The application provides a method and a device for establishing a group call. Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of trunking communication technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for establishing a group call.

Background

The group call refers to establishing a temporary group for a plurality of communication terminals, and the plurality of communication terminals can realize quick call among each other in the temporary group. To realize that a plurality of communication terminals make a call in the same group, a group call needs to be established in advance for the plurality of communication terminals.

The method for establishing group call under the current cluster system is mainly characterized in that a dispatcher manually selects a terminal participating in the group call at a dispatching desk, initiates a dynamic group number allocation request and a group call establishment request, and the group call can be established after the system and the terminal successfully respond. The above process needs the dispatcher to manually complete the selection of the group call terminal and execute the group call request establishment process, when the terminal user decides that the group call needs to be established on site, the dispatcher needs to manually select the terminal participating in the group call first and then request the establishment of the group call, the processing process is complicated, and the group call establishment speed is slow.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus for establishing a group call, which can achieve fast establishment of a group call.

A method for establishing a group call is applied to terminal equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:

attach to a preset agent group number; wherein, the agent group number is a number used for initiating a group call establishment request;

and sending the group call establishment request information containing the agent group number to a dispatching desk, so that the dispatching desk joins the terminal equipment which sends the group call establishment request information containing the agent group number into the same group call.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for establishing a group call, which introduces the execution process of the method for establishing the group call by introducing the implementation process of establishing the group call by terminal equipment under a trunking system. The method can realize that the terminal equipment directly sends the group call establishment request to the dispatching desk, and the dispatching desk automatically realizes the establishment of the group call for the terminal equipment initiating the request.

When the above method for establishing a group call is applied to a terminal device, the specific processing procedure of the terminal device can be seen from fig. 2. The terminal devices specifically refer to terminal devices that need to establish a group call, and the number of the terminal devices may be any number, and may include, for example, the terminal device 1, the terminal device 2, and the terminal device 3 shown in fig. 2.

It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the proxy group number in the terminal device may be one or more group numbers pre-written for user selection. It should be noted that, because the number of terminal devices covered by the control of the dispatching console is large, there may be a plurality of different sets of terminal devices that need to establish a plurality of different group calls, the terminal device may be any number of terminal devices, and is not limited to a terminal device that needs to establish the same group call, but also may be a plurality of sets of terminal devices that need to establish different group calls.

It can be determined that the agent group numbers included in the group call setup request information sent by the terminal device that needs to establish the group to the dispatching desk are the same, so the embodiment of the present invention sets that, after receiving the group call setup request information including the agent group numbers sent by a plurality of terminal devices, the dispatching desk joins the terminal devices that send the group call setup request and have the same agent group number in the sent group call setup request information into the same group call.

Still by way of example, since the agent group numbers included in the group call setup request information sent by the terminal device 1, the terminal device 2, and the terminal device 3 to the dispatching desk are all 999999, the dispatching desk joins the terminal device 1, the terminal device 2, and the terminal device 3 to the same call group. Next, the embodiment of the present invention introduces a detailed processing procedure of the method for establishing a group call disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention in a manner that a terminal device interacts with a dispatching desk. In order to facilitate the dispatching console to distinguish the group call establishment request that needs to join the same group call, the embodiment of the present invention sets that, when a terminal device needs to establish a group call or join a group call, a preset proxy group number is attached first, where the proxy group number may be a proxy group number of any one terminal device among other terminal devices that need to establish a group call with the terminal device, or may be a proxy group number of itself, or may be a proxy group number attached to a terminal device in the group call when the terminal device needs to join a certain group call.

the dispatching desk extracts the agent group number information from the group call establishment request information sent by the terminal equipment, compares the agent group number information with the agent group number contained in the group call establishment request information sent by the first terminal equipment, and judges whether the agent group number information and the agent group number are the same or not, thereby judging whether the terminal equipment requests to join the group call of the first terminal equipment. If the two are the same, the terminal equipment is confirmed to request to join the group call of the first terminal equipment, otherwise, the terminal equipment is not determined to request to join the group call of the first terminal equipment.

