Abstract

Description
本发明是涉及一种用于热封绝缘材料薄片连接部分的密封方法。
本发明特别适用于包装机,特别是用于用玻璃纸包装香烟包装或硬香烟盒的机器,下面完全以举例的方式描述。
在上述类型的玻璃纸包装机器上,围绕由硬香烟盒或烟盒构成的各个产品,将一透明薄片合成热封材料通常为聚丙烯对折成一个u形,这片材料的相对部分超出产品;然后,在产品的外表面上将这两部分重叠折叠,形成一个管状包装,并利用加热将这两部分热封使管状包装固定,例如用一个热封机或任何别的外部热源。
在已知的玻璃纸包装机器上,将这两部分热封在一起常很困难,主要是由于在热封期间,它们彼此间不能很好的粘着在一起。实事上,在这两部分间即使仅有极小的空气囊存在也会损害它们之间的热传导,以致要使用高于必要温度的热源;并且,在加热时间内,即使热封时间稍有变化都容易导致这个部分的轻微灼伤。此外,在热封期间,由于所传导的热引起的膨胀,包装内的空气会引起热封部分的破裂,从而使这两部分彼此分开。
本发明的目的之一是提供一种克服上述缺陷的设计方法。
本发明提供了一种用于热封绝缘材料薄片连接部分的密封方法,该方法包括将要密封部分一个叠加在另一个上的步骤和其暴露于热源使这两部分相互密封的步骤,特别是还包括通过产生一种静电引力在重叠的两部分之间形成一个基本真空的中间步骤。
所述的力最好通过下列方式来产生;在所述部分的第一部分的第一个表面形成第一个确定的电荷分布,在所述部分的第二部分的第二个表面形成第二个相反极性的电荷分布,所述的第一个和第二个表面彼此面对。
根据上述方法的一个优选实施例,所述的电荷分布是通过将这两部分放置在一个外电场中由感应形成的。
根据上述方法的另一个优选实施例,所述的电荷分布是通过在所述部分中至少其一上存放电荷来形成的。
下面参照一个非限定性实施例的附图以举例的形式来描述本发明,附图示意侧局部剖视图,且为清楚起见省略了一些部件。
在附图中的编号1表示一个用于密封热封绝缘材料薄片的两部分2和3的密封单元。
在所示实例中,单元1组成包装机,特别是玻璃纸包装机的一部分,所述包装机用于包装产品4,产品4最好是至少外层由绝缘材料制成的香烟包装或硬香烟盒,部分2和3构成最好是聚丙烯的热封绝缘包装材料薄片5的末端部分,这片材料围绕着各产品4折成一个管状包装6。为此,先按公知方式将薄片5绕各产品4折成u形(未表示出来),以便末端部分2和3超出产品4的一个外侧表面7;并且,部分2和3起初彼此平行,然后,在表面7上按已知方式(未表示出来)用部分3覆盖部分2的形式一个折在另一个上面,以便限定管状包装6,通过相互密封部分2和3使管状包装6固定。
单元1由一个静电源8和两个电导材料制成的平行板9和10组成。平板9和10限定了通道11,该通道接收产品4和靠近并对着平板9具有部分2,3的各管状包装6;平板9和10电接在电源8的各个极上以确定电容器12的极板,该电容器形成通过通道11的电场。
单元1还包括一个在垂直于平板9和10的方向14上可移动的密封装置13,该装置在使用中穿过平板9的一个中心开口15,进到通道11里面一个临时位置与位于产品4的包装6的部分2和3组成的密封部分16相接触。
在实际使用中,穿过通道11所产生的电场,在部分2和3的各自外表面17和18上19的产生的电荷感应分布与面对表面17和18的平板9上分布的电荷极性相反。同时,电场在部分2和3的各自内表面20和21上感应产生的电荷22的分布与外表面17和18上的电荷分布的电荷极性相反。在基本上由部分2,3的叠加部分所限定的密封部分16处,部分3的内表面21的电荷22的分布面对部分2的外表面17的具有相反极性的电荷分布19,从而在表面17和21之间形成一个静电引力,以便部分2和3粘在一起,并且基本上彼此真空连接。
因此,这在部分2和3之间基本上完全消除了任何空气,所以,当密封装置13与部分3的外表面18相接触时,可以用最小的热量来密封部分2和3。
根据如附图中的点划线所示的一种变化,省去单元1的平板10,并将平板9分成两个共面部分23和24,这些部分23,24彼此用一种绝缘元件(未显示出来)机械地相互连接且位于密封设备13的两边,使其与电源8的各极电连接,从而产生一个局部影响密封部分16的电场,以便在部分2和3之间产生所述的静电引力。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于在包装机中连接热密封绝缘薄片(5)的部分(2,3)的方法,该方法包括:围绕着产品(4)折叠所述的热密封绝缘薄片(5);将密封部分(2,3)一个叠加在另一个上并置于所述的产品(4)上;在与支承体(4)相对的侧面上通过使两个部分(2,3)暴露于热源(13)来将所述的两个部分(2,3)相互连接;其特征在于,还包括通过在两个部分(2,3)之间产生一个静电吸引力而在两个相互重叠的部分(2,3)之间形成一个基本上真空的中间步骤;通过在所述的部分(2,3)中的第一部分(2)的第一表面(17)上形成第一个给定的电荷分布(19)和在所述的部分(2,3)中的第二部分(3)的第二个表面(12)上形成相反极性的第二个电荷分布(22)来形成所述的吸引力;所述的第一和第二表面彼此相对。
2.如权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,至少绝缘体(4)的外表面是由绝缘材料制成的。
3.如权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所述的电荷分布(19,22)是将所述的两个部分(2,3)放在一个外电场中感应形成的。
4.如权利要求1至3之一的方法,其特征在于,所述的电荷分布(19,22)是由至少所述的部分(2,3)之一上存积的电荷形成的。
