the processing module judges whether the staff leaves the company or not according to the position information; if no staff leaves the company, returning to continuously judge whether the staff leaves the company; if the employees leave the company, judging whether the proportion of the number of the employees who leave the company and punch the card on duty to the total number of the employees in the department is larger than or equal to a first set value or not according to the card punching information; if the number of the employees which are in the same department as the employees and have been off duty and punched accounts for the total number of the employees is larger than or equal to a first set value, an off duty punching reminding message is sent to the terminal of the employee who has not been punched in the department.
8. The system for reminding when a person leaves a work to punch a card as claimed in claim 7, wherein the processing module is further configured to determine whether the ratio of the number of the staff leaving the work to the total number of the work in the department is greater than or equal to a second set value when the number of the staff leaving the work to punch a card is smaller than the first set value; and if the proportion of the number of the employees leaving the company in the department to the total number of the employees is greater than or equal to a second set value, sending a next work card punching reminding message to the terminal of the employee not punched by the card in the department.
9. The off-duty card punch reminder system of claim 8, further comprising: the timing module is used for recording time;
the processing module is also used for acquiring the current time through the timing module when the proportion of the number of the employees leaving the company in the department to the total number of the employees is smaller than a second set value, and judging whether the current time is the next working time or not; and if the current time is the off-duty time, sending a card punching reminding message to the terminal of the employee who does not punch the card in the department.
10. The off-duty card punch reminder system of claim 9, further comprising:
the database module is used for storing the off-duty card-punching records in different periods;
the processing module is also used for inquiring whether the current date in the history has the off-duty card-punching record of the non-off-duty time through the database module when the current time is not the off-duty time; and when the current date in the history has a non-off-duty time off-duty card punching record, sending an off-duty card punching reminding message to the terminal of the employee who does not punch the card in the department.
