Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the fully automatic washing machine described in patent document 1, the adjustment leg is disposed vertically apart from the level. At this time, the operator cannot adjust the height of the adjustment leg while confirming whether the full-automatic washing machine is horizontally disposed by the level gauge. In this case, in order to level the fully automatic washing machine accurately, the operator must repeat the work of adjusting the height of the adjustment leg while keeping the operator in a stooped state and the work of checking the level by changing the posture of the body, which results in a large work load.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine capable of easily performing an operation of leveling the washing machine.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention is a washing machine, comprising: a washing machine main body provided with a base at a lower portion thereof; a plurality of leg portions protruding downward from the base portion and contacting the installation surface, at least one of the leg portions being an adjustment leg capable of adjusting an amount of protrusion downward; and an assembling portion provided to the base portion or the adjusting leg and assembled with a level.
In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the fitting portion is integrated with the base portion or the adjustment leg.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the fitting portion is rotatably supported by the base portion.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the attachment portion is detachable.
Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the adjustment leg has: a longitudinal shaft having a screw portion or a rack formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof; a contact part fixed to a lower end of the longitudinal shaft and contacting an installation surface; a transverse shaft engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the longitudinal shaft; and a support portion that rotatably supports the lateral shaft, and the vertical shaft moves up and down together with the contact portion according to the rotation of the lateral shaft.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, in the washing machine, the protruding amount of the adjustment leg of the bottom base part of the washing machine main body toward the lower side is adjusted, thereby making the washing machine horizontal. Since the level gauge for checking whether or not the washing machine is horizontally disposed is attached to the attachment portion provided on the base portion or the adjustment leg, the level gauge is disposed in the washing machine main body so as to be close to the adjustment leg at an inconspicuous position. Therefore, the operator can confirm the level gauge without changing the posture of the body during the process of adjusting the protrusion amount of the adjusting legs, so that the protrusion amount of the adjusting legs can be adjusted while confirming whether the washing machine is horizontally arranged through the level gauge. As a result, the horizontal operation of the washing machine can be easily performed.
Further, according to the present invention, since the mounting portion is integrated with the base portion or the adjustment leg, the level gauge mounted on the mounting portion can be reliably disposed so as to be close to the adjustment leg.
Further, according to the present invention, since the mounting portion is rotatably supported by the base portion, it is possible to confirm whether the washing machine is horizontally disposed by the level gauge mounted to the mounting portion protruding from the base portion when performing an operation of leveling the washing machine, and to store the washing machine in the base portion by rotating the mounting portion after completing the operation.
Further, according to the present invention, since the mounting portion can be attached and detached, after the operation of leveling the washing machine is completed, the mounting portion can be detached and put together with the level gauge.
Further, according to the present invention, since the adjusting leg has the vertical shaft to which the contact portion contacting the installation surface is fixed at the lower end portion and the horizontal shaft which is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the vertical shaft and is rotatable, the vertical shaft is lifted and lowered together with the contact portion when the horizontal shaft is rotated, the amount of protrusion of the adjusting leg to the lower side can be adjusted freely.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a front view of a washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The left-right direction in fig. 1 is referred to as a left-right direction X of the washing machine 1, the direction perpendicular to the paper plane in fig. 1 is referred to as a front-back direction Y of the washing machine 1, and the up-down direction in fig. 1 is referred to as an up-down direction Z of the washing machine 1. In the left-right direction X, the left side in fig. 1 is referred to as a left side X1, and the right side in fig. 1 is referred to as a right side X2. In the front-rear direction Y, the near side in fig. 1 is referred to as a front side Y1, and the far side in fig. 1 is referred to as a rear side Y2. In the vertical direction Z, the upper side in fig. 1 is referred to as an upper side Z1, and the lower side in fig. 1 is referred to as a lower side Z2. The up-down direction Z is also a vertical direction. The left-right direction X and the front-back direction Y are included in the horizontal direction.
