calling the user terminal CPU occupancy standard range value information in the storage module in the memo item completion time period, and judging whether the CPU occupancy of the user terminal exceeds the user terminal CPU occupancy standard range value when the user terminal completes the operation of the corresponding memo detection item information;
and under the condition that the CPU occupancy of the user terminal exceeds the CPU occupancy standard range value when the user terminal completes the operation of the corresponding memo detection item information, sending second reminding information to all the user terminals in the corresponding group of the user terminal.
