It should be noted that, for documents in some technical fields, the same document or different documents have the same or similar undetermined draft periods, for example, documents related to pharmaceutical technology, and the same or similar undetermined draft periods correspond to the same or similar undetermined draft periods; after determining the final draft period corresponding to the period to be finalized, a memory library may be further preset, and the period to be finalized and the final draft period are stored in the memory library correspondingly, so that the memory library may be invoked to display the final draft period for reference when browsing the same or similar periods to be finalized later. Therefore, in some implementations of the embodiments of the present application, for example, the method may further include: and storing the to-be-finalized sentence segment corresponding to the finalizing sentence segment into a memory base as reference data.
It should be noted that, after the finalizing person determines the finalizing period corresponding to each period to be finalized in the document to be finalized, the finalizing person may archive the finalizing period to obtain a final document corresponding to the document to be finalized. The final draft document may be obtained by the drafter performing the draft fixing and archiving on the to-be-drafted document obtained by auditing and processing the to-be-audited document by each auditor of a certain department, or may be obtained by performing the draft fixing and archiving on the to-be-drafted document obtained by auditing and processing the to-be-audited document by each auditor at a certain stage, and so on. Therefore, in some implementations of the embodiments of the present application, for example, the method may further include: and responding to the archiving operation of each finalization period in the document to be finalized, and archiving to obtain a final document corresponding to the document to be finalized.
Through various implementation manners provided by the embodiment, according to an opening instruction of a document to be finalized, displaying a complete document to be finalized; displaying each auditing processing data of the to-be-finalized sentence segment in the to-be-finalized document according to a browsing instruction of the to-be-finalized sentence segment in the to-be-finalized document; and responding to the selected operation of each piece of the auditing processing data, and determining the manuscript setting period corresponding to the manuscript waiting period. Therefore, when a manuscript setting person sets a manuscript waiting for setting period in the complete manuscript waiting for setting document, the manuscript setting person can directly refer to the auditing processing data of each auditing person and also can directly refer to other period in the complete manuscript waiting for setting document, which is beneficial to keeping the consistency between the manuscript waiting for setting period and other period after setting, thereby reducing the auditing work burden of the manuscript setting person and greatly improving the height setting efficiency and the manuscript setting quality of the document.
Exemplary devices
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a device for document cooperation processing in an embodiment of the present application is shown. In this embodiment, the apparatus may specifically include:
the first display unit 401 is configured to display a complete document to be audited according to an opening instruction of the document to be audited;
a second display unit 402, configured to display, according to a browsing instruction of a sentence segment to be audited in the document to be audited, historical audit processing data of the sentence segment to be audited in the document to be audited based on current browsing time;
a recording unit 403, configured to record current audit processing data in the document to be audited in response to the audit processing operation on the period to be audited and/or the historical audit processing data.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the second display unit 402 includes:
a determining subunit, configured to determine the sentence segment to be audited according to the browsing instruction of the sentence segment to be audited in the document to be audited;
the acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the auditing processing data of the sentence segment to be audited earlier than the current browsing time as historical auditing processing data;
and the display subunit is used for displaying the historical audit processing data for the sentence segments to be audited in the document to be audited.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the application, the historical review processing data includes historical revision data and/or historical comment data.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, when the historical audit processing data is null:
if the auditing processing operation comprises the revision operation of the sentence segment to be audited, the current auditing processing data comprises the current revision data of the sentence segment to be audited; or the like, or, alternatively,
and if the auditing processing operation comprises a comment operation on the sentence segment to be audited, the current auditing processing data comprises the current comment data of the sentence segment to be audited.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, when the historical review processing data includes historical revision data or historical comment data:
if the auditing processing operation comprises the receiving operation of the historical auditing processing data, the current auditing processing data comprises the approval data of the historical auditing processing data; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the auditing processing operation comprises the revision operation of the historical auditing processing data, the current auditing processing data comprises the current revision data of the historical auditing processing data and/or the current revision data of the period to be audited; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the auditing processing operation comprises the comment operation of the historical auditing processing data, the current auditing processing data comprise the current comment data of the historical auditing processing data and/or the current comment data of the sentence segment to be audited; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the auditing processing operation comprises the revision operation of the sentence segment to be audited, the current auditing processing data comprises the current revision data of the sentence segment to be audited; or the like, or, alternatively,
and if the auditing processing operation comprises the comment operation of the sentence segment to be audited, the current auditing processing data comprises the current comment data of the sentence segment to be audited.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
the third display unit is used for displaying the complete document to be finalized according to the opening instruction of the document to be finalized;
a fourth display unit, configured to display, in the document to be finalized, each piece of auditing processing data of the sentence segment to be finalized according to a browsing instruction of the sentence segment to be finalized in the document to be finalized;
and the determining unit is used for responding to the selected operation of each piece of the auditing processing data and determining the manuscript setting period corresponding to the manuscript setting period to be set.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
and the triggering unit is used for responding to the discussion operation of the to-be-finalized period and triggering the discussion of each auditing processing data of the to-be-finalized period.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
and the archiving unit is used for responding to the archiving operation of each finalization period segment in the document to be finalized and acquiring the final document corresponding to the document to be finalized.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
and the storage unit is used for storing the to-be-finalized sentence segment corresponding to the finalizing sentence segment into a memory base as reference data.
