Abstract

本发明公开了一种富勒烯修复组合物及其制备方法,该组合物由以下原料组分质量百比分制成:富勒烯0.01~5%、甜菜碱1~10%、丁二醇2~10%、神经酰胺1~15%、胆固醇1~10%、积雪草1~10%、透明质酸钠0.01~2%、余量为玫瑰花水。该制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将配方量的玫瑰花水加热到75~85℃,加入配方量的丁二醇、甜菜碱、透明质酸钠搅拌溶解均匀得到混合体系;(2)将混合体系降温至45℃以下,加入配方量的富勒烯、神经酰胺、胆固醇及积雪草搅拌溶解均匀,得到成品。本发明具有降低致敏源,抑制炎症因子释放,能明显舒缓修复敏感处肌肤,改善皮肤敏感及瘙痒症状的功效。

一种富勒烯修复组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,尤其涉及一种富勒烯修复组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
“敏感性皮肤”是一种比正常皮肤具有更高反应性,并且对外界因素的微弱影响产生剧烈反应的皮肤类型。它具有敏感性高、耐受性差和易反应性等三大特点。目前敏感性皮肤的发生有不断增多的趋势,得到了皮肤科学界的关注。它是一种高度敏感的皮肤状态,易受到外部因素的影响而产生刺痛、烧灼、紧绷、瘙痒等感觉,可伴有或不伴有临床体征。由于敏感性皮肤对外界环境变化感受性较高,使得其在皮肤护理、日用化妆品使用方面有较高要求,因此预先了解皮肤状态对于正确选择化妆品及皮肤护理方法就显得尤为重要;对于化妆品开发与研究者而言,找到合适的与自身定位匹配的敏感性皮肤群体进行日用化妆品的测试也极其重要。
敏感性皮肤的发生不是独立简单的,而是一个复杂的综合原因的结果。
首先,内在因素,影响皮肤敏感的内在因素众多,包括了种族、现有疾病、性别、年龄等,有目前认为皮肤敏感程度的不同可能与肤色有关,肤色较浅者血管反应性更强,较易发生皮肤敏感。另有研究也认为肤色浅的受试者比肤色深者更容易出现皮肤敏感。通常女性更容易抱怨皮肤不适,有研究认为女性较男性更容易出现皮肤敏感,这可能是由于男女皮肤结构的不同引起,男性表皮厚度显著大于女性,同时因为男女激素水平的差异,会使女性对炎症反应更加敏感。在年龄方面,年轻人比老年人更容易出现皮肤敏感,原因可能是老年人的皮肤不仅存在感觉神经功能减退,而且存在神经分布的减少。
其次,生活中很多人会在气候变化、季节交替、日晒,使用化妆品后,或者无明显诱因,出现皮肤瘙痒、紧绷、烧灼、刺痛等不适,皮肤处于一种高度敏感的状态。以往对敏感性皮肤的认识较少,容易被研究人员忽视,因为它往往只是一种难以量化的主观刺激感,没有明显可见的皮肤表现。随着不断研究,人们进一步认识到敏感性皮肤不是严格意义上的皮肤疾病,而被认为是一种高度敏感的皮肤状态,处于这种状态的皮肤易受到各种物理化学因素的刺激而产生刺痛、烧灼、紧绷、瘙痒等感觉。
还有地域不同,气候干燥,气温不同,温差也不同,人的角质层含水量也会不同。经研究气温低,干燥的皮肤会更容易过敏。
为减少皮肤受到不良反应的化妆品刺激而导致皮肤出现红肿、发痒及过敏性皮炎等异常现象,本发明以私人基因来定制护肤产品的理念,根据不同的人皮肤基因检测报告、皮肤生理学、皮肤病理学、皮肤当下状况、季节、年龄、地域七个维度科学设计定制护肤方案,采用富勒烯作为主要功效活原料配制而成,以降低致敏源,抑制炎症因子释放,修复敏感肌肤。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所解决的技术问题是如何降低致敏源,抑制炎症因子释放,修复敏感肌肤。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是一种富勒烯修复组合物,由以下原料组分质量百比分制成:富勒烯0.01~5%、甜菜碱1~10%、丁二醇2~10%、神经酰胺1~15%、胆固醇1~10%、积雪草1~10%、透明质酸钠0.01~2%、余量为玫瑰花水。
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是提供上述富勒烯修复组合物的制备方法
为此,本发明提供的技术方案是一种富勒烯修复组合物制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的玫瑰花水加热到75~85℃,加入配方量的丁二醇、甜菜碱、透明质酸钠搅拌溶解均匀得到混合体系;
(2)将混合体系降温至45℃以下,加入配方量的富勒烯、神经酰胺、胆固醇及积雪草搅拌溶解均匀,得到成品。
与现有技术产品相比,本发明产品具有降低致敏源,抑制炎症因子释放,能明显修复皮肤屏障,舒缓修复敏感处肌肤,在一定程度上减轻皮肤损伤,改善皮肤敏感及瘙痒症状的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1至3配方见下表1:
上述实施例1至3通过以下方法制备:
(1)将配方量的玫瑰花水加热到75~85℃,加入配方量的丁二醇、甜菜碱、透明质酸钠搅拌溶解均匀得到混合体系;
(2)将混合体系降温至45℃以下,加入配方量的富勒烯、神经酰胺、胆固醇及积雪草搅拌溶解均匀,得到成品。
为体现本发明功效设置了对照实验,在具体使用时,将本发明实施例1至3制备的组合物添加至护肤品中,添加量占化妆品质量的10%~70%。可根据制备舒缓修复类化妆品的常规工艺及辅料,制备成精华液、乳液、膏霜等护肤化妆品。
实验方法:筛选出至少10名面部为敏感肌肤或者正处于过敏(发红、发痒)的人群(18~45岁)作为敏感肌肤志愿者,通过空白对照,在脸部涂抹本发明实施例组合物后,分别在第0天、第7天和第14天进行测试,测其皮肤水分含量、皮肤水分流失量、皮肤颜色、皮肤血红素值,这些指标是用来评价皮肤屏障功能及使用产品后,皮肤的修复能力。
本实验共招募志愿者20名,有效志愿者为20名且数据有效。测试共进行了2周,在使用样品前后均检测皮肤水分含量、皮肤水分流失量、皮肤血红素值,比较其区别,结果分别如表2~4所示。