The washing machine 1 includes: a washing machine main body 2 constituting a casing thereof; and a plurality of leg portions 3 that come into contact with an installation surface S such as a floor surface when the washing machine 1 is installed on the installation surface S. The washing machine main body 2 is formed in a box shape, and a cylindrical washing tub 4 for accommodating laundry is disposed inside the washing machine main body. As shown in fig. 1, washing machine 1 may be a vertical washing machine in which the central axis of washing tub 4 extends in vertical direction Z, a drum-type washing machine (not shown) in which the central axis of washing tub 4 intersects vertical direction Z and front-rear direction Y, or a twin-tub washing machine (not shown) in which two washing tubs 4 are arranged in parallel in left-right direction X. In the washing machine 1 in the case of the vertical washing machine, the upper surface portion 2A of the washing machine main body 2 is provided with: a loading and unloading port (not shown) for loading and unloading laundry into and from the washing tub 4; a door 5 for opening/closing the input/output port; and a display operation unit 6 disposed in a region of the front side Y1 of the door 5. The display operation unit 6 is constituted by a switch, a liquid crystal panel, and the like.
In lower portion 2B of washing machine main body 2, specifically, a bottom seat 7 is provided at a bottom portion located below Z2 of washing tub 4. The base unit 7 has a substantially rectangular shape substantially conforming to the contour of the washing machine main body 2 in a plan view, and is formed in a tray shape open to the upper side Z1. The base portion 7 may be a part of the washing machine main body 2, or may be assembled to the washing machine main body 2 as a separate component from the washing machine main body 2.
Similarly, referring to fig. 2, which is a right side view of washing machine 1, for example, there are four leg portions 3, one leg portion is disposed at each of four corners of base portion 7, and the leg portions are disposed so as to protrude downward Z2 from lower surface portion 7A of base portion 7. Each leg portion 3 is a fixed leg 8 whose projecting amount D from the lower surface portion 7A to the lower side Z2 is fixed, or an adjustable leg 9 whose projecting amount D can be adjusted. The fixing leg 8 is a projection fixed to the lower surface portion 7A, and the relative position of the lower end surface 8A and the base portion 7 is fixed. For example, in this embodiment, the two right and left leg portions 3 positioned at the rear of the base portion 7 and the one leg portion 3 positioned at the left end of the front portion of the base portion 7 are the fixed legs 8, and the remaining one leg portion 3 positioned at the right end of the front portion of the base portion 7 is the adjustment leg 9. Since at least one leg portion 3 of the plurality of leg portions 3 may be the adjustment leg 9, all the leg portions 3 may be the adjustment legs 9. The lower end surface 8A of each of the fixing legs 8 is in contact with the installation surface S, and thereby the washing machine main body 2 including the pedestal portion 7 is supported by the fixing legs 8 from the lower side Z2.
In four corners of the lower surface portion 7A of the base portion 7, concave portions 7B that are recessed toward the upper side Z1 and accommodate the adjustment legs 9 are formed at corner portions where the adjustment legs 9 are arranged. In the present embodiment, a recess 7B is formed in a right front corner portion of the lower surface portion 7A, and the recess 7B is opened to both the right side X2 and the front side Y1. The base portion 7 has a bottom plate 7C that closes the recess 7B from the upper side Z1 and forms a bottom of the recess 7B. The thickness direction of the bottom plate 7C coincides with the vertical direction Z. The bottom plate 7C is disposed to be offset to the upper side Z1 from the lower surface portion 7A.