The dispatching desk can also carry the interactive mode information of the terminal equipment attached to the agent group number in the group call establishment request information received by the dispatching desk, and judges whether the terminal equipment requests to join the group call of the first terminal equipment according to whether the interactive mode of the terminal equipment attached to the agent group number carried in the group call establishment request information sent by the terminal equipment is the same as the interactive mode of the first terminal equipment attached to the agent group number.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the terminal equipment on the same site needs to establish the group call, each terminal equipment is attached to the same agent group number in the same interactive mode, and the group call establishment request information is sent according to the attached agent group number. Therefore, when the dispatching desk receives the group call establishment request information sent by the terminal equipment, whether the terminal equipment initiating the request requests to join the same group call can be judged by identifying whether the interactive mode information carried in the dispatching desk and attached to the agent group number is the same. If the interaction mode information attached to the agent group number carried in the group call establishment request information sent by the terminal device is the same as the interaction mode information attached to the agent group number carried in the group call establishment request information sent by the first terminal device, it is indicated that the interaction mode of the terminal device attached to the agent group number is the same as the interaction mode of the first terminal device attached to the agent group number, and it can be determined that the terminal device requests to join the group call where the first terminal device is located; otherwise, the terminal equipment is determined not to request to join the group call of the first terminal equipment.

Theoretically, when a plurality of terminal devices request to establish a group call on site, after determining an attached agent number and an interaction mode attached to the agent number, group call establishment request information is simultaneously sent to a dispatching desk. However, due to network delay and other reasons, the times for the dispatching station to receive the group call setup request information sent by each terminal device are not strictly synchronous, which results in the phenomenon that the dispatching station receives the group call setup request information sent by different terminal devices that need to join the same group call in sequence. In order to ensure that the dispatching desk can process the requests sent by all the terminal devices needing to join in the group call, the embodiment of the invention sets that after the dispatching desk receives the group call establishment request information sent by the first terminal device and establishes the group call, the dispatching desk waits for other terminals to send the group call establishment request information and processes the group call establishment request information.

On the other hand, if the dispatching station waits for other terminal devices to send group call establishment request information all the time, the group call of the terminal device which has joined the group call is unstable, so the embodiment of the invention sets that the dispatching station can receive and process the request sent by the terminal device which needs to join the group call only within the preset time interval range after receiving the group call establishment request information sent by the first terminal device and establishing the group call, and when the time for sending the group call establishment request information by other terminal devices is more than the preset time interval range from the time for sending the group call establishment request information by the first terminal device, the dispatching station does not respond to the request any more, and the established group call is already stably operated; when the time interval between the time of sending the group call establishment request information by other terminal equipment and the time interval of sending the group call establishment request information by the first terminal equipment does not exceed the preset time interval range, the dispatching desk responds to the request, and under the condition of meeting other judgment conditions, the terminal equipment is added into the group call where the first terminal equipment is located.

Therefore, in the group call setup process, the embodiment of the present invention sets the dispatch station to determine whether a time interval between a time when the terminal device sends the group call setup request information and a time when the first terminal device sends the group call setup request information is within a preset time interval range, so as to determine whether the terminal device can be added to the group call where the first terminal device is located. If the time interval between the time when the terminal equipment sends the group call establishment request information and the time when the first terminal equipment sends the group call establishment request information is within the preset time interval range, determining that the terminal equipment can join the group call where the first terminal equipment is located, otherwise determining that the terminal equipment cannot join the group call where the first terminal equipment is located.

In general, the terminal devices performing the group call are the terminal devices located in the same geographical location area, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the dispatch station obtains the location information sent by the terminal device, and determines whether the terminal device is located in the set area range centered on the location of the first terminal device, if the terminal device is located in the set area range centered on the location of the first terminal device, it is determined that the terminal device may join the group call where the first terminal device is located, and otherwise, it is determined that the terminal device may not join the group call where the first terminal device is located.

If the agent group number contained in the group call establishment request information sent by the terminal equipment is the same as the agent group number contained in the group call establishment request information sent by the first terminal equipment, and meanwhile, the terminal equipment is in a set area range taking the first terminal equipment as a center, the interactive mode of the terminal equipment attached to the agent group number is the same as the interactive mode of the first terminal equipment attached to the agent group number, and the time interval between the time of sending the group call establishment request information by the terminal equipment and the time of sending the group call establishment request information by the first terminal equipment is in a preset time interval range, the terminal equipment is confirmed to be in accordance with the condition of adding the group call corresponding to the group number;