实验结果:从表中可看出,与对照侧相比,使用样品2周后,样品侧的皮肤水分含量有明显的增加。

实验结果:从表中可看出,与对照测相比,使用样品2周后,样品侧的皮肤水分流失明显下降。
表4,皮肤血红素值表:
选取一个没有加组合物的基料护肤品作对照组。
实验结果:从表中可看出,使用后,样品组与对照组的皮肤血红素值均有显著增加,而样品组的增加量显著低于对照组。即样品在一定程度上具有减轻皮肤损伤的症状。
通过上述结果可以看出,使用本发明组合物制备的化妆品,2周后就能明显修复皮肤屏障,舒缓修复敏感处肌肤,在一定程度上减轻皮肤损伤,改善皮肤敏感及瘙痒症状。
以上结合实施例对本发明的实施方式做出了详细说明,但本发明不局限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行各种变化、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种富勒烯修复组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料组分质量百比分制成:富勒烯0.01~5%、甜菜碱1~10%、丁二醇2~10%、神经酰胺1~15%、胆固醇1~10%、积雪草1~10%、透明质酸钠0.01~2%、余量为玫瑰花水。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的富勒烯修复组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的玫瑰花水加热到75~85℃,加入配方量的丁二醇、甜菜碱、透明质酸钠搅拌溶解均匀得到混合体系;
(2)将混合体系降温至45℃以下,加入配方量的富勒烯、神经酰胺、胆固醇及积雪草搅拌溶解均匀,得到成品。
