Abstract

本发明一种智能空气净化器,其中,包括:外壳体,所述外壳体内设有气流隔板,由所述气流隔板将所述外壳体的内腔分割为工作腔室、气流腔室,所述工作腔室内由上而下依次设有负离子发生器、雾化器以及控制器,所述气流腔室的中部设有挡板,所述挡板的上侧设有净化组件。通过使用本发明一种智能空气净化器,有效地能够去除空气中的粉尘、PM2.5、异味、甲醛、苯、挥发性有机物;同时能够利用紫外光发光二极管能杀灭细菌、过敏源、去除毒素,并能给净化的空气加湿,增加负离子含量,其结构简单,易于制造、安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种智能空气净化器。
背景技术
众所周知,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于居室的空气质量的要求也越来越高。目前市场上的空气净化产品结构不佳并且净化技术也不完善,大都会出现以下问题,例如:噪声大、能耗高效率低、寿命短、伴有过多臭氧、会产生二次污染、更换滤网麻烦。由此,需要研究出新的技术方案来解决上述问题,来提高净化器的工作效率。
发明内容
本申请提供一种智能空气净化器,用以解决现有技术中空气净化产品结构不佳,导致实际空气净化效果与效率不理想的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种智能空气净化器,其中,包括:外壳体,所述外壳体内设有气流隔板,由所述气流隔板将所述外壳体的内腔分割为工作腔室、气流腔室,所述工作腔室内由上而下依次设有负离子发生器、雾化器以及控制器,所述气流腔室的中部设有挡板,所述挡板的上侧设有净化组件;
所述负离子发生器的离子发生头、所述雾化器的喷管,均由所述工作腔室探入到气流腔室内;
所述净化组件包括:反射镜面板、滤网、滤网上固定板、滤网下固定板、紫外光发光二极管、支撑柱,所述支撑柱支撑于所述滤网上固定板与所述滤网下固定板之间,所述支撑柱的中部设有所述紫外光发光二极管,所述支撑柱的外侧围设所述滤网,所述滤网下固定板位于所述挡板上侧;
所述气流腔室的根部外侧设有两个以上入风口。
上述的智能空气净化器,其中,所述滤网外侧涂有光触媒。
上述的智能空气净化器,其中,所述气流隔板的上端向所述气流腔室倾斜。
上述的智能空气净化器,其中,所述气流腔室的截面呈梯形状。
上述的智能空气净化器,其中,所述滤网呈圆柱状,所述支撑柱与所述滤网之间形成杀菌通道。
上述的智能空气净化器,其中,所述滤网的口径面积小于所述气流腔室的出风口。
依据上述实施例的一种智能空气净化器,该方案具有以下的效果:
1、有效地能够去除空气中的粉尘、PM2.5、异味、甲醛、苯、挥发性有机物;
2、同时能够利用紫外光发光二极管能杀灭细菌、过敏源、去除毒素,并能给净化的空气加湿,增加负离子含量;
3、其结构简单,易于制造、安装。

