When the server and the client are software, they may be implemented as multiple pieces of software or software modules (for example, multiple pieces of software or software modules for providing distributed services), or may be implemented as a single piece of software or software module. And is not particularly limited herein.
It should be noted that the method for processing information provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is generally executed by the server 104, and accordingly, the apparatus for processing information is generally disposed in the server.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method for processing information in accordance with the present disclosure is shown. The method for processing information is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
step 201, in response to receiving a call request between at least two user terminals, obtaining ambient environment information of the user terminals.
In the present embodiment, an execution subject (e.g., the server 104 shown in fig. 1) of the method for processing information may acquire surrounding environment information of a user terminal in a wireless manner when receiving a call request between at least two user terminals. For example, the server 104 may read the call request through a preset client installed on the user terminal. The call request may be a video call request, a voice call request, or a telephone call request, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Here, the server may acquire the surrounding environment information of the user terminal through a client installed on the user terminal. Wherein the ambient information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the system comprises geographical position information of the user terminal, current weather information matched with the geographical position information and news information matched with the geographical position information. For example, the surrounding environment information may be geographical location information of the user terminal. At this time, the server may obtain the geographic location information of the user terminal through a positioning client installed on the user terminal, such as map software, or other clients capable of reading the geographic location of the user terminal.
As an example, for example, user terminal a initiates a call request to user terminal B, then the server may receive the call request. Then, the server may obtain the ambient environment information of the user terminal a through the client with the positioning function on the user terminal a. The server may also obtain the ambient environment information of the user terminal B through the client with the positioning function on the user terminal B.
As another example, for example, in a group chat, user terminal a initiates a group chat video call request to user terminal B, user terminal C, and user terminal D, and the server may receive the video call request. Then, the server may obtain the ambient environment information of the user terminal a, the user terminal B, the user terminal C, and the user terminal D respectively through the clients with the positioning function installed on the user terminal a, the user terminal B, the user terminal C, and the user terminal D respectively.
Step 202, generating push information based on the surrounding environment information.
In this embodiment, after acquiring the ambient environment information of the user terminal, the execution main body may generate the push information in combination with the ambient environment information. Here, the server may use the ambient information as push information. The server can also generate some topical push information by combining the surrounding environment information. The topic push information here refers to push information that can provide chat topic reference information to a user in a call.
As an example, the ambient environment information of the user terminal a acquired by the server is "beijing plantary", for example. The push information generated by the server may be "beijing plantations" or "the user of user terminal a is now playing in a beijing plantations".
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the ambient information may further include current weather information that matches the geographic location information. For example, the ambient environment information of the user terminal a may be "beijing plantain, sunny, temperature 20 ℃". Then, the server may generate push information based on the geographic location information and the current weather information. The push information may be, for example, "beijing vegetable garden, sunny, temperature 20 ℃", or "the user of the user terminal a plays in the beijing vegetable garden now. At the moment, the Beijing plantations are sunny, the temperature is 20 ℃, and the air temperature is proper, so that the method is suitable for going out.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the execution subject may further obtain news information matching the geographic location information. For example, the server may acquire news information of the beijing haichi region after acquiring that the ambient environment information of the user terminal a is "beijing, haichi region". For example, the news information that the server can acquire is "traffic accidents occur in the morning peak of Beijing Haizi district". Then, the server combines the geographical location information and the news information to generate push information. The push information here may be "traffic accident occurred at the morning peak of this day in beijing hai lake area" directly, or "traffic accident occurred at the morning peak of this day in beijing hailake area where the user of the user terminal a is located".
It should be noted here that, although the above example only exemplifies the generation process of the push information about the user terminal a, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the server may also generate the push information about the user terminal B in combination with the ambient environment information of the user terminal B.
Step 203, sending the push information to at least one user terminal.
In this embodiment, after generating the push information, the execution body may send the push information to at least one user terminal.
As an example, for example, a call is made between the user terminal a and the user terminal B, after the server generates push information about the user terminal a, the server may send the push information to the user terminal a for reference by the user of the user terminal a.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the execution main body may further send the push information matched with the user terminal corresponding to the ambient environment information to another user terminal. For example, the execution body may transmit not only push information related to the user terminal a, but also the push information related to the user terminal a to the user terminal B. That is, the server not only enables the user terminal in a call to receive the push information about the user terminal of the other party, but also enables the user terminal in a call to receive the push information about the user terminal of the server. Therefore, the information interconnection of different user terminals during the user call is increased, and the topic reference information can be provided for the user of the user terminal.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario 300 for a method of processing information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the application scenario of fig. 3, the user xiaoming sends a call request to a reddish handset (user terminal B as indicated by reference numeral 302) via his handset (user terminal a as indicated by reference numeral 301). After receiving the call request, the server 303 acquires geographical location information of the small mobile phone (user terminal a): a beijing plantations garden (as indicated by reference numeral 304).
