Abstract
本发明为一种快速接头结构,其包括一套合接头体、一接头本体及一U型定位卡制销体,该套合接头体为管接头、三通阀门接头或洗衣机阀门接头等,通过套合接头体与一管体结合,而U型定位卡制销体可进行套合的套合接头体与接头本体稳定结合,且可进行快速的定位组装,并降低较小空间或隐蔽位置组装的困难度,以达组装稳定性及便利性佳的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关于一种快速接头结构,尤指一种应用于管路接头结构的所属技术领域。
背景技术
按目前已知管路接头第一、二使用状态参考图如图6、7所示,其以管体40直接套接结合于管路接头50上,为了避免管体40脱离套合的管路接头50,会在以可调整的束管装置60以锁合束紧或夹制束紧进行固定,在管路接合时其每一套接处即需设置一束管装置60,造成接管施作的不便利,且接管设置位置通常都是在较小空间或隐蔽位置,在管体40与管路接头50套合后,欲调整结合束紧的束管装置60极为困难,且受限于空间问题工具的使用上也不便利,故有改良的必要。
发明内容
本发明有鉴于已知管路接头的接合使用便利性及结合稳定性差的问题,于是完成本发明的快速接头结构。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种快速接头结构,其包括一套合接头体、一接头本体及一U型定位卡制销体,该套合接头体为管接头、三通阀门接头或洗衣机阀门接头等,而套合接头体设有一接头部、接头身部及一套合部,该套合部内贯通接头部及接头身部设有一套合孔,且套合孔设有一孔内壁,而套合部两侧分别贯通设有一纵向穿制孔,该两侧的纵向穿制孔间设有一抵持卡制块,且纵向穿制孔相对于孔内壁两侧形成相对的一卡制开口及至少一侧卡制口,该纵向穿制孔的开口上、下两侧分设有一定位凹槽,而接头本体设有一接头身部及一结合端头,且接头身部与结合端头内贯通设有一导孔,该接头身部近结合端头的左、右两侧分别设有一定位卡制凹槽,而接头身部近结合端头的上、下侧分设有一定位凸点,另U型定位卡制销体设有一销座部,该销座部下方两侧呈弹性状延伸设有两个销身部,而两个销身部的外侧分别向外突出设有一卡制凸部,且两个销身部间设有一定位内凹部,该两个销身部沿一定位线进行定位穿制,其套合接头体的套合部所设套合孔,与接头本体的结合端头套合,而套合孔的孔内壁两侧所设卡制开口,与结合端头两侧所设定位卡制凹槽相对,且套合部的套合孔所设纵向穿制孔的两个定位凹槽,与接头本体的接头身部所设两个定位凸点定位固定,而U型定位卡制销体所设两个销身部沿定位线穿制于套合部两侧所设纵向穿制孔,并同时卡制于结合端头两侧所设定位卡制凹槽,该两个销身部外侧所设卡制凸部则卡制抵持于纵向穿制孔的孔内壁两侧所设侧卡制口,且两个销身部间所设定位内凹部卡制于套合部所设抵持卡制块,通过套合接头体的接头部与管体结合,而U型定位卡制销体可进行套合的套合接头体与接头本体稳定结合,且可进行快速的定位组装,并降低较小空间或隐蔽位置组装的困难度,以达组装稳定性及便利性佳的功效。

为能进一步了解本发明的结构,特征及其他目的,兹以如后的较佳实施例附以附图详细说明如后,惟本图例所说明的实施例供说明之用,并非为专利申请上的唯一限制。
请配合参阅图1、图2所示,为本发明快速接头结构的立体组合状态及立体分解状态示意图,其包括:
一套合接头体10,该套合接头体10为管接头、三通阀门接头或洗衣机阀门接头等,而套合接头体10设有一接头部11、接头身部12及一套合部13,该套合部13内贯通接头部11及接头身部12设有一套合孔130,且套合孔130设有一孔内壁131,而套合部13两侧分别贯通设有一纵向穿制孔132,该两侧的纵向穿制孔132间设有一抵持卡制块133,且纵向穿制孔132相对于孔内壁131两侧形成相对的一卡制开口134及至少一侧卡制口135,而纵向穿制孔132的开口上、下两侧分设有一定位凹槽136;