Referring to fig. 3 as a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 2 and fig. 4 as a sectional view taken along line B-B of fig. 3, the adjusting leg 9 has: vertical axis 11, contact portion 12, support portion 13, and horizontal axis 14. The longitudinal axis 11 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the vertical direction Z. The upper portion 11A of the vertical shaft 11 is inserted from the lower side Z2 to the through hole 7D (see fig. 4) formed in the bottom plate 7C. Flange portions 11B are provided at the upper end and the lower end of the upper portion 11A, respectively, so as to extend annularly outward in the radial direction of the vertical shaft 11. Of the pair of upper and lower flange portions 11B, at least the flange portion 11B on the upper side Z1 is a separate component from the vertical shaft 11, and is constituted by a nut, a bolt with a washer, or the like. The flange portion 11B of the upper side Z1 may be formed of a pin that penetrates the upper portion 11A in the horizontal direction. On the other hand, flange portion 11B of lower side Z2 may be provided integrally with vertical shaft 11. The flange 11B of the upper Z1 is disposed on the upper Z1 of the bottom plate 7C, and the flange 11B of the lower Z2 is disposed on the lower Z2 of the bottom plate 7C. These flange portions 11B function as stoppers, thereby preventing the vertical shaft 11 from falling off from the through hole 7D in the up-down direction. A helical screw portion 11D is formed substantially over the entire outer peripheral surface 11C of the upper portion 11A of the vertical shaft 11.
The contact portion 12 is formed in a substantially truncated cone shape having a diameter increasing toward the lower side Z2, for example, and is fixed to the lower end portion 11E of the vertical shaft 11 from the lower side Z2. Flange 11B of lower side Z2 contacts bottom plate 7C from lower side Z2, and lower end face 12A of contact portion 12 contacts installation surface S, whereby washing machine main body 2 including pedestal portion 7 is supported from lower side Z2 by adjusting legs 9.
The support portion 13 is formed in a box shape in which the entire area of the lower surface is open. A through hole 13B is formed in the top wall 13A of the support portion 13, and one through hole 13E is formed in each of the left side wall 13C and the right side wall 13D of the support portion 13 at positions overlapping each other when viewed in the left-right direction X. The support portion 13 is in a state of accommodating most of the lower portion of the upper portion 11A of the longitudinal shaft 11 and covering the upper portion of the contact portion 12 from the upper side Z1. The vertical shaft 11 is inserted into the through hole 13B of the top wall 13A with a clearance kept.
The lateral shaft 14 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the left-right direction X. The left end 14A and the right end 14B of the lateral shaft 14 are formed smaller in diameter than the middle portion 14C therebetween. An engaging portion 14D protruding to the right side X2 is integrally provided on the right end surface of the right end portion 14B. The engaging portion 14D is thinner than the right end portion 14B. The cross section of the engaging portion 14D when cut along a flat surface orthogonal to the central axis J of the lateral shaft 14 is formed in a polygonal shape such as a quadrangle or a hexagon (see fig. 5 described later). The middle portion 14C has a gear shape, and a plurality of teeth portions 14E extending in the left-right direction X are formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof in parallel at equal intervals in the circumferential direction K around the center axis J.
In lateral axis 14, left end 14A is inserted through annular bearing 16 to through hole 13E of left side wall 13C of support portion 13, and right end 14B is inserted through another bearing 16 to through hole 13E of right side wall 13D of support portion 13. Thereby, the lateral shaft 14 is supported by the support portion 13 so as to be rotatable about the central axis J. The engaging portion 14D is disposed so as to be exposed at the right side X2 of the right side wall 13D. The middle portion 14C of the lateral shaft 14 is disposed on the front side Y1 (see fig. 4) of the vertical shaft 11 in the support portion 13, and any one of the tooth portions 14E of the middle portion 14C is in a state of meshing with a part of the threaded portion 11D of the outer peripheral surface 11C of the vertical shaft 11.
A procedure for adjusting the projecting amount D of the adjustment leg 9 from the lower surface portion 7A of the pedestal portion 7 to the lower side Z2 will be described. For this adjustment, there is an operating member 17 operated by the operator. As shown in fig. 3, the operating member 17 integrally has: a disk-shaped grip portion 17A gripped by an operator, and a cylindrical portion 17B coaxially protruding from the center of the grip portion 17A. The fitting hole 17C formed inside the cylindrical portion 17B has a cross-sectional shape substantially matching the cross-sectional shape of the engagement portion 14D of the lateral shaft 14.
