Abstract
本发明公开了一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,包括:芯轴,所述芯轴连接滑套,以及连接所述芯轴的坐封球,所述滑套连接外套,所述外套通过一级剪钉连接芯轴,所述芯轴上设置凹槽,所述凹槽内能够嵌入挡环,所述挡环接触所述外套,所述滑套连接上接头,所述上接头连接下接头,所述上接头、滑套、芯轴依次为阶梯式连接,所述芯轴设置流体通道和压裂通道,所述滑套设置流体通道和压裂通道,本发明能够在第一次开启时实现封隔器的坐封,当压差滑套无法正常开启时,启动短接二次开启,打开压裂通道。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石油天然气开发裸眼完井及分段压裂工艺领域,尤其涉及一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接。
背景技术
完井分段压裂工具管串中,封隔器为常用的井下工具,其将井筒中不同的液层分隔。封隔器的坐封方式中,启动短接是一种常用且可靠的坐封工具。启动短接位于工具管串中压差滑套与浮箍之间,通过投球向管串内打压,在一定的压力下,启动短接作用,实现密封,从而封隔器坐封。
目前完井工具管串中常用的启动短接仅能实现一次开启,启动短接流体通道关闭。当井底液杂质多,堵塞压差滑套导致其不能正常开启时,后续压裂作业将难以进行,造成事故并带来经济损失。本发明是具备二次开启功能,第一次投球憋压,实现流体通道关闭,封隔器坐封。当压差滑套无法正常开启时,继续增大压力实现启动短接二次开启,压裂通道开启,进行压裂作业。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,利用本发明所涉及的装置能够在第一次开启时实现封隔器的坐封,当压差滑套无法正常开启时,启动短接二次开启,打开压裂通道。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,包括:芯轴,所述芯轴连接滑套,以及连接所述芯轴的坐封球,其特征在于,所述滑套连接外套,所述外套通过一级剪钉连接芯轴,所述芯轴上设置凹槽,所述凹槽内能够嵌入挡环,所述挡环接触所述外套,所述滑套连接上接头,所述上接头连接下接头,所述上接头、滑套、芯轴依次为阶梯式连接,所述芯轴设置流体通道和压裂通道,所述滑套设置流体通道和压裂通道。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述芯轴与所述滑套连接处设置密封圈。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述滑套与所述上接头通过二级剪钉连接。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上接头与所述下接头通过螺纹旋转连接,且连接处设置密封圈。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上接头的上端设有内螺纹,能够与压差滑套连接。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,素数下接头的下端设有外螺纹,能够与浮箍连接。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述芯轴上的流体通道与所述滑套上的流体通道能够在液压力的作用下形成错位,使两者的流体通道关闭。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述芯轴的压裂通道与所述滑套的压裂通道重合,在密封圈的作用下,两者的压裂通道关闭。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上接头、滑套、与芯轴直接采用台阶面限制井液反向压力引发的位移。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,工具管串下放到既定井深,投所述坐封球,球坐封后继续向管串内打压,压力升至20MPa左右,所述滑套的所述一级剪钉剪断,在液压力作用下,所述芯轴向下移动,所述芯轴移动到与所述外套接触后位移被限制,所述挡环从所述芯轴位置扩张至所述外套凹槽中锁定,所述芯轴在所述挡环的作用下与所述外套保持胶着状态。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,当继续对管串进行升压作业,可实现封隔器的坐封以及后续压差滑套的开启,由于所述挡环的锁定作用,所述芯轴的复原位移被限制,即使所述浮箍失效,启动短接具备反向密封功能,可作为多重保护防止井控等事故的发生。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,当封隔器坐封,向管串内打压压差滑套开启遇阻时,所述压裂通道无法开启,导致后续作业无法正常进行,此时对启动短接进行打压,压力升至50MPa左右,所述二级剪钉被剪断,所述芯轴、所述滑套和所述外套作为整体向下移动,所述外套在所述下接头的台阶面处停止位移,此时所述芯轴与所述滑套的压裂通道已经重合且从所述上接头的密封面处露出,所述压裂通道开启,压裂作业可继续进行。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明中的芯轴设有坐封球结构,能够在第一次开启时实现封隔器的坐封,当压差滑套无法正常开启时,芯轴、滑套和外套组合作用,具备二次开启功能,启动短接二次开启,打开压裂通道,一次及二次开启压力稳定、可调节,一次开启后,挡环锁定在外套锁定槽中,防止芯轴复位,具备反向承压能力。
(2)本发明内部结构采用开启力稳定可调节的剪钉连接方式,上接头、滑套与芯轴之间采用台阶面限制井液反向压力引发的位移,具备反向承压能力。
