Abstract
本发明的一种恒温按摩垫,包括:恒温垫,恒温垫内铺设有恒温水管;散热垫,散热垫内铺设有散热水管;盒体,盒体内分别设置有恒温水泵、散热水泵,恒温水泵顶端设置有恒温水箱,散热水泵顶端设置有散热水箱,恒温水泵的进水端与恒温水箱的出水口连通,散热水泵的进水端与散热水箱的出水口连通;半导体制冷片,半导体制冷片一端面与恒温水箱壁面固定连接,半导体制冷片另一端面与散热水箱壁面固定连接;控制器,设置在盒体的内壁上,控制器分别与半导体制冷片电性连接;电源,设置在盒体的内壁上,并分别与半导体制冷片、恒温水泵、散热水泵电性连接。本发明的目的在于提供一种散热效率好、可恒温控制、按摩更舒适的恒温按摩垫。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗技术领域,具体涉及一种恒温按摩垫。
背景技术
压疮又称压力性溃疡、褥疮,是由于局部组织长期受压,发生持续缺血、缺氧、营养不良而致组织溃烂坏死。皮肤压疮在康复治疗、护理中是一个普遍性的问题。另外身体与床垫等接触部位散热效果差,导致身体部位出现溃疡。身体不便转动的瘫痪患者、手术后病人等人群需要一种可以促进身体受压处局部血液循环并辅助散热的装置。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中不便移动的患者身体与床垫等接触部位散热效果差的问题。
为此,采用的技术方案是,本发明的一种恒温按摩垫,包括:
恒温垫,所述恒温垫内铺设有恒温水管;
散热垫,所述散热垫内铺设有散热水管;
盒体,所述盒体内分别设置有恒温水泵、散热水泵,所述恒温水泵顶端设置有恒温水箱,所述散热水泵顶端设置有散热水箱,所述恒温水泵的进水端与所述恒温水箱的出水口连通,所述散热水泵的进水端与所述散热水箱的出水口连通;
半导体制冷片,所述半导体制冷片一端面与所述恒温水箱壁面固定连接,所述半导体制冷片另一端面与所述散热水箱壁面固定连接;
恒温连接水管,所述恒温连接水管一端与所述恒温水泵的出水端连通,所述恒温连接水管另一端与所述恒温水管一端连通,所述恒温水管另一端与所述恒温水箱的进水口连通;
散热连接水管,所述散热连接水管一端与所述散热水泵的出水端连通,所述散热连接水管另一端与所述散热水管一端连通,所述散热水管另一端与所述散热水箱的进水口连通;
控制器,设置在所述盒体的内壁上,所述控制器分别与所述半导体制冷片电性连接;
电源,设置在所述盒体的内壁上,并分别与所述半导体制冷片、所述恒温水泵、所述散热水泵电性连接。
优选的,还包括按摩装置,所述按摩装置包括
按摩垫,所述按摩垫内设置有若干独立的气囊;
充气电磁阀,设置在所述盒体内,所述充气电磁阀与所述控制器电性连接;
若干气管,各所述气管一端与各所述气囊连接,各所述气管另一端与所述充气电磁阀的各出口端连通;
压缩空气多路接口,设置在所述盒体内,所述压缩空气多路接口的多个输出端分别与所述充气电磁阀的各进口端连通;
放气电磁阀,设置在所述盒体内,所述放气电磁阀入口与所述压缩空气多路接口的排气端连通,所述放气电磁阀出口与外界连通,所述放气电磁阀与所述控制器电性连接;
气泵,设置在所述盒体内,所述气泵的输出端与所述压缩空气多路接口的进气端连通。
优选的,所述恒温水箱壁面上设置有加热片,所述加热片与所述控制器电性连接。
优选的,还包括:
温度传感器,设置在所述恒温水箱内壁上,所述温度传感器与所述控制器电性连接;
控制面板,设置在所述盒体的外壁上,所述控制面板与所述控制器电性连接。
优选的,所述恒温水管包括若干个水管网络模块,若干个水管网络模块在所述恒温垫内呈矩形阵列式排布,所述水管网络模块包括:
第一进水管;
第一弧形水管,沿着逆时针方向缠绕,所述第一弧形水管的进口端与所述第一进水管的出口端连通;
S型水管,所述S型水管进口端与所述第一弧形水管的出口端连通;
第二弧形水管,沿着顺时针反向缠绕,所述第二半弧形水管的进口端与所述S型水管的出口端连通;
第一出水管,第一出水管的进口端与所述第二半弧形水管的出口端连通;
若干个水管网络模块首尾依次连接,第一个网络模块的所述第一进水管的进口端与所述恒温连接水管远离所述恒温水泵的一端连通,最后一个水管网络模块的所述第一出水管的出口端与所述恒温水箱的进水口连通。