一接头本体20,该接头本体20设有一接头身部21及一结合端头22,且接头身部21与结合端头22内贯通设有一导孔23,该接头身部21近结合端头22的左、右两侧分别设有一定位卡制凹槽24,而接头身部21近结合端头22的上、下侧分设有一定位凸点25,其套合接头体10的套合部13所设套合孔130与结合端头22套合,而套合孔130的孔内壁131两侧所设卡制开口134,与结合端头22两侧所设定位卡制凹槽24相对,且套合部13的套合孔130所设纵向穿制孔132的两个定位凹槽136,与接头身部21所设两个定位凸点25定位固定;以及
一U型定位卡制销体30,该U型定位卡制销体30设有一销座部31,该销座部31下方两侧呈弹性状延伸设有两个销身部32,而两个销身部32的外侧分别向外突出设有一卡制凸部320,且两个销身部32间设有一定位内凹部33,该两个销身部32沿一定位线34进行定位穿制,其两个销身部32沿定位线34穿制于套合部13两侧所设纵向穿制孔132,并同时卡制于结合端头22两侧所设定位卡制凹槽24,该两个销身部32外侧所设卡制凸部320则卡制抵持于纵向穿制孔132孔内壁131两侧所设侧卡制口135,且两个销身部32间所设定位内凹部33卡制于套合部13所设抵持卡制块133;
通过上述结构的配合,以完成本发明快速接头结构。
请配合参阅图2至图5所示,为本发明快速接头结构的立体分解状态、结合管体的使用状态、第一实施例使用于三通阀门接头状态及第二实施例使用于洗衣机阀门接头状态参考图,其套合接头体10为管接头、三通阀门接头或洗衣机阀门接头等,该套合接头体10的套合部13所设套合孔130,与接头本体20的结合端头22套合,而套合孔130的孔内壁131两侧所设卡制开口134,与结合端头22两侧所设定位卡制凹槽24相对,且U型定位卡制销体30所设两个销身部32穿制于套合部13两侧所设纵向穿制孔132,并同时卡制于结合端头22两侧所设定位卡制凹槽24,该两个销身部32外侧所设卡制凸部320则卡制抵持于纵向穿制孔132孔内壁131两侧所设侧卡制口135,且两个销身部32间所设定位内凹部33卡制于套合部13所设抵持卡制块133,通过套合接头体10的接头部11与管体40结合,而U型定位卡制销体30可进行套合的套合接头体10与接头本体20稳定结合,且可进行快速的定位组装,并降低较小空间或隐蔽位置组装的困难度,以达组装稳定性及便利性佳的功效。
综上所述,本发明确实可达到上述诸项功能及目的,故本发明应符合专利申请要件,因此依法提出申请。
Claims (5)
1.一种快速接头结构,其特征在于,包括:
一套合接头体,该套合接头体设有一接头部、接头身部及一套合部,该套合部内贯通接头部及接头身部设有一套合孔,且套合孔设有一孔内壁,而套合部两侧分别贯通设有一纵向穿制孔;
一接头本体,该接头本体设有一接头身部及一结合端头,且接头身部与结合端头内贯通设有一导孔,该接头身部近结合端头的两侧分别设有一定位卡制凹槽,其套合接头体的套合部所设套合孔与结合端头套合,而套合孔的孔内壁两侧所设卡制开口,与结合端头两侧所设定位卡制凹槽相对;以及
一U型定位卡制销体,该U型定位卡制销体设有一销座部,该销座部下方两侧呈弹性状延伸设有两个销身部,其两个销身部穿制于套合部两侧所设纵向穿制孔,并同时卡制于结合端头两侧所设定位卡制凹槽。
2.如权利要求1项所述的快速接头结构,其特征在于,该套合接头体为管接头、三通阀门接头或洗衣机阀门接头。
3.如权利要求1项所述的快速接头结构,其特征在于,该套合接头体的套合部所设纵向穿制孔开口上、下两侧分设有一定位凹槽,而接头本体的接头身部近结合端头的上、下侧分设有一定位凸点,其套合部的套合孔所设纵向穿制孔的两个定位凹槽,与接头身部所设两个定位凸点定位固定。
4.如权利要求1项所述的快速接头结构,其特征在于,该套合接头体的套合部两侧所设纵向穿制孔间设有一抵持卡制块,而U型定位卡制销体的两个销身部间设有一定位内凹部,其定位内凹部卡制于套合部所设抵持卡制块。
5.如权利要求1项所述的快速接头结构,其特征在于,该套合接头体的套合部两侧所设纵向穿制孔相对于孔内壁两侧形成相对的至少一侧卡制口,而U型定位卡制销体的两个销身部的外侧分别向外突出设有一卡制凸部,其卡制凸部卡制抵持于纵向穿制孔的孔内壁两侧所设侧卡制口。
