Abstract

本发明涉及一种混合连接线束及其制造工艺,连接线束包括一出二端子、连接线束分支一和连接线束分支二,所述一出二端子的一端通过螺栓孔连接外部车载电器,所述一出二端子的另外两端分别连接连接线束分支一和连接线束分支二,所述连接线束分支二包括导线二,所述导线二一端连端子二,另一端连接在一出二端子的一端。本发明以最小布线空间实现了多个电器间的串联、并联或混连,可以根据客户需要将每段分支做成铝线束或铜线束,可以实现铝/铝、铜/铝的焊接连接,或铜/铜的压接,使多电器间的线束设计变得简单、可靠。

一种混合连接线束及其制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及线束连接领域,具体涉及一种混合连接线束及其制造工艺。
背景技术
目前,新能源汽车48V微混动设计时,动力电池、IBSG电机、DC/DC布置在发动机前舱和后备箱位置,三者需有效连接,但又需要线束设计简单可靠,同时不会对后续布线带来困难。由于汽车从前舱到后背箱距离较远,需要用到的线束较长、较粗,这就要求开发一种并联线束,且要求分支点应尽可能靠近某一电器连接位置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混合连接线束及其制造工艺,用以解决现有技术中的新能源汽车内线束布设连接复杂的问题。
本发明一方面提供了一种混合连接线束,包括一出二端子、连接线束分支一和连接线束分支二,所述一出二端子的一端通过螺栓孔连接外部车载电器,所述一出二端子的另外两端分别连接连接线束分支一和连接线束分支二,所述连接线束分支二包括导线二,所述导线二一端连端子二,另一端连接在一出二端子的一端。
进一步的,所述连接线束分支一包括导线一,所述导线一两端均连接端子一,其中一个端子一连接一出二端子的一端。
进一步的,所述连接线束分支一包括导线一,所述导线一一端连接端子一,另一端连接一出二端子的一端。
进一步的,所述一出二端子为Y型或T型结构,且与导线二连接的一端的两侧设置卡板,所述导线一与端子一、导线一与一出二端子、导线二与端子二、导线二与一出二端子的连接处套设热缩管,用于确保连接位置绝缘、密封,所述导线一为铝线束,所述导线二为铝线束或铜线束。
进一步的,所述一出二端子与连接线束分支一及连接线束分支二的连接位置安装类“L”型护盖,其中连接线束分支一和连接线束分支二的连接端位于一出二端子和护盖之间。
本发明另一方面提供一种混合连接线束的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)采用冲压工艺将铜材加工为一出二端子;
(2)根据连接导线的需求,对一出二端子表面电镀涂层;
(3)将连接线束分支一通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端;
(4)将连接线束分支二通过焊接或压接工艺连接在一出二端子的另一端;
(5)将护盖安装在一出二端子与连接线束分支一及连接线束分支二的连接位置。
进一步的,所述将连接线束分支一通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端具体为:两个端子一通过焊接工艺分别连接在导线一两端,将端子一通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端。
进一步的,所述将连接线束分支一通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端具体为:将端子一通过焊接工艺分别连接在导线一的一端,将导线一的另一端通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端。
进一步的,所述将连接线束分支二通过焊接或压接工艺连接在一出二端子的另一端具体为:将端子二通过焊接或压接工艺连接在导线二一端,将导线二的另一端通过焊接或压接工艺连接在一出二端子的另一端。
进一步的,步骤(5)之前还包括将热缩管套设在导线一与端子一、导线一与一出二端子、导线二与端子二、导线二与一出二端子的连接处,通过热缩机热缩,保证连接位置绝缘密封。
采用上述本发明技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明以最小布线空间实现了多个电器间的串联、并联或混连,可以根据客户需要将每段分支做成铝线束或铜线束,可以实现铝/铝、铜/铝的焊接连接,或铜/铜的压接,使多电器间的线束设计变得简单、可靠。