优选的,所述散热连接水管上安装有散热风扇和水冷散热排,所述散热风扇与所述水冷散热排平行设置,所述散热风扇与所述控制器电性连接。
所述水冷散热排包括:
水冷散热排壳体,所述水冷散热排壳体包括多个连接板,所述多个连接板围合形成一容纳腔室,所述水冷散热排壳体位于容纳腔室的一侧具有集水区域,其中一个连接板上设有水冷散热排进水口和水冷散热排出水口,所述水冷散热排进水口和水冷散热排出水口设置在所述集水区域,所述水冷散热片进水口和所述水冷散热排出水口均与所述容纳腔室连通;
热交换模块,所述热交换模块设置于所述容纳腔室内,所述热交换模块包括多个波浪状的散热鳍片;
第二进水管,所述第二进水管穿设在所述水冷散热排进水口中,所述第二进水管一端外露在水冷散热排壳体外,并与所述散热连接水管的接入口端连通,所述第二进水管另一端从水冷散热排进水口伸入容纳腔室内;
第二出水管,所述第二出水管穿设在所述水冷散热排出水口中,所述第二出水管一端外露在水冷散热排壳体外,并与所述散热连接水管的输出口端连通,所述第二进水管另一端从水冷散热排出水口伸入容纳腔室内,所述第二出水管在伸入所述容纳腔室的一端开有一出水侧孔,所述水冷散热排结构通过所述容纳腔室内的水覆盖所述出水侧孔而能够避免空气进入所述第二出水管;
分隔板,所述分隔板设置于所述容纳腔室内,且位于所述第二进水管与所述第二出水管之间,所述分隔板连接容纳腔室的相对两个内壁面。

气缸,设置在靠近所述气管处;

本发明实施例提供了一种恒温按摩垫,如图1-2所示,包括:
恒温垫1,所述恒温垫1内铺设有恒温水管2;
散热垫11,所述散热垫11内铺设有散热水管10;
盒体100,所述盒体100内分别设置有恒温水泵21、散热水泵22,所述恒温水泵21顶端设置有恒温水箱4,所述散热水泵22顶端设置有散热水箱5,所述恒温水泵21的进水端与所述恒温水箱4的出水口连通,所述散热水泵22的进水端与所述散热水箱5的出水口连通;
半导体制冷片7,所述半导体制冷片7一端面与所述恒温水箱4壁面固定连接,所述半导体制冷片7另一端面与所述散热水箱5壁面固定连接;半导体制冷片,是一种热泵。它的优点是没有滑动部件,应用在一些空间受到限制,可靠性要求高,无制冷剂污染的场合。利用半导体材料的Peltier效应,当直流电通过两种不同半导体材料串联成的电偶时,在电偶的两端即可分别吸收热量和放出热量,可以实现制冷的目的。它是一种产生负热阻的制冷技术,其特点是无运动部件,可靠性也比较高,所述半导体制冷片的型号为TEC2-19003。

上述技术方案的工作原理为:将恒温垫1铺在床上,瘫痪患者躺在恒温垫1上,将散热垫11置于通风良好的地方。当对皮肤接触部位降温时,控制器19向半导体制冷片7内通入电流后,恒温水箱4上与半导体制冷片7相接触的一端降温,使得恒温水箱4内的水温降低,在恒温水泵21的驱动下,降温后的水依次流过恒温连接水管3、恒温水管2,再回流至恒温水箱4内,降温后的水使得恒温垫1降低,从而使得恒温垫1与身体接触部位降温;而散热水箱5与半导体制冷片7相接触的一端升温,使得散热水箱5内的水温升高,升温后的水在散热水泵22的驱动下,依次经过散热连接水管8、散热水管10,再回流至散热水箱5内,升温后的水使得散热垫11温度升高,经过散热垫11将温度散热到空气中。当对皮肤接触部位升温时,控制器19向半导体制冷片7内通入反向电流,则恒温水箱4上与半导体制冷片7相接触的一端升温,散热水箱5与半导体制冷片7相接触的一端降温,从而使得恒温垫1上上发热,散热垫11上从外界空气中吸收热量。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:通过控制器19控制半导体制冷片7的电流方向向,就能实现恒温垫1的升温或降温,并同时通过散热垫11实现与外界的热交换,实现不便移动的患者身体与床垫等接触部位的降温或加热,散热效果更好,控温更加快速,使得患者躺着更加舒适,避免出现溃疡。由于恒温水管2铺设在恒温垫1内,恒温垫1可采用棉布,也不会影响患者的舒适感,散热垫放置在房间通风的地方,便于热量的快速交换,提高了换热效率。恒温水箱4、散热水箱5、恒温水泵21、散热水泵22、控制器19、电源20都集成在盒体100内,更轻巧,携带也更方便。
