All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a terminal device, which includes a housing 100, a card holder 200, a fastening assembly 300, and a display screen 400.
The housing 100 includes a first casing member 110 and a second casing member 120. The first housing member 110 is provided with a card holder receiving groove 111, and a card holder through hole 112 and a dismounting hole 113 are formed on the bottom surface of the card holder receiving groove 111. The dismounting hole 113 may be a circular hole, a kidney-shaped hole, or a hole with other shapes, which is not limited herein. The display screen 400 may be mounted on the second housing member 120. The first part of the card support 200 passes through the card support through hole 112 and extends into the housing 100, specifically into a space enclosed by the first casing member 110 and the second casing member 120, and meanwhile, the second part of the card support 200 is in positioning fit with the card support accommodating groove 111, so that the mounting of the card support 200 and the housing 100 is realized. After the card holder 200 is mounted, the mounting and dismounting hole 113 is covered by the card holder 200. The fastening assembly 300 is used to achieve the installation between the first casing element 110 and the second casing element 120, that is, the first casing element 110 and the second casing element 120 are connected by the fastening assembly 300, and at least a part of the fastening assembly 300 is located in the housing 100. At least a part of the fastening assembly 300 can be seen from the assembling and disassembling hole 113, and there can be two specific arrangements, one is that at least a part of the fastening assembly 300 is located in the assembling and disassembling hole 113, and the other is that at least a part of the fastening assembly 300 faces the assembling and disassembling hole 113. In one embodiment, the fastening assembly 300 may include a plurality of screws.
When assembling the terminal device, the first casing member 110 and the second casing member 120 are assembled together by the fastening member 300, and then the card holder 200 is installed, and the card holder 200 can block the mounting and dismounting hole 113 and the fastening member 300. When the housing 100 needs to be disassembled, the card holder 200 is first removed to expose the disassembling hole 113 and the fastening assembly 300, and at this time, the fastening assembly 300 can be driven to move to release the connection relationship between the first casing member 110 and the second casing member 120, so as to repair the terminal device.
According to the above, after the terminal device is assembled, the card holder 200 can shield the fastening assembly 300, and the user cannot see the fastening assembly 300 from the appearance surface of the terminal device, so that the appearance texture of the terminal device can be improved, and the user experience of the terminal device is improved accordingly. Meanwhile, the fastening assembly 300 may be a structure (e.g., a screw) that facilitates the disassembling and assembling operation, so that the maintenance of the terminal device is more convenient.
In an alternative embodiment, in order to simplify the structure of the housing 100 and facilitate the removal of the terminal device, the first casing member 110 is further provided with a positioning surface 114, and the fastening assembly 300 is connected with the second casing member 120. Specifically, the fastening assembly 300 may include a plurality of parts separately provided, only one of which is connected to the second housing member 120, or the fastening assembly 300 may be a unitary structure, which is integrally connected to the second housing member 120. In the first state, the first portion of the fastening assembly 300 is in positioning engagement with the positioning surface 114, and the fastening assembly 300 can limit the movement of the first casing 110, so that the first casing 110 and the second casing 120 cannot be separated; in the second state, the first portion of the fastening assembly 300 is separated from the positioning surface 114, the first portion cannot restrict the movement of the first housing member 110, and the operator can separate the first housing member 110 from the second housing member 120. The fastening element 300 may be an elastic structure, and the fastening element 300 may be fixedly connected to the second housing element 120, so that the fastening element 300 may be deformed by a force to switch between the first state and the second state; the fastening assembly 300 may be a rigid structure, and the connection with the second housing member 120 may be an active connection, and the fastening assembly 300 may be moved by a force to switch between the first state and the second state.
Further, the fastening assembly 300 may include a first fastening member 310 and an elastic restoring member 320, the first fastening member 310 is a first portion of the fastening assembly 300, the first fastening member 310 is movably connected to the second housing member 120, and one end of the elastic restoring member 320 is connected to the second housing member 120 and the other end is connected to the first fastening member 310. In the second state, the first fastening member 310 is forced to move and then separated from the positioning surface 114 of the first casing member 110, and in the process, the first fastening member 310 applies a force to the elastic restoring member 320, so that the elastic restoring member 320 is deformed; in the first state, the elastic restoring member 320 is deformed again, and the first fastening member 310 is positioned and engaged with the positioning surface 114 under the action of the elastic restoring member 320, so as to implement the mounting operation of the first casing member 110 and the second casing member 120. After the structure is adopted, an operator can assemble and disassemble the first shell 110 and the second shell 120 only by applying unidirectional acting force to the first fastening piece 310, so that the scheme can simplify the disassembling and assembling process of the terminal equipment and is more convenient for maintaining the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that the elastic restoring member 320 may be a spring or other elastic structure.
Further, the fastening assembly 300 further includes a second fastening member 330, and the second fastening member 330 is engaged with the mounting/dismounting hole 113. In other words, at least a portion of the second fastening member 330 is located within the disassembly and assembly hole 113. In the second state, the operator can apply a force directly to the second fastener 330, such that the second fastener 330 drives the first fastener 310 to move, thereby separating the first fastener 310 from the locating surface 114. Since at least a portion of the second fastening member 330 is located in the mounting/dismounting hole 113, after the card holder 200 is dismounted, an operator can visually see the second fastening member 330 (see fig. 3), so that the operator can accurately apply a force to the second fastening member 330, thereby improving the maintenance efficiency.
