质。对人体不断地补充SOD具有抗衰老的特殊效果。
氨甲基丙醇是一种有机碱,用作中和剂,在化妆品中一般用作树脂的中和剂。
生育酚增加细胞的抗氧化作用,维持和促进生殖机能。具有一定的抗老化作用,还能改善脂质代谢,防止动脉硬化,降低血脂。
大豆异黄酮具有可以延缓皮肤衰老的作用。
一种所述的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量份分别称取备用;
(2)将A相和B相原料分别放入到水相锅和油相锅中,加热搅拌,保温;
(3)将加热后的A相和B相放入乳化锅,搅拌均匀,保温、降温;

本实施例的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量分别称取备用;
(2)将A相和B相原料分别放入到水相锅和油相锅中,加热搅拌,加热温度至82℃,保温12min;
(3)将加热后的A相和B相放入乳化锅,搅拌均匀,均质乳化,保温25min、降温至43℃;
(4)将降温后的原料加入C相,混合均匀,然后再降温至38℃后加入D相,搅拌均匀,得到所述的抗衰平衡霜。

C相:油橄榄果油2.5kg、燕麦仁提取物2.6kg、北美金缕梅叶提取物1.8kg、羊毛脂0.7kg、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯0.3kg、氨甲基丙醇0.6kg;
D相:生育酚1.0kg、大豆异黄酮0.5kg、羟苯甲酯0.3kg、羟苯丙酯0.15kg。
本实施例的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量分别称取备用;
(2)将A相和B相原料分别放入到水相锅和油相锅中,加热搅拌,加热温度至85℃,保温10min;
(3)将加热后的A相和B相放入乳化锅,搅拌均匀,均质乳化,保温30min、降温至45℃;
(4)将降温后的原料加入C相,混合均匀,然后再降温至40℃后加入D相,搅拌均匀,得到所述的抗衰平衡霜。
实施例3
本实施例的抗衰平衡霜,包括如下原料制成:
A相:水68kg、甘油35kg、丙二醇10kg、透明质酸钠2kg、尿囊素1.0kg;
B相:辛酸癸酸甘油三酯1.2kg、甘油硬脂酸酯0.6kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.9kg、卡波姆0.4kg、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.8kg、黄原胶1.6kg;
C相:油橄榄果油3kg、燕麦仁提取物2.8kg、北美金缕梅叶提取物2.0kg、羊毛脂0.8kg、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯0.4kg、氨甲基丙醇0.7kg;
D相:生育酚1.2kg、大豆异黄酮0.6kg、羟苯甲酯0.4kg、羟苯丙酯0.2kg。
本实施例的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量分别称取备用;
(2)将A相和B相原料分别放入到水相锅和油相锅中,加热搅拌,加热温度至88℃,保温8min;
(3)将加热后的A相和B相放入乳化锅,搅拌均匀,均质乳化,保温35min、降温至47℃;
(4)将降温后的原料加入C相,混合均匀,然后再降温至42℃后加入D相,搅拌均匀,得到所述的抗衰平衡霜。
对比例1
本对比例制备的抗衰平衡霜的原料及制备方法与实施例2均相同,不同之处,不添加北美金缕梅叶提取物。
试验例1
分别选取200名,年龄20-40岁的女性,平均分为四组,每组分别实施例1-3和对比例1制备的抗衰平衡霜,早晚各使用一次,连续使用4周,进行吸收效果、保湿效果和祛皱效果的评价,满分10分,10分表示非常满意,7-9较好,5-7可以接受,5分以下效果较差,不满意,评价结果见表1所示。

从上表可以看出,本发明制备的抗衰平衡霜的吸收效果、保湿效果和祛皱效果较好,不添加北美金缕梅叶提取物后效果较差,说明本发明的原料具有协同作用,缺一不可。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗衰平衡霜,其特征在于,包括如下原料制成:
A相:水、甘油、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、尿囊素;
B相:辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、卡波姆、鲸蜡硬脂醇、黄原胶;
C相:油橄榄果油、燕麦仁提取物、北美金缕梅叶提取物、羊毛脂、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、氨甲基丙醇;
D相:生育酚、大豆异黄酮、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰平衡霜,其特征在于,按照重量份,包括如下原料制成:
A相:水62-68重量份、甘油30-35重量份、丙二醇6-10重量份、透明质酸钠1-2重量份、尿囊素0.4-1.0重量份;
B相:辛酸癸酸甘油三酯0.6-1.2重量份、甘油硬脂酸酯0.3-0.6重量份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-0.9重量份、卡波姆0.2-0.4重量份、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.4-0.8重量份、黄原胶1.2-1.6重量份;
C相:油橄榄果油2-3重量份、燕麦仁提取物2.4-2.8重量份、北美金缕梅叶提取物1.6-2.0重量份、羊毛脂0.6-0.8重量份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯0.2-0.4重量份、氨甲基丙醇0.5-0.7重量份;
D相:生育酚0.8-1.2重量份、大豆异黄酮0.4-0.6重量份、羟苯甲酯0.2-0.4重量份、羟苯丙酯0.1-0.2重量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗衰平衡霜,其特征在于,按照重量份,包括如下原料制成:
A相:水65重量份、甘油32.5重量份、丙二醇8重量份、透明质酸钠1.5重量份、尿囊素0.7重量份;
B相:辛酸癸酸甘油三酯0.9重量份、甘油硬脂酸酯0.45重量份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.7重量份、卡波姆0.3重量份、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.6重量份、黄原胶1.4重量份;
C相:油橄榄果油2.5重量份、燕麦仁提取物2.6重量份、北美金缕梅叶提取物1.8重量份、羊毛脂0.7重量份、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯0.3重量份、氨甲基丙醇0.6重量份;
D相:生育酚1.0重量份、大豆异黄酮0.5重量份、羟苯甲酯0.3重量份、羟苯丙酯0.15重量份。
4.一种权利要求1-3任意一项所述的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量份分别称取备用;
(2)将A相和B相原料分别放入到水相锅和油相锅中,加热搅拌,保温;
(3)将加热后的A相和B相放入乳化锅,搅拌均匀,保温、降温;
(4)将降温后的原料加入C相,混合均匀,然后再降温后加入D相,搅拌均匀,得到所述的抗衰平衡霜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中加热至82-88℃,保温8-12min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中加热至85℃,保温10min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的乳化采用均质乳化。
8.根据权利要求4所述的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中保温25-35min,降温至43-47℃。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中保温30min,降温至45℃。
10.根据权利要求8所述的抗衰平衡霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中降温至38-42℃时加入D相。
