Description

Waterproof structure of fan
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fans, in particular to a waterproof structure of a fan.
Background
The fan Ma Dachang is used in severe working environments, such as high humidity, dust environment or severe environments with salt mist, and under such working environments, the stator part of the fan is easily damaged by a general fan, so that the fan cannot work normally.
In view of this, referring to fig. 1, a cross-sectional view of a conventional fan waterproof structure is shown, and the current practice is to encapsulate the entire stator set 9 by glue injection or integral injection to form a waterproof glue layer 91, so as to isolate the stator set from the external environment.
However, the current practice has the following problems:
the waterproof adhesive layer 91 covers the whole stator set 9, the electric wires extend outwards from the circuit board 94 in the stator set 9, and the main parts of the electric wires are exposed outside the waterproof adhesive layer, that is, only a small part of the electric wires are covered by the waterproof adhesive layer 91, so that the waterproof adhesive layer 91 is easily broken due to the pulling process of the electric wires in actual use, and then moisture invades the stator set 9 to cause damage.
The electric wire main body part of the stator group 9 is arranged on one rib or stator blade, and a semi-open accommodating groove 97 is formed on the rib or stator blade, so that the electric wire main body part needs to pass through the opening 96 of the base and is placed in the accommodating groove, and the electric wire is limited by the rib 93 (or stator blade) structure of the original base 92, so that excessive pulling of the electric wire is easily caused, and the outlet 95 of the waterproof adhesive layer 91 is broken, or the electric wire is excessively pulled to the wire placing body to break.
Accordingly, it is an urgent need to solve the above-mentioned problems and disadvantages, namely, the present inventors and related manufacturers who are engaged in the industry need to study and improve the above-mentioned problems and disadvantages.

Detailed Description
The above objects of the present invention, as well as the structural and functional characteristics thereof, will be described in terms of the preferred embodiments of the present invention as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B, which are an exploded view, a combined view, a top view of the frame of the present invention and a top view of the stator assembly of the present invention, the waterproof structure of the present invention mainly changes on the frame 1, the stator assembly 2 and the waterproof glue layer 3, improves the waterproof effect of the electric wires 21 near the stator assembly 2 and reduces the breakage problem of the wires during the wire drawing process.
The frame 1 comprises a base 11 and a side wall 12, the base 11 extends horizontally to form a plurality of first supporting members 13 connected with the side wall 12, a shaft 111 is vertically arranged at the center of the base 11, the stator set 2 is sleeved outside the shaft 111, and the first supporting members 13 can be any one of ribs or static blades.
The stator set 2 has an electrical conductor 21, a core 22 and a coil 23, the core 22 is formed by stacking a plurality of silicon steel sheets, for example and without limitation, the coil 23 is diffracted on the core 22, and the electrical conductor 21 is connected with the coil 23.
The waterproof glue layer 3 is disposed on the stator set 2 and covers the electrical wires 21, the iron core 22 and the coil 23, the waterproof glue layer 3 extends horizontally to form a second support member 31 connected with the side wall 12, the electrical wires 21 are disposed in the second support member 31, the waterproof glue layer 3 is made by one of a glue filling process or a low-pressure injection integrated covering process, and the second support member 31 can be any one of ribs or static blades.
The second supporting member 31 has a first end 311 and a second end 312, wherein the first end 311 is connected to the waterproof adhesive layer 3, and the second end 312 is connected to the annular sidewall 12.
Referring to fig. 3A and 3B, it is apparent that the first supporting members 13 of the frame 1 are not equidistantly disposed at intervals in fig. 3A, and have a larger opening on the right side, which is defined as the predetermined combination area RC, and in fig. 3B, it can be seen that the second supporting members 31 on the waterproof glue layer 3 correspond to the opening, and when the stator group 2 is disposed on the shaft 111, the second supporting members 31 are located in the predetermined combination area RC, and the first supporting members 13 and the second supporting members 31 form a complete rib structure or a stator blade structure, although in the present embodiment, the number of the first supporting members 13 is three, but in practice, not limited to this, the number may be arbitrarily changed according to the actual design.