According to various implementation manners provided by the embodiment, a complete document to be audited is displayed according to an opening instruction of the document to be audited; displaying historical audit processing data of the sentence segment to be audited in the document to be audited based on the current browsing time according to the browsing instruction of the sentence segment to be audited in the document to be audited; and responding to the auditing processing operation of the sentence segments to be audited and/or the historical auditing processing data, and recording the current auditing processing data in the document to be audited. Therefore, when the auditor audits the sentence segment to be audited in the complete document to be audited, the historical audit processing data of other auditors on the sentence segment to be audited can be referred to, and other sentence segments in the complete document to be audited can also be referred to, so that the consistency between the audited sentence segment to be audited and other sentence segments can be kept, the audit work burden of the auditor can be reduced, and the audit efficiency and the audit quality of the document can be greatly improved. And multiple auditors can be supported to simultaneously audit the document to be audited on line, and the current audit processing data of each auditor can be timely recorded and displayed as required in the document to be audited displayed by any auditor.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. Claims (9)

1. A method of collaborative processing of documents, comprising:
displaying a complete document to be audited according to an opening instruction of the document to be audited;
displaying historical audit processing data of the sentence segment to be audited in the document to be audited based on the current browsing time according to the browsing instruction of the sentence segment to be audited in the document to be audited; the historical audit processing data comprises historical revision data and/or historical comment data;
responding to the auditing processing operation of the sentence segments to be audited and/or the historical auditing processing data, and recording the current auditing processing data in the document to be audited;
displaying the complete document to be subjected to manuscript determination according to an opening instruction of the document to be subjected to manuscript determination; the document to be manuscript-fixed is a document to be audited after being audited by all auditors;
displaying each auditing processing data of the to-be-finalized sentence segment in the to-be-finalized document according to a browsing instruction of the to-be-finalized sentence segment in the to-be-finalized document;
determining a final draft sentence segment corresponding to the to-be-final draft sentence segment in response to the selected operation on each piece of the auditing processing data; and triggering the discussion of each audit processing data of the period to be finalized in response to the discussion operation of the period to be finalized.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the displaying the historical review processing data of the to-be-reviewed sentence segment based on the current review time according to the browse instruction of the to-be-reviewed sentence segment in the to-be-reviewed document includes:
determining the sentence segments to be audited according to the browsing instructions of the sentence segments to be audited in the document to be audited;
obtaining auditing processing data of the sentence segments to be audited earlier than the current browsing time as historical auditing processing data;
and displaying the historical auditing processing data aiming at the sentence segments to be audited in the document to be audited.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein when the historical audit processing data is null:
if the auditing processing operation comprises the revision operation of the sentence segment to be audited, the current auditing processing data comprises the current revision data of the sentence segment to be audited; or the like, or, alternatively,
and if the auditing processing operation comprises a comment operation on the sentence segment to be audited, the current auditing processing data comprises the current comment data of the sentence segment to be audited.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein when the historical audit processing data includes historical revision data or historical review data:
if the auditing processing operation comprises the receiving operation of the historical auditing processing data, the current auditing processing data comprises the approval data of the historical auditing processing data; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the auditing processing operation comprises the revision operation of the historical auditing processing data, the current auditing processing data comprises the current revision data of the historical auditing processing data and/or the current revision data of the period to be audited; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the auditing processing operation comprises the comment operation of the historical auditing processing data, the current auditing processing data comprise the current comment data of the historical auditing processing data and/or the current comment data of the sentence segment to be audited; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the auditing processing operation comprises the revision operation of the sentence segment to be audited, the current auditing processing data comprises the current revision data of the sentence segment to be audited; or the like, or, alternatively,
and if the auditing processing operation comprises the comment operation of the sentence segment to be audited, the current auditing processing data comprises the current comment data of the sentence segment to be audited.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and responding to the archiving operation of each finalization period in the document to be finalized, and archiving to obtain a final document corresponding to the document to be finalized.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and storing the to-be-finalized sentence segment corresponding to the finalizing sentence segment into a memory base as reference data.
7. An apparatus for collaborative processing of documents, comprising:
the first display unit is used for displaying the complete document to be audited according to the opening instruction of the document to be audited;
the second display unit is used for displaying the historical audit processing data of the sentence segment to be audited in the document to be audited based on the current browsing time according to the browsing instruction of the sentence segment to be audited in the document to be audited; the historical audit processing data comprises historical revision data and/or historical comment data;
the recording unit is used for responding to the auditing processing operation of the sentence segments to be audited and/or the historical auditing processing data and recording the current auditing processing data in the document to be audited;
the third display unit is used for displaying the complete document to be finalized according to the opening instruction of the document to be finalized; the document to be manuscript-fixed is a document to be audited after being audited by all auditors;
a fourth display unit, configured to display, in the document to be finalized, each piece of auditing processing data of the sentence segment to be finalized according to a browsing instruction of the sentence segment to be finalized in the document to be finalized;
a determining unit, configured to determine a finalization period corresponding to the to-be-finalized period in response to a selected operation on each piece of the audit processing data;
and the triggering unit is used for responding to the discussion operation of the to-be-finalized period and triggering the discussion of each auditing processing data of the to-be-finalized period.
8. A terminal device, comprising a processor and a memory:
the memory is used for storing program codes and transmitting the program codes to the processor;
the processor is configured to execute the document cooperation processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 according to instructions in the program code.
9. A computer-readable storage medium characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a program code for executing the document cooperation processing method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