在一个实施例中,如图1-2所示,还包括按摩装置,所述按摩装置包括:
按摩垫13,所述按摩垫13内设置有若干独立的气囊12;
充气电磁阀15,设置在所述盒体100内,所述充气电磁阀15与所述控制器19电性连接;
若干气管14,各所述气管14一端与各所述气囊12连接,各所述气管14另一端与所述充气电磁阀15的各出口端连通;
压缩空气多路接口16,设置在所述盒体100内,所述压缩空气多路接口16的多个输出端分别与所述充气电磁阀15的各进口端连通;
放气电磁阀17,设置在所述盒体100内,所述放气电磁阀17入口与所述压缩空气多路接口16的排气端连通,所述放气电磁阀17出口与外界连通,所述放气电磁阀17与所述控制器19电性连接;
气泵18,设置在所述盒体100内,所述气泵18的输出端与所述压缩空气多路接口16的进气端连通。
上述技术方案的工作原理为:当患者需要进行皮肤按摩时,将按摩垫13铺在床上,患者躺在按摩垫13上,然后启动气泵18,压缩空气就经压缩空气多路接口16进入,控制器19控制依次打开充气电磁阀15,压缩空气就经各气管14依次进入到各气囊12内,再通过控制器19打开放气电磁阀17,就能将内压缩空气多路接口16的排气端打开,放出压缩空气,使得气囊依次排空,从而使得气囊依次充满膨胀,依次排气缩小,从而实现对皮肤各部位的依次按摩。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:由于皮肤与按摩垫的接触部位,会通过气囊的伸缩或膨胀不断受到碰撞,起到促进血液循坏,加速新陈代谢的作用,减少皮肤组织坏死或溃疡的情况;另外,通过气囊充气或放气的方式进行按摩,使得按摩效果更加柔和,减少了患处皮肤的额外伤害。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述恒温水箱4壁面上设置有加热片6,所述加热片6与所述控制器19电性连接。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:当对加热温度的速度要求不高时,可通过控制器19启动加热片6,使得恒温水箱4内的水温升高,从而起到加热的效果。在天冷时,也可以去掉散热垫、散热水循环及半导体制冷片的结构,使得结构更加轻巧、简单。
在一个实施例中,还包括:
温度传感器23,设置在所述恒温水箱4内壁上,所述温度传感器23与所述控制器19电性连接,温度传感器23采用的型号为PT100;
控制面板24,设置在所述盒体100的外壁上,所述控制面板24与所述控制器19电性连接。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:温度传感器23用于监测恒温水箱4内的水温,通过控制面板24能设置水温的温度值,通过控制器19控制半导体制冷片7的电流方向,实现恒温水箱4内的水的加热或降温,通过温度传感器23监测反馈给控制器19,并与设定温度值进行比对,以便根据对比值进行半导体制冷片电流的控制,实现恒温水箱4内的水温始终保持在恒定值,以使得患者的皮肤接触部位温度更适宜,更舒适。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,所述恒温水管2包括若干个水管网络模块200,若干个水管网络模块200在所述恒温垫1内呈矩形阵列式排布,所述水管网络模块200包括:
第一进水管201;
第一弧形水管202,沿着逆时针方向缠绕,所述第一弧形水管202的进口端与所述第一进水管201的出口端连通;
S型水管203,所述S型水管203进口端与所述第一弧形水管202的出口端连通;
第二弧形水管204,沿着顺时针反向缠绕,所述第二半弧形水管204的进口端与所述S型水管203的出口端连通;
第一出水管205,第一出水管205的进口端与所述第二半弧形水管204的出口端连通;
若干个水管网络模块200首尾依次连接,第一个网络模块200的所述第一进水管201的进口端与所述恒温连接水管3远离所述恒温水泵21的一端连通,最后一个水管网络模块200的所述第一出水管205的出口端与所述恒温水箱4的进水口连通。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:恒温水箱4在若干个水管网络模块200内流通,水流又依次经过第一进水管201、第一弧形水管202、S型水管203、第二弧形水管204、第一出水管205,使得水管增大了与恒温垫1的接触面积,大大提高了热交换的效率,使得恒温垫1的加热或降温更快。