具体实施方式
为了使发明实现的技术手段、创造特征、达成目的和功效易于明白了解,下结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、2所示,本发明一种智能空气净化器,其中,包括:外壳体1,外壳体1内设有气流隔板2,由气流隔板2将外壳体1的内腔分割为工作腔室3、气流腔室4,工作腔室3内由上而下依次设有负离子发生器5、雾化器6以及控制器7,气流腔室4的中部设有挡板8,挡板8的上侧设有净化组件9;进一步的,工作腔室3主要是为了对工作器件进行存放最为一个独立的封闭空间,在此工作器件为负离子发生器5、雾化器6以及控制器7,不会受到粉尘、细菌的影响; 负离子发生器5的离子发生头51、 雾化器6的喷管61,均由工作腔室3探入到气流腔室4内;进一步的通过离子发生头51对本产品待喷出气体进行改善,通过雾化器6对本产品喷出的气体进行加湿。更进一步的,气流腔室4主要最为空气的净化消毒、杀菌、加湿而存在的。
其中,净化组件9包括:反射镜面板10、滤网11、滤网上固定板12、滤网下固定板13、紫外光发光二极管14、支撑柱15,支撑柱15支撑于滤网上固定板12与滤网下固定板13之间,支撑柱15的中部设有紫外光发光二极管14,支撑柱15的外侧围设滤网11,滤网下固定板13位于挡板8上侧;通过支撑柱15与滤网上固定板12、滤网下固定板13的配合固定在气流腔室4中,利用紫外光发光二极管14的光射配合光触媒(图中未示出)以及反射镜面板10实现节能、高效、无紫外光泄漏的现象发生。更进一步的,反射镜面板10围在滤网上固定板12、滤网下固定板13的外侧,反射镜面板10利用其自身的圆弧形高反射膜实现紫外线光无泄漏。
在本发明的具体实施例中,气流腔室4的根部外侧设有两个以上入风口16,进一步的气流腔室4的进气是由底部进气,气流腔室4的顶面出气。
在本发明的具体实施例中,滤网11外侧涂有光触媒(图中未示出),在此光触媒为纳米二氧化钛,由滤网11配合纳米二氧化钛形成纳米二氧化钛多孔网,在此二氧化钛表面积大,能够充分与空气进行接触,提高了使用效率,进一步的,整个过程二氧化钛不参与降价反应,自身无变化,由此能够实现滤网11的长期不更换也可长期使用。
在本发明的具体实施例中,气流隔板2的上端向气流腔室4倾斜,进一步的气流隔板2呈弧形状,其弧形状的气流隔板2的凹面面向气流腔室4,进一步的气流腔室4的另一侧壁也成弧形状,由此气流腔室4自底面向上截面面积逐渐缩小,形成烟囱状。
在本发明的具体实施例中,气流腔室4的截面呈梯形状。
在本发明的具体实施例中,滤网11呈圆柱状,支撑柱15与滤网11之间形成杀菌通道。
在本发明的具体实施例中,滤网11的口径面积小于气流腔室4的出风口17,进一步的不会在出风口17处产生风压,能够使得加湿的气体顺利的排出。
在本发明的具体实施例中,控制器7分别控制连接负离子发生器5、雾化器6、净化组件9、紫外光发光二极管14。
光触媒,采用的是常用的经济的光触媒,即为:二氧化钛(Tio2)。一种几型半导体,能吸收紫外光,其电子结构是由价带电子带和空轨道形成的传导带构收光子能量hv而跃进至导带,因此产生光生电子e-和空穴h+,这些电子和空穴,一方面可以氧化还原而重新复合所释放能量的热和荧光的形式释放,另一方面可离解成晶格中移动的自由电子和自由空穴,这些电子和空穴在外物的作用下迁移到二氧化钛颗粒表面,并且立即被表面的基团或游离氧捕获。
通常二氧化钛会将其吸附的水(H2O)活化,产生表面羟基(OH)羟基捕获空穴,形成羟基自由基,而电子(e-)被吸附态氧或水中游离氧结合,产生超氧自由基(·O2)。羟基自由基和超氧自由基均具有超强的氧化能力,可氧化分解各种有机化合物(甲醛、Tvoc)和部分无机物,能破坏细菌的细胞膜,固化病毒的蛋白质,可杀死细菌消除病毒和分解有机物,达到杀菌、除臭、防霉、去污、净化空气之目的。基本的过程是,TiO2光催化降价有机物,其本质是自由基与其他物质的反应。
综上所述,本发明一种智能空气净化器,有效地能够去除空气中的粉尘、PM2.5、异味、甲醛、苯、挥发性有机物;同时能够利用紫外光发光二极管能杀灭细菌、过敏源、去除毒素,并能给净化的空气加湿,增加负离子含量,其结构简单,易于制造、安装。

1.一种智能空气净化器,其特征在于,包括:外壳体,所述外壳体内设有气流隔板,由所述气流隔板将所述外壳体的内腔分割为工作腔室、气流腔室,所述工作腔室内由上而下依次设有负离子发生器、雾化器以及控制器,所述气流腔室的中部设有挡板,所述挡板的上侧设有净化组件;
所述负离子发生器的离子发生头、所述雾化器的喷管,均由所述工作腔室探入到气流腔室内;
所述净化组件包括:反射镜面板、滤网、滤网上固定板、滤网下固定板、紫外光发光二极管、支撑柱,所述支撑柱支撑于所述滤网上固定板与所述滤网下固定板之间,所述支撑柱的中部设有所述紫外光发光二极管,所述支撑柱的外侧围设所述滤网,所述滤网下固定板位于所述挡板上侧;
所述气流腔室的根部外侧设有两个以上入风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能空气净化器,其特征在于,所述滤网外侧涂有光触媒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能空气净化器,其特征在于,所述气流隔板的上端向所述气流腔室倾斜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能空气净化器,其特征在于,所述气流腔室的截面呈梯形状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能空气净化器,其特征在于,所述滤网呈圆柱状,所述支撑柱与所述滤网之间形成杀菌通道。
