Abstract
The invention provides a four-rope winding lifting appliance upper frame suitable for a main lifting mechanism of field bridge equipment, which comprises a trolley structure, a winding drum structure positioned above the trolley structure, and a lifting appliance upper frame positioned below the trolley structure, wherein two end parts of the lifting appliance upper frame are connected with a pair of pulleys which are arranged in mirror symmetry, and an included angle smaller than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between a plane where each pulley is positioned and the longitudinal center line of the lifting appliance upper frame; four rope grooves are formed in the reel structure, steel wire ropes are respectively stored in the rope grooves, one ends of the steel wire ropes are fixed on the reel structure, the other ends of the two steel wire ropes respectively penetrate through two corresponding pulleys on one end part of the upper frame of the lifting appliance and are connected with the trolley structure, and the other ends of the other two steel wire ropes respectively penetrate through two corresponding pulleys on the other end part of the upper frame of the lifting appliance and are connected with the trolley structure; each pulley at the two ends of the upper frame of the lifting appliance is connected with a transmission device. Technical Field

As shown in fig. 6, in the second embodiment of the four-rope winding hanger upper frame suitable for the main hoisting mechanism of the field bridge equipment provided by the invention, the winding drums 3 are in a double-winding drum form, and comprise a pair of winding drums which are all positioned above the trolley structure 1 and respectively correspond to two end parts of the hanger upper frame 4, each winding drum 3 is provided with two steel wire ropes 8 which vertically and downwards penetrate through pulleys 5 on corresponding end parts of the hanger upper frame 4 respectively, and are connected with the trolley structure 1 in a diagonal manner.