在一个实施例中,如图8-9所示,所述散热连接水管8上安装有散热风扇9和水冷散热排140,所述散热风扇9与所述水冷散热排140平行设置,所述散热风扇9与所述控制器19电性连接,所述散热风扇9由所述控制器19控制工作,所述散热风扇9能对水冷散热排140进行吹风散热,水冷散热排加大了散热面积,散热风扇加快了散热速率。
所述水冷散热排140包括:
水冷散热排壳体141,所述水冷散热排壳体141包括多个连接板1411,所述多个连接板1411围合形成一容纳腔室1412,所述水冷散热排壳体141位于容纳腔室1412的一侧具有集水区域1413,其中一个连接板1411上设有水冷散热排进水口1414和水冷散热排出水口1415,所述水冷散热排进水口1414和水冷散热排出水口1415设置在所述集水区域1413,所述水冷散热片进水口1414和所述水冷散热排出水口1415均与所述容纳腔室1412连通;

上述技术方案的有益效果为:上述结构中,集水区域1413中成形有进水管143,使得集水区域1413中的水能够从进水管143流入热交换区,此种设置方式中水冷散热排能够以不同角度和方向设置,而不影响水输送到热交换区域,且该集水区域1413内的水只需覆盖该出水管144的出水侧孔1441而能够避免空气进入该出水管144,即避免空气被吸入水泵,从而使得水泵能维持正常的运转。

上述技术方案的工作原理为:电机39带动转轴36旋转,转轴36带动齿轮35旋转,通过齿轮35与齿条42的啮合,使得齿条42左右移动,齿条42再分别带动塞杆31在通孔32内向右移动、导向杆33在导向孔34内向右移动,当齿轮35转到无齿轮处时,由于齿轮35与齿条42无法啮合,在弹簧29的弹力作用,移动板28就会向左移动,当齿轮35与齿条42再次啮合时,就能再次推动移动板28向左移动,从而实现移动板28的左右往复移动;当移动板28移动时,活塞27就会跟随者移动,从而导致活塞27与泄气孔43之间的相对位置不断发生变化,活塞27左端通过连接管26与气管14连通,会承受气囊12内的压力,当气压大于弹簧的平衡压力时,活塞27就会被推到泄气孔43的右侧进行泄压,直到恢复到平衡压力,由于活塞27的位置左右移动,就会导致气压与弹簧的平衡压力值不断变化,因此,就会导致气囊12内的压力值不断的发生改变,产生按摩效果。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:通过齿轮35与齿条42的啮合间歇运动,使得活塞27左右移动,从而不断改变弹簧29与气压的平衡值,使得气囊12内的压力不断的发生变化,从而改变气囊的大小,使得气囊的大小变化更范围更加宽,使得膨胀或缩小更加平滑,使得气囊对患处的皮肤按摩更加舒适;另外,通过调节电机的转速,也能实现按摩频率的调节,使得气囊按摩振动时的频率调节更方便。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,所述气囊振动装置还包括:限位板40,设置在所述导向杆33延伸出所述箱体30外壁的一端,限位板40为圆形,限位板40的直径大于所述导向孔34的直径。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:限位板40起到限定导向杆33位移的作用,防止导向杆33超出极限位移,导向杆33也起着支撑齿条42的作用,使得齿条42左右的运动更加平稳。
在一个实施例中,如图6所示,所述气囊振动装置还包括:开关41,设置在所述凹槽体38的外壁上,所述开关41与所述电机39电性连接。

所述运算放大器U2的信号输出端与电阻R8一端连接,电阻R8另一端与所述运算放大器U2的正相输入端连接,所述电阻R8两端并连有电容C2,所述运算放大器U2的信号输出端与电阻R7一端连接,所述电阻R7另一端与所述第二晶体管VT2发射极一端连接,所述电阻R7两端并联有电感器L2。
