As shown in figure 1, an extra-high voltage strain insulator string cleaning device comprises a supporting mechanism and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the supporting mechanism is arranged at two ends of an insulator string, the cleaning mechanism is arranged on the supporting mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises a fixing part 1 and a supporting rod 2, the insulator steel caps at two ends of the insulator string 3 are respectively provided with one fixing part 1 and two, two ends of the fixing part 1 are respectively connected through one supporting rod 2, and the supporting rod 2 is provided with a plurality of cleaning mechanisms.

the support rod 2 is a hollow rod body, a cleaning agent is arranged in the support rod 2, a water pump is arranged on the support rod 2, and the water pump pumps the cleaning agent and is communicated with the cleaning nozzle through a guide pipe.
The cleaning device for the extra-high voltage strain insulator string provided by the embodiment of the invention is different from the first embodiment, the second embodiment and the third embodiment in that: the cleaning agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 15-20 parts of ethylene oxide propylene oxide block polyether, 10-20 parts of trifluorotrichloroethane, 10-15 parts of nano oxide, 5-8 parts of sodium carbonate, 8-10 parts of naphtha and 50-60 parts of pure water.
The nano oxide is nano silicon dioxide.
The preparation method of the cleaning agent comprises the following steps: (1) adding 15-20 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 15-20 parts of ethylene oxide propylene oxide block polyether and 10-20 parts of trifluorotrichloroethane into 50-60 parts of pure water, and dispersing in an ultrasonic high-speed dispersion machine, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 30kHz, the dispersion speed is 5200r/min, and the dispersion time is 45 min;
(2) adding 5-8 parts of soda ash and 8-10 parts of naphtha into the mixture prepared in the step (1), and continuously dispersing, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 27kHz, the dispersion speed is 5000r/min, and the dispersion time is 40 min;
(3) and (3) adding 10-15 parts of nano oxide into the mixture prepared in the step (2), performing ultrasonic high-speed dispersion, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 25kHz, the dispersion speed is 4700r/min, the dispersion time is 30min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the product.
In the embodiment of the invention, the prepared cleaning agent can remove surface stains of the insulator through comprehensive actions of mechanisms such as permeation, complexation, dispersion and expansion when in use. The sodium dodecyl sulfate is a compound with hydrophilic groups, is a good washing assistant and plays a role in preventing the redeposition of dirt; the trifluorotrichloroethane can form a stable complex with various metal ions such as iron, copper, zinc and the like, and shows an ideal synergistic effect with sodium dodecyl sulfate, the nano oxide is used as a dispersing agent, the surface tension of the cleaning agent can be reduced, the infiltration performance of the cleaning agent on pollutants is enhanced, the ethylene oxide and propylene oxide block polyether are used as a penetrating agent, the cleaning agent is facilitated to be deeply penetrated into the pollutants, the complex dissolution of carbonate on the pollutants is further promoted, and the cleaning effect is improved.