Thereafter, the server 303 combines the geographical location information to generate a push message "Xiaoming Play in Beijing botanical garden" (as shown by reference numeral 305). Then, the server 303 sends the push message "xiaoming plays in beijing plantations" to the mobile phone (user terminal B) in minired. Therefore, the Xiaohong can acquire the recommended topics through the mobile phone of the user, and interaction with Xiaoming can be increased.
It is understood that the server 303 may also obtain the surrounding environment information of the red handset (user terminal B). For example, geographical location information "yunnan" is acquired. And then, generating push information 'Xiaohong traveling in Yunnan' by combining the geographical position information 'Yunnan', and sending the push information to a Xiaoming mobile phone (user terminal A).
At present, one of the prior arts is that when a user makes a call through a user terminal, the two users need to obtain the surrounding environment information of the opposite user by means of inquiry. This method results in that the information of the other party cannot be automatically acquired between the user terminals in conversation, and the interactivity is poor. In the method provided by the above embodiment of the present disclosure, the ambient environment information of the user terminal is obtained by receiving a call request between at least two user terminals, and then the push information is generated by combining the ambient environment information, and is sent to at least one user terminal. Therefore, the information interconnection of different user terminals during the user conversation is increased, and the topic reference information can be provided for the user of the user terminal.
With further reference to FIG. 4, a flow 400 of yet another embodiment of a method for processing information is illustrated. The process 400 of the method for processing information, applied to a server, includes the following steps:
step 401, in response to receiving a call request between at least two user terminals, obtaining ambient environment information of the user terminals.
Step 402, obtaining the contact information of the user terminal from the address list of the user terminal.
In this embodiment, when receiving a call request between at least two user terminals, the execution main body (e.g., the server 104 shown in fig. 1) may obtain contact information of the user terminal from an address book of the user terminal.
As an example, user terminal a initiates a call request to user terminal B, for example. At this time, the server may obtain the contact information of the user terminal a from the address book of the user terminal a, and may also obtain the contact information of the user terminal B from the address book of the user terminal B.
Step 403, generating push information based on the surrounding environment information and the contact information.
In this embodiment, after acquiring the ambient environment information and the contact information of the user terminal, the execution main body may generate the push information by combining the ambient environment information and the contact information.
The contact information here may include tag information of the contact. The tag information herein may refer to a tag set for a certain contact when the user stores the contact on the user terminal. For example: colleagues, friends, clients, and the like.
As an example, after acquiring the ambient environment information of the user terminal a, the server may further acquire contact information "li quad XX client" recently contacted on the user terminal a. Then, the server combines the surrounding environment information of the user terminal a, such as the geographic location information "shenzhen" and the contact information "lie file XX client", to generate the push information "the user of the user terminal a is currently in shenzhen, and he has recently contacted the XX client lie file".
Step 404, sending the push information to at least one user terminal.
In this embodiment, step 401 and step 404 may be performed in a manner similar to that of step 201 and step 203 in the foregoing embodiment, respectively, and the above description for step 201 and step 203 also applies to step 401 and step 404, respectively, and is not repeated here.
As can be seen from fig. 4, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the flow 400 of the method for processing information in this embodiment embodies the steps of obtaining contact information of the user terminal from an address book of the user terminal, and generating push information based on the ambient environment information and the contact information. Therefore, the scheme described in this embodiment can enable the push information to include not only the ambient environment information of the user terminal, but also the contact information of the opposite user terminal, so that the content of the push information is richer, and more topic reference information is provided for the user of the user terminal.
With further reference to FIG. 5, a flow 500 of yet another embodiment of a method for processing information is shown. The process 500 of the method for processing information, applied to a server, includes the following steps:
step 501, in response to receiving a call request between at least two user terminals, obtaining ambient environment information of the user terminals.
Step 502, obtaining time information of the at least two user terminals during the previous call.
In this embodiment, upon receiving a call request between at least two user terminals, the execution main body (e.g., the server 104 shown in fig. 1) may obtain time information of a previous call of the user terminal in the call.
As an example, if the previous call time of the user terminal a and the user terminal B was 2019, 1 month and 31 days, and the call time at this time was 2019, 4 months and 5 days, the server may obtain the previous call time information "the previous call time of the user terminal a and the user terminal B was 2019, 1 month and 31 days".