In an alternative embodiment, the second fastening member 330 is rotatably disposed at the mounting/dismounting hole 113, and a driving portion 331 is disposed on a surface of the second fastening member 330 facing the first fastening member 310, and the driving portion 331 is configured to drive the first fastening member 310 to move. Specifically, the driving portion 331 protrudes toward the other portion of one surface of the first fastening member 310 relative to the second fastening member 330, when the second fastening member 330 rotates, there are a state where the driving portion 331 is engaged with the first fastening member 310 and a state where the driving portion 331 is disengaged from the first fastening member 310, when the driving portion 331 is engaged with the first fastening member 310, the first fastening member 310 is away from the positioning surface 114 of the first casing member 110 until the two are disengaged, and when the driving portion 331 is disengaged from the first fastening member 310, the first fastening member 310 is close to the positioning surface 114 of the first casing member 110 under the action of the elastic restoring member 320 until the two are positioned and engaged again.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to make the movement of the first fastening member 310 more smooth, the distance between the driving portion 331 and the attaching and detaching hole 113 toward one surface of the first fastening member 310 is gradually changed in the rotating direction of the second fastening member 330. After the driving portion 331 contacts the first fastening member 310, the driving portion 331 gradually drives the first fastening member 310 away from the positioning surface 114 of the first casing member 110 along with the rotation of the second fastening member 330, thereby achieving the aforementioned effects. Further, in order to enhance this effect, the distance between the one surface of the driving portion 331 facing the first fastening member 310 and the attaching and detaching hole 113 is gradually increased and then gradually decreased in the rotating direction of the second fastening member 330. As the distance increases, the first fastening member 310 gradually moves away from the positioning surface 114 of the first housing member 110 until the first fastening member 310 separates from the positioning surface 114 of the first housing member 110, and as the distance decreases, the first fastening member 310 gradually moves closer to the positioning surface 114 of the first housing member 110 until the first fastening member and the first housing member are positioned and engaged.
The side of the first fastening member 310 facing the second fastening member 330 may be provided as a flat surface, and with this structure, a large space needs to be reserved on the first housing member 110 in order to install the second fastening member 330, resulting in a large size of the first housing member 110. In order to solve this problem, a force receiving portion 311 and an engaging portion 312 may be provided on a surface of the first fastening member 310 facing the second fastening member 330, and the engaging portion 312 protrudes in a direction approaching the second fastening member 330 with respect to the force receiving portion 311. In the first state, the engaging portion 312 is engaged with the first housing member 110, and in the second state, the force receiving portion 311 is engaged with the driving portion 331. Thus, the second fastening member 330 can utilize the space inside the second casing member 120, so that the space occupied by the second fastening member on the first casing member 110 is reduced, and therefore, the size of the first casing member 110 is reduced, and the appearance of the terminal device is more textured.
As described above, the operator can directly apply a force to the second fastening member 330, and then the terminal device can be disassembled. The second fastening member 330 may not be provided with a structure for an operator to apply a force, as long as the operator can apply a force to the second fastening member 330. However, in order to prevent the user from detaching the terminal device by himself and damaging the structure of the terminal device, as shown in fig. 7, a detachable portion 332 may be provided on a surface of the second fastening member 330 facing away from the first fastening member 310, and at least a part of the detachable portion 332 may be located in the detachable hole 113. At this time, by providing the detachable portion 332, the terminal device can be detached only by engaging the detachable portion 332 with a dedicated detaching tool 500 (see fig. 8), so that the terminal device can be prevented from being detached by the user.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the mounting portion 332 may be provided in a column structure, and an outer circumferential surface thereof includes a plurality of sets of first arc-shaped surfaces 332a and first V-shaped surfaces 332b alternately distributed. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 8, one end of the dismantling tool 500 may be opened with a groove 510, and a sidewall of the groove 510 includes a plurality of sets of second arc surfaces 511 and second V surfaces 512 alternately distributed. The dismounting portion 332 can be inserted into the groove 510, and the operator can rotate the dismounting tool 500 to drive the second fastening member 330 to rotate, thereby dismounting the terminal device.
In an alternative embodiment, in order to facilitate the connection between the first fastening member 310 and the second casing member 120, the first fastening member 310 has a rod portion 313, the second casing member 120 has a positioning hole 121, the rod portion 313 is slidably engaged with the positioning hole 121, and the elastic restoring member 320 is sleeved on an outer wall of the rod portion 313. This solution may also improve the stability of the elastic restoring member 320.
While the above describes the movement of the first fastener 310 driven by the second fastener 330, in other embodiments, the second fastener 330 may not be provided and the first fastener 310 may be directly driven. As shown in fig. 9-12, at least a portion of the first fastening member 310 is opposite to the mounting hole 113 of the first casing member 110, and an end of the disassembling tool 500 can pass through the mounting hole 113 and contact the first fastening member 310, so that the operator can drive the first fastening member 310 to move by pushing the disassembling tool 500, and the first fastening member 310 can be switched between the first state and the second state.
When the removal hole 113 is a non-circular hole (e.g., a kidney-shaped hole), the removal hole 113 may limit the rotation of the detacher tool 500, so that the operator may drive the first fastener 310 to move more effectively.
In order to more reliably prevent the user from detaching the terminal device by himself, the terminal device in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a tamper-proof label 600, where the tamper-proof label 600 covers the detachment hole 113, and the card holder 200 covers the tamper-proof label 600. The tamper-evident tag 600 herein may be adhered to the first housing member 110 or to the fastening assembly 300. When the terminal device needs to be detached, the tamper-proof label 600 must be destroyed, so that the state of the tamper-proof label 600 can represent whether the terminal device is detached by the user, thereby assisting in limiting the user to detach the terminal device by himself.
The terminal device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader or a wearable device. Of course, the terminal device may also be other devices, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the difference between the embodiments is mainly described, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as they are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