(3)本发明零件之间采用密封设计,防止泄漏,在工具内部各零件之间采用严格的密封装置,保证各零件密封连接,以及工具作业时液体不会泄漏,具有高强度的密封作用。
(4)本发明具备二次开启功能,通过对结构的液压受力面积的设计与剪钉剪切值的调整,在不同等级的液压强度下能实现二次开启,第一次开启,关闭流体通道进而实现封隔器坐封;第二次开启,打开压裂通道进而避免压差滑套的故障而引发工具管串的失效。
(5)本发明具备反向密封能力,芯轴下移时,芯轴移动到外套的台阶面时位移被限制,此时挡环的位置正好处于外套的凹槽处,挡环作用,将外套与芯轴通过挡环锁定,避免井底液的液压导致芯轴复位,从而导致流体通道开启发生井涌等事故。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
需要说明的是,当部件被称为“固定于”另一个部件,它可以直接在另一个部件上或者也可以存在居中的部件。当一个部件被认为是“连接”另一个部件,它可以是直接连接到另一个部件或者可能同时存在居中部件。本文所使用的术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
如图1所示,一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,包括:芯轴4,芯轴4连接滑套3,以及连接芯轴4的坐封球9,其特征在于,滑套3连接外套6,外套6通过一级剪钉7连接芯轴4,芯轴4上设置凹槽,凹槽内能够嵌入挡环8,挡环8接触外套6,滑套3连接上接头1,上接头1连接下接头2,上接头1、滑套3、芯轴4依次为阶梯式连接,芯轴4设置流体通道12和压裂通道11,滑套3设置流体通道12和压裂通道11。
滑套3和外套6通过螺纹连接;芯轴4和外套6通过一级剪钉7连接;芯轴4通过密封圈10保持与滑套3的密封;芯轴4通过密封圈10保持与外套6的密封;挡环8和芯轴4通过芯轴4上凹槽保持固定;挡环8与外套6接触;滑套3和上接头1通过二级剪钉5连接;滑套3通过密封圈10保持与上接头1的密封;上接头1和下接头2通过螺纹连接;上接头1通过密封圈10保持与下接头2的密封。上接头1上端有内螺纹与压差滑套3连接;下接头2下端有外螺纹与浮箍连接。
工具管串下放到既定井深,投坐封球9,球坐封后继续向管串内打压,压力升至20MPa左右,滑套3的一级剪钉7剪断,在液压力作用下,芯轴4向下移动,芯轴4移动到与外套6接触后位移被限制,挡环8从芯轴4位置扩张至外套6凹槽中锁定,芯轴4在挡环8的作用下与外套6保持胶着状态。
此时,芯轴4流体通道12与滑套3流体通道12错位,流体通道12关闭。芯轴4压裂通道11与滑套3压裂通道11重合,且在密封圈10的作用下,压裂通道11仍为关闭状态,当继续对管串进行升压作业,可实现封隔器的坐封以及后续压差滑套3的开启,由于挡环8的锁定作用,芯轴4的复原位移被限制,即使浮箍失效,启动短接具备反向密封功能,可作为多重保护防止井控等事故的发生。
当封隔器坐封,向管串内打压压差滑套3开启遇阻时,压裂通道11无法开启,导致后续作业无法正常进行,此时对启动短接进行打压,压力升至50MPa左右,二级剪钉5被剪断,芯轴4、滑套3和外套6作为整体向下移动,外套6在下接头2的台阶面处停止位移,此时芯轴4与滑套3的压裂通道11已经重合且从上接头1的密封面处露出,压裂通道11开启,压裂作业可继续进行。

Claims (10)
1.一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,包括:芯轴,所述芯轴连接滑套,以及连接所述芯轴的坐封球,其特征在于,所述滑套连接外套,所述外套通过一级剪钉连接芯轴,所述芯轴上设置凹槽,所述凹槽内能够嵌入挡环,所述挡环接触所述外套,所述滑套连接上接头,所述上接头连接下接头,所述上接头、滑套、芯轴依次为阶梯式连接,所述芯轴设置流体通道和压裂通道,所述滑套设置流体通道和压裂通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,其特征在于:所述芯轴与所述滑套连接处设置密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,其特征在于:所述滑套与所述上接头通过二级剪钉连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,其特征在于:所述上接头与所述下接头通过螺纹旋转连接,且连接处设置密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,其特征在于:所述上接头的上端设有内螺纹,能够与压差滑套连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,其特征在于:素数下接头的下端设有外螺纹,能够与浮箍连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,其特征在于:所述芯轴上的流体通道与所述滑套上的流体通道能够在液压力的作用下形成错位,使两者的流体通道关闭。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,其特征在于:所述芯轴的压裂通道与所述滑套的压裂通道重合,在密封圈的作用下,两者的压裂通道关闭。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,其特征在于:所述上接头、滑套、与芯轴直接采用台阶面限制井液反向压力引发的位移。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备二次开启功能的启动短接,其特征在于所述滑套和所述外套通过螺纹连接。