In a state where the washing machine 1 is installed in an installation place such as a washing machine tray, and the lower end surfaces 8A of the fixed legs 8 and the lower end surfaces 12A of the contact portions 12 of the adjustment legs 9 are in contact with the installation surface S, an operator bends down as necessary to see the adjustment legs 9. Then, the operator grasps the grip portion 17A of the operating member 17, brings the cylindrical portion 17B close to the engaging portion 14D of the lateral shaft 14, and fits the engaging portion 14D into the fitting hole 17C. Thereafter, when the operator rotates the grip portion 17A in the circumferential direction K, the lateral shaft 14 rotates in the circumferential direction K. Then, the rotational force of the lateral shaft 14 is converted into the force in the vertical direction Z and acts on the vertical shaft 11 meshing with the lateral shaft 14, and therefore, the vertical shaft 11 moves up and down together with the contact portion 12 so as to move relative to the lateral shaft 14 and the support portion 13 in the vertical direction Z. Such longitudinal axis 11 and transverse axis 14 constitute a screw jack construction.
Specifically, when the horizontal shaft 14 rotates to one side in the circumferential direction K, the vertical shaft 11 and the contact portion 12 descend and are away from the lower surface portion 7A of the base portion 7, and therefore the projection amount D increases; when the horizontal axis 14 is reversed, the vertical axis 11 and the contact portion 12 rise and approach the lower surface portion 7A, and therefore the projection amount D becomes small. The projecting amount D is fixed for each fixing leg 8 (see fig. 1), whereas the projecting amount D varies for the adjusting leg 9. Therefore, in the washing machine 1, the protruding amount D of the adjusting leg 9 can be freely adjusted, and the washing machine 1 can be tilted and leveled. The support portion 13 accommodating the vertical shaft 11 and the horizontal shaft 14 for adjusting the projection amount D not only functions to support the horizontal shaft 14 but also functions as a shield cover covering the vertical shaft 11 and the horizontal shaft 14. The operation member 17 may be detached from the engagement portion 14D after the inclination adjustment of the washing machine 1 and stored in another storage place, or may be always connected to the engagement portion 14D.
In connection with the tilt adjustment of the washing machine 1, the washing machine 1 includes a fitting portion 20 shown in fig. 4. The mounting portion 20 is formed in a flat plate shape having a plate thickness direction coinciding with the vertical direction Z. In fig. 4, the mounting portion 20 is provided on the adjustment leg 9 as an example. In this case, the fitting portion 20 is integrated with the top wall 13A of the support portion 13 of the adjustment leg 9, and extends substantially horizontally from the top wall 13A toward the front side Y1. At least the front end portion 20A of the fitting portion 20 is exposed from the recess 7B of the base portion 7 that accommodates the adjustment leg 9, and is exposed from the base portion 7 to the front side Y1 (see fig. 2). A known level 21 is attached to the front end portion 20A from the upper side Z1. The level gauge 21 in this embodiment has: a cap-shaped body 21A having an open upper surface and filled with a liquid; and a disk-shaped window portion 21B that closes the inside of the body portion 21A from the upper side Z1. The window 21B is transparent, and at least the lower surface thereof is formed flat along the horizontal direction. A circular mark 21C (see fig. 12 described later) is provided at the center of the window 21B, for example. If the washing machine 1 reaches the horizontal position, the air bubbles P in the main body portion 21A are contained in the mark 21C, and therefore, if the window portion 21B of the level gauge 21 is observed, it can be confirmed whether the washing machine 1 is horizontally disposed. The level 21 may be fixed to the mounting portion 20 as a part of the washing machine 1, or may be a separate component from the washing machine 1, and may be stored separately from the mounting portion 20 at ordinary times and mounted to the mounting portion 20 each time the inclination adjustment is performed.
In this way, the level 21 mounted on the mounting portion 20 provided on the adjustment leg 9 is disposed at a position on the inconspicuous lower side Z2 in the washing machine main body 2 so as to be close to the adjustment leg 9. In particular, since the mounting portion 20 is integrated with the adjustment leg 9, the level 21 mounted on the mounting portion 20 can be reliably disposed so as to be close to the adjustment leg 9. In this case, since the operator can check the adjacent level gauge 21 without changing the posture of the body while adjusting the projecting amount D of the adjusting legs 9, the projecting amount D of the adjusting legs 9 can be adjusted while checking whether the washing machine 1 is horizontally disposed by the level gauge 21. As a result, the operation of accurately leveling the washing machine 1 can be easily performed.
