本发明属于果木栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种能果材兼用的幼苗期断根栽培方法。
背景技术
胡桃科山核桃属与核桃属,属于落叶高大乔木,是世界著名的十大坚果树和三大珍贵用材树。木材结构细密,尤其是地上1.5米的定干,待几十年后,至少长到2米以上的部分,其力学强度高,纹理、色泽美观,是全树干的精华部分,有着广泛的用途,尤宜制作高档家具和胶合板贴面,以及用于工具把手、钢琴、健身房、体育用品,室内地板、墙裙等装饰材料。地下0.5米半个百年树根,特别是自然形成的根瘤瘤,是难得的珍稀木材,在制作高档汽车装潢、高档木家具、高档工艺品时,采用胡桃木显得高雅、富贵、吉祥。
胡桃科山核桃属与核桃属乔木具有强深根性,其根大致分为主根、侧根和毛细根。主根发达且粗大是两属根系的特点,其两个属均直接向下生长,一般当年生实生苗,苗的高为20~50厘米,地径0.4~0.6厘米时,主根可以达到80~120厘米,说明根的长度可以达到苗高的2-3倍,抑制了侧根和毛细根的发育和生长,形成了“胡萝卜”根系。
在幼苗的生长期断掉主根可以促进侧根生长,毛细根生长,达到“富根壮苗”的目的,同时能促进木材的生长,专利201810172226.8公开了一种薄壳山核桃砧木苗三次断根方法,主要由以下步骤组成:(1)第一次断根:3月中旬播种时掐断种子根;当种子根长大于2cm时,种子根留2-3cm; 当种子根长小于2cm时,只掐去0.2~0.3cm的根尖;(2)第二次断根:播种当年的5月上中旬将栽培在大棚里的幼苗移栽至大田苗圃,移栽 前起苗断根,断根时去除主根长度的15~25%;(3)第三次断根:移栽至大田苗圃后小苗生长的第二年或第三年春天,切断长度超过10 ~15公分的根系。该方法断根需要进行断根操作3次,费时费力,成活率低,若只进行步骤(3),成活率更低,迫切需要一种断根次数低,成活率高的幼苗断根技术。

本发明的目的在于提供一种果材兼用幼苗断根栽培方法,提高胡桃科山核桃属与核桃属的木材生长。
一种果材兼用幼苗断根栽培方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将山核桃属或核桃属树木幼苗栽培至2年龄,在地下主根40-60厘米处,采用断根措施将其断根;
(2)断根后带根周围土移除幼苗,在移除坑底部松土并施底肥;
(3)将幼苗断主根部涂抹保护浆,回苗并填土。
所述根周围土表面积为0.5-1.5m2,深度40-60厘米。
所述底肥由氮肥、磷肥、钾肥组成,每1m2移除坑面积所用肥料中,含氮15-30g,磷30-40g,钾15-30g。
所述步骤(3)回苗并填土后,修剪枝叶,使得叶片水蒸发量减少,提高幼苗成活率。
所述保护浆由如下重量份数的物质组成:蜡30-80份,木奶果提取物10-15份,吲哚丁酸0.1-0.3份,链霉素0.1-0.3份,乙醇50-150份。

选用美国山核桃作为实验对象,按照实施例1-4及对比例1的方法进行栽培,栽培2年后断根,断根栽培1年后,计算成活率,见表1:

由表1可以看出,实施例1-4的成活率显著高于对照例1,证明加入保护浆可以提高幼苗成活率,保护浆可以防止主根浆液流出,保护被切断的主根不被感染有害菌,并且间接促进侧根和须根的生长。
选取成活的植株,分别测定如下指标:将侧根取下,分别计算根数和鲜质量。并选择最长 5 根,分别测量其长度和粗度。测量结果见表2-3:

由表2可以看出,实施例1-3的植株根系总条数显著多于对照例1,根系总质量显著高于对照例1,实施例4又显著高于实施例1-3。

由表3可以看出,实施例1-3的植株侧根长度显著多于对照例1,侧根粗度显著高于对照例1,实施例4又显著高于实施例1-3。
Claims (7)
1.一种果材兼用幼苗断根栽培方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将山核桃属或核桃属树木幼苗栽培至2年龄,在地下主根40-60厘米处,采用断根措施将其断根;
(2)断根后带根周围土移除幼苗,在移除坑底部松土并施底肥;
(3)将幼苗断主根部涂抹保护浆,回苗并填土。
2.根据权利要求1所述果材兼用幼苗断根栽培方法,其特征在于,所述根周围土表面积为0.5-1.5m2,深度40-60厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述果材兼用幼苗断根栽培方法,其特征在于,所述底肥由氮肥、磷肥、钾肥组成,每1m2移除坑面积所用肥料中,含氮15-30g,磷30-40g,钾15-30g。
4.根据权利要求1所述果材兼用幼苗断根栽培方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)回苗并填土后,修剪枝叶,使得叶片水蒸发量减少,提高幼苗成活率。
5.根据权利要求1所述果材兼用幼苗断根栽培方法,其特征在于,所述保护浆由如下重量份数的物质组成:蜡30-80份,木奶果提取物10-15份,吲哚丁酸0.1-0.3份,链霉素0.1-0.3份,乙醇50-150份。
6.根据权利要求5所述果材兼用幼苗断根栽培方法,其特征在于,所述蜡为蜂蜡,石蜡,微晶蜡或植物蜡中的一种或多种。
7. 根据权利要求5所述果材兼用幼苗断根栽培方法,其特征在于,所述木奶果提取物的提取方法为:取新鲜木奶果,加入3-5倍重量份数的水,打浆, 加盐酸调pH值至3-4,煮沸,保持15-20分钟,压榨过滤,收集滤液,加入0.3-1%的活性炭,加温至55-65℃,脱色15-20分钟,将脱色后的液体真空浓缩成半固体状,制成。