Step 503, generating push information based on the surrounding environment information and the time information.
In this embodiment, after acquiring the ambient environment information of the user terminal and the time information of the previous call of the user terminal, the execution main body may generate the push information by combining the ambient environment information and the time information.
As an example, after acquiring the ambient environment information of the user terminal a, the server may further acquire that the previous call time of the user terminal a and the user terminal B is 2019, 1 month and 31 days. Then, the server combines the surrounding environment information of the user terminal a, such as the geographic location information "shenzhen", and the communication time information 2019, 1 month and 31 days, and generates the push information "the user of the user terminal a is currently in shenzhen, and the last communication contact time of your is 2019, 1 month and 31 days".
Step 504, the push information is sent to at least one user terminal.
In this embodiment, step 501 and step 504 may be performed in a manner similar to that of step 201 and step 203 in the foregoing embodiment, respectively, and the above description for step 201 and step 203 also applies to step 501 and step 504, respectively, and is not repeated here.
As can be seen from fig. 5, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, a flow 500 of the method for processing information in this embodiment embodies the steps of acquiring time information of a previous call of the at least two user terminals, and generating push information based on the ambient environment information and the time information. Therefore, the scheme described in this embodiment can enable the push information to include not only the ambient environment information of the user terminal, but also the time information of the previous call contact between the user terminals, so that the content of the push information is richer, and more topic reference information is provided for the user of the user terminal.
With continued reference to FIG. 6, a flow 600 of another embodiment of a method for processing information in accordance with the present disclosure is shown. The flow 600 of the method for processing information, applied to a server, includes the following steps:
step 601, in response to receiving a call request between at least two user terminals, obtaining ambient environment information of the user terminals.
Step 602, generating push information based on the surrounding environment information.
In this embodiment, step 601 and step 602 may be performed in a manner similar to that of step 201 and step 202 in the foregoing embodiment, and the above description for step 201 and step 202 also applies to step 601 and step 602, respectively, and is not repeated herein.
Step 603, based on the push information, generating candidate chat information matched with the push information.
In the present embodiment, after generating the push information, the execution subject of the method for processing information (such as the server 104 shown in fig. 1) may generate chat information matching the push information in conjunction with the push information. For example, the server may match the push information with chat information stored in a database, and then generate at least one candidate chat information matching the push information.
As an example, the city in which the user terminal a is located is beijing, and the city in which the user terminal B is located is shanghai. If the user terminal B goes to Beijing city for business, the user terminal B communicates with the user terminal A. At this time, the server may generate push information in conjunction with the geographical location information of user terminal B. The push information may be, for example, "user B is currently in beijing, the city where user terminal a is located". Then, the server may generate the candidate chat information "hi, B, you are now in beijing, the city where the user terminal a is located? "," hi, B, beijing has many cultural historic sites, can we visit the home palace about the time? ".
Step 604, sending the push message and at least one candidate chat message to at least one user terminal.
In this embodiment, after generating the push information and the candidate chat information, the execution main body may send the push information and at least one piece of candidate chat information to at least one user terminal.
It should be noted that, assuming that the server acquires the ambient environment information of the user terminal initiating the call request, the server may send the push information and the candidate chat information to all the user terminals participating in the call, or may send the push information and the candidate chat information to other user terminals except the user terminal initiating the call request. The present embodiment is not limited thereto.
As can be seen from fig. 6, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the flow 600 of the method for processing information in this embodiment represents steps of generating candidate chat information matching with the push information based on the push information, and sending the push information and at least one piece of candidate chat information to at least one user terminal. Therefore, the scheme described in this embodiment can enable the server to continue generating candidate chat information in combination with the push information after generating the push information, and then send the push information and the candidate chat information to the user terminal, thereby enriching the content of the information sent to the user terminal.
With continued reference to FIG. 7, a flow 700 of one embodiment of a method for displaying information in accordance with the present disclosure is shown. The method for displaying information is applied to a first user terminal and comprises the following steps:
step 701, in response to receiving a call request sent by a second user terminal, sending ambient environment information to a server.
In this embodiment, the execution subject of the method for displaying information (e.g., the terminal devices 101 and 102 shown in fig. 1) may also transmit the surrounding environment information to the server upon receiving a call request transmitted by the second user terminal, so that the server may generate push information related to the second user terminal based on the surrounding environment information.
Step 702, receiving the push information sent by the server.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may receive push information sent by the server.