In the above embodiment, the mounting portion 20 is provided in the adjustment leg 9, but the mounting portion 20 may be provided in the base portion 7 as in the first modification shown in fig. 5 and 6. In the following, the same parts as those described above are assigned the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In fig. 5 and 6, for convenience of explanation, a part of each of the base portion 7 and the mounting portion 20 is illustrated in cross section.
The mounting portion 20 of the first modification is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape. An opening 7F having substantially the same size as the fitting portion 20 and communicating with the inside of the base portion 7 is formed in, for example, the right side wall 7E of the base portion 7. One of the rotation shafts 20B is formed at each of the front and rear ends of the mounting portion 20 so as to protrude away from each other in the front-rear direction Y. The rotation shaft 20B of the front side Y1 is inserted into an insertion hole 7G formed in the lower end portion of the peripheral edge portion of the front side Y1 in the opening 7F, and the rotation shaft 20B of the rear side Y2 is inserted into the other insertion hole 7G formed in the lower end portion of the peripheral edge portion of the rear side Y2 in the opening 7F. Thus, the mounting portion 20 is supported by the base portion 7 and can rotate about the pair of front and rear rotation shafts 20B. In detail, the fitting portion 20 rotates between an open position extending substantially horizontally from the right side wall 7E to the right side X2 as shown by the solid line and a closed position blocking the opening 7F as shown by the broken line and substantially vertically. A level 21 is fixed to the upper surface of the mounting portion 20 when the mounting portion is substantially horizontal. Therefore, when the fitting portion 20 is disposed at the open position, the level 21 is disposed so as to be exposed from the right side wall 7E, and the window portion 21B of the level 21 is exposed to the upper side Z1. On the other hand, when the fitting portion 20 is rotated to the closed position, the level 21 is stored in the base portion 7 (see fig. 6).
In the first modification, when the operation of leveling the washing machine 1 is performed, whether the washing machine 1 is horizontally disposed or not can be confirmed by the level gauge 21 attached to the attachment portion 20 in the open position pulled out from the base portion 7, and after the operation is completed, the attachment portion 20 can be rotated to the closed position, and can be stored in the base portion 7 together with the level gauge 21.
As in the first modification, when the mounting portion 20 is provided on the base portion 7, the mounting portion 20 can be integrated with the base portion 7 by fixing the mounting portion 20 to, for example, the right sidewall 7E of the base portion 7, without making the mounting portion 20 rotatable.
The mounting portion 20 may be detachably mounted to the washing machine 1 without being provided to the pedestal portion 7 or the adjustment leg 9 of the washing machine 1 as described above. In this case, after the operation of leveling the washing machine 1 is completed, the mounting portion 20 can be detached and put together with the level 21. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the detachable attachment portion 20 integrally includes: a rectangular plate-like body portion 20C; a first engaging portion 20D forming one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the main body portion 20C; and a pair of second engaging portions 20E provided on both sides of the first engaging portion 20D in the short-side direction of the main body portion 20C. An arc-shaped notch 20F is formed at one end edge of the first engaging portion 20D in the longitudinal direction of the body portion 20C. The pair of second engaging portions 20E are formed in a claw shape cut out from the main body portion 20C in the plate thickness direction of the main body portion 20C.