如图1-3所示,本发明一方面提供了一种混合连接线束,包括一出二端子1、连接线束分支一2和连接线束分支二3,所述一出二端子1的一端通过螺栓孔4连接外部车载电器,所述一出二端子1的另外两端分别连接连接线束分支一2和连接线束分支二3,所述连接线束分支二3包括导线二31,所述导线二31一端连端子二32,另一端连接在一出二端子1的一端。
所述连接线束分支一2包括导线一31,所述导线一21两端均连接端子一22,其中一个端子一22连接一出二端子1的一端。
具体的,所述一出二端子1为Y型或T型结构,且与导线二31连接的一端的两侧设置卡板5,所述导线一21与端子一22、导线一21与一出二端子1、导线二31与端子二32、导线二31与一出二端子1的连接处套设热缩管6,用于确保连接位置绝缘、密封,所述导线一21为铝线束,所述导线二31为铝线束或铜线束。
具体的,所述一出二端子1与连接线束分支一2及连接线束分支二3的连接位置安装类“L”型护盖7,其中连接线束分支一2和连接线束分支二3的连接端位于一出二端子1和护盖7之间。
该混合连接线束的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)采用冲压工艺将铜材加工为一出二端子1;
(2)根据连接导线的需求,对一出二端子1表面电镀涂层,涂层根据导线的需求可以为锡、银等涂层;
(3)将连接线束分支一2通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子1一端;
(4)将连接线束分支二3通过焊接或压接工艺连接在一出二端子1的另一端;
(5)将护盖7安装在一出二端子1与连接线束分支一2及连接线束分支二3的连接位置。
具体的,所述将连接线束分支一2通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子1一端具体为:两个端子一22通过焊接工艺分别连接在导线一21两端,将端子一22通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子1一端。
具体的,所述将连接线束分支二3通过焊接或压接工艺连接在一出二端子1的另一端具体为:将端子二32通过焊接或压接工艺连接在导线二31一端,将导线二31的另一端通过焊接或压接工艺连接在一出二端子1的另一端。
具体的,步骤(5)之前还包括将热缩管6套设在导线一21与端子一22、导线一21与一出二端子1、导线二31与端子二32、导线二31与一出二端子1的连接处,通过热缩机热缩,保证连接位置绝缘密封。
本发明的另一实施例中,如图4所示,所述连接线束分支一2包括导线一21,所述导线一21一端连接端子一22,另一端连接一出二端子1的一端,在焊接工艺中,所述将连接线束分支一2通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子1一端具体为:将端子一22通过焊接工艺分别连接在导线一21的一端,将导线一21的另一端通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子1一端。
综上,本发明以最小布线空间实现了多个电器间的串联、并联或混连,可以根据客户需要将每段分支做成铝线束或铜线束,可以实现铝/铝、铜/铝的焊接连接,或铜/铜的压接,使多电器间的线束设计变得简单、可靠。

1.一种混合连接线束,其特征在于,包括一出二端子、连接线束分支一和连接线束分支二,所述一出二端子的一端通过螺栓孔连接外部车载电器,所述一出二端子的另外两端分别连接连接线束分支一和连接线束分支二,所述连接线束分支二包括导线二,所述导线二一端连端子二,另一端连接在一出二端子的一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合连接线束,其特征在于,所述连接线束分支一包括导线一,所述导线一两端均连接端子一,其中一个端子一连接一出二端子的一端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合连接线束,其特征在于,所述连接线束分支一包括导线一,所述导线一一端连接端子一,另一端连接一出二端子的一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合连接线束,其特征在于,所述一出二端子为Y型或T型结构,且与导线二连接的一端的两侧设置卡板,所述导线一与端子一、导线一与一出二端子、导线二与端子二、导线二与一出二端子的连接处套设热缩管,用于确保连接位置绝缘、密封,所述导线一为铝线束,所述导线二为铝线束或铜线束。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合连接线束,其特征在于,所述一出二端子与连接线束分支一及连接线束分支二的连接位置安装类“L”型护盖,其中连接线束分支一和连接线束分支二的连接端位于一出二端子和护盖之间。
6.一种混合连接线束的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)采用冲压工艺将铜材加工为一出二端子;
(2)根据连接导线的需求,对一出二端子表面电镀涂层;
(3)将连接线束分支一通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端;
(4)将连接线束分支二通过焊接或压接工艺连接在一出二端子的另一端;
(5)将护盖安装在一出二端子与连接线束分支一及连接线束分支二的连接位置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合连接线束,其特征在于,所述将连接线束分支一通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端具体为:两个端子一通过焊接工艺分别连接在导线一两端,将端子一通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端。
8.根据权利要求6所述的混合连接线束,其特征在于,所述将连接线束分支一通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端具体为:将端子一通过焊接工艺分别连接在导线一的一端,将导线一的另一端通过焊接工艺连接在一出二端子一端。
9.根据权利要求6所述的混合连接线束,其特征在于,所述将连接线束分支二通过焊接或压接工艺连接在一出二端子的另一端具体为:将端子二通过焊接或压接工艺连接在导线二一端,将导线二的另一端通过焊接或压接工艺连接在一出二端子的另一端。
10.根据权利要求6所述的混合连接线束,其特征在于,步骤(5)之前还包括将热缩管套设在导线一与端子一、导线一与一出二端子、导线二与端子二、导线二与一出二端子的连接处,通过热缩机热缩,保证连接位置绝缘密封。
