The vehicle program updating system 3 provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes modules for executing steps in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, and please refer to fig. 1 and related descriptions in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, which are not repeated herein. The vehicle program updating system 3 provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a server 31, an updating tool 32, and a terminal device 33.
The server 31 is configured to obtain the bit information of the smart keys of the vehicles to be updated, the vehicle identification codes, and the historical compatible version information and the target version information of the terminal devices, and send the bit information of the smart keys, the historical compatible version information and the target version information of the terminal devices to the corresponding terminal devices 33 of the corresponding vehicles to be updated according to the vehicle identification codes.

the method comprises the steps that a server obtains intelligent key zone bit information, vehicle identification codes and historical compatible version information and target version information of terminal equipment of a plurality of vehicles to be updated, and sends the intelligent key zone bit information and the historical compatible version information and the target version information of the terminal equipment to corresponding terminal equipment of the corresponding vehicles to be updated according to the vehicle identification codes;
if the updating tool detects the updating operation, an updating packet request instruction is sent to the server;
the server sends an update package of the vehicle to be updated to the update tool according to the update package request instruction;
the updating tool acquires intelligent key zone bit information of a target vehicle to be updated from terminal equipment of the target vehicle to be updated, determines type information of the target vehicle to be updated according to the intelligent key zone bit information of the target vehicle to be updated, acquires current version information of the terminal equipment corresponding to the type information in the target vehicle to be updated according to the type information, and feeds the current version information back to the terminal equipment corresponding to the type information;
the terminal equipment feeds back the updating state of the terminal equipment to the updating tool according to the historical compatible version information, the target version information and the current version information corresponding to the terminal equipment;
and when the update state is the update confirmation state, the update tool acquires a target update package of the terminal equipment from the update package, and updates the program of the terminal equipment according to the target update package.

The vehicle program updating method according to claim 1, wherein the terminal device includes a smart key, a meter, and an on-board terminal, the updating tool obtains smart key flag bit information of a target vehicle to be updated from the terminal device of the target vehicle to be updated, determines type information of the target vehicle to be updated according to the smart key flag bit information of the target vehicle to be updated, obtains current version information of a terminal device corresponding to the type information in the target vehicle to be updated according to the type information, and feeds back the current version information to the terminal device corresponding to the type information includes:
the updating tool reads the intelligent key zone bit information of the intelligent key in the target vehicle to be updated;
the updating tool determines the type information of the target vehicle to be updated according to the intelligent key zone bit information;
when the type information is local control type information, the updating tool acquires the current version information of the instrument in the target vehicle to be updated, the current version information of the vehicle-mounted terminal and the current version information of the intelligent key;
and the updating tool respectively feeds back the current version information of the instrument in the target vehicle to be updated, the current version information of the vehicle-mounted terminal and the current version information of the intelligent key to the instrument, the vehicle-mounted terminal and the intelligent key in the target vehicle to be updated.

The vehicle program updating method according to claim 1, wherein the terminal device includes a smart key, the updating tool obtains smart key flag information of a target vehicle to be updated from the terminal device of the target vehicle to be updated, determines type information of the target vehicle to be updated according to the smart key flag information of the target vehicle to be updated, obtains current version information of a terminal device corresponding to the type information in the target vehicle to be updated according to the type information, and feeds the current version information back to the terminal device corresponding to the type information includes:
the updating tool reads the intelligent key zone bit information of the intelligent key in the target vehicle to be updated;
the updating tool determines the type information of the target vehicle to be updated according to the intelligent key zone bit information;
when the type information is remote control type information, the updating tool acquires the current version information of the intelligent key in the target vehicle to be updated;
and the updating tool feeds back the current version information of the intelligent key in the target vehicle to be updated to the intelligent key of the target vehicle to be updated.