Next, the washing machine 1 according to the second modification and the third modification to which the detachable attachment portion 20 is applied will be described. In the washing machine 1 of the second modification shown in fig. 9 and 10, the bottom plate 7C of the recessed portion 7B of the base portion 7 for accommodating the adjustment leg 9 is formed with the same number of second engaging portions 20E as the fitting portion 20, that is, two through holes 7H, in parallel in the left-right direction X. Before the operator adjusts the inclination of the washing machine 1, the operator inserts the first engaging portions 20D of the mounting portion 20 into the through-holes 7H along the lower surface of the bottom plate 7C, one by one, and inserts the second engaging portions 20E into the through-holes 7H. Then, the first engaging portions 20D and the second engaging portions 20E sandwich the bottom plate 7C, whereby the fitting portion 20 is attached to the base portion 7. In the attached fitting part 20, the main body part 20C extends substantially horizontally from the bottom plate 7C toward the front side Y1, and at least a front end part of the main body part 20C is exposed from the recess 7B and exposed from the base part 7 toward the front side Y1. The level 21 is attached to the tip end of the main body 20C from the upper side Z1. When the tilt adjustment of the washing machine 1 is completed, the operator detaches each second engaging portion 20E of the mounting portion 20 from the through hole 7H, thereby disengaging the mounting portion 20 from the base portion 7.
In the washing machine 1 of the third modification shown in fig. 11 and 12, through holes 13F having the same number as the second engaging portions 20E of the fitting portion 20 are formed in parallel in the left-right direction X in the top wall 13A of the support portion 13 of the adjustment leg 9. Before the operator adjusts the inclination of the washing machine 1, the first engaging portions 20D of the mounting portion 20 are fitted into the through holes 13F along the upper surface of the top wall 13A, one by one, with the second engaging portions 20E. Then, the first engaging portions 20D and the respective second engaging portions 20E sandwich the top wall 13A, whereby the fitting portion 20 is attached to the support portion 13. The longitudinal axis 11 of the adjustment leg 9 is fitted into the notch 20F of the first engaging portion 20D, whereby the fitting portion 20 is attached to the support portion 13 without colliding with the longitudinal axis 11 (see fig. 12). In the attached fitting part 20, the main body part 20C extends substantially horizontally from the top wall 13A to the front side Y1, and at least the front end part of the main body part 20C is exposed from the recess 7B of the base part 7 and is exposed from the base part 7 to the front side Y1. The level 21 is attached to the tip end of the main body 20C from the upper side Z1. When the inclination adjustment of the washing machine 1 is completed, the operator detaches each second engaging portion 20E of the fitting portion 20 from the through hole 13F, thereby disengaging the fitting portion 20 from the adjustment leg 9.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims.
For example, in the adjustment leg 9, a screw portion 11D is formed on the outer peripheral surface 11C of the vertical shaft 11, and the vertical shaft 11 and the contact portion 12 are raised and lowered by rotating a horizontal shaft 14 having a middle portion 14C that engages with the screw portion 11D, but a rack (not shown) may be provided on the outer peripheral surface 11C instead of the screw portion 11D. Thereby, the vertical shaft 11 and the contact portion 12 can be moved up and down by the rack-and-pinion mechanism constituted by the rack and the middle portion 14C.
As in the washing machine 1 of the fourth modification shown in fig. 13, an adjusting leg 9 having a structure different from that of the screw jack structure described above may be used. The adjustment leg 9 of the fourth modification includes: the longitudinal axis 11, the contact portion 12, and the loosening prevention member 25. A screw hole 7I is formed in a bottom plate 7C of the recess 7B of the base portion 7 that accommodates the adjustment leg 9. The vertical shaft 11 is inserted into the threaded hole 7I, and the threaded portion 11D of the vertical shaft 11 engages with the threaded portion (not shown) of the threaded hole 7I. In the adjustment leg 9, when the operator rotates the vertical shaft 11, the vertical shaft 11 is lifted and lowered together with the contact portion 12, and therefore the protrusion amount D described above changes. The anti-loosening element 25 is a nut that is sleeved on the part of the longitudinal axis 11 that is located on the lower side Z2 of the bottom plate 7C. After the operator stops the rotation of the longitudinal shaft 11, the loosening prevention member 25 is rotated to tighten the rotation toward the bottom plate 7C side, so that the longitudinal shaft 11 is prevented from being accidentally rotated. In the fourth modification, the mounting portion 20 is detachably or integrally provided to the base portion 7.
Further, the aforementioned assembling portion 20 can be applied not only to a washing machine having only a washing function, but also to a washing and drying all-in-one machine having a washing function and a drying function, and a dryer omitting the washing function.
