Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a binding band adjusting device and a head-mounted display product, and aims to solve the problem that the support arm of the existing product can only be made into a straight direction, the direction of the support arm can be set according to the requirement to enable the support arm to accord with ergonomics, and wearing comfort can be improved.
The invention is realized in such a way, the bandage adjusting device comprises a shell, an adjusting wheel rotatably arranged on the shell and a locking structure arranged on the shell, wherein the two ends of the shell are respectively connected with a left support arm and a right support arm; the device comprises a shell, a regulating wheel, a winding wheel, a left elastic compression piece, a right elastic compression piece, a left sliding block and a right sliding block, wherein the winding wheel is rotatably arranged on the shell and can be driven to rotate by the regulating wheel, the left elastic compression piece and the right elastic compression piece are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the winding wheel and extend along the length direction of the shell, the left sliding block is fixed on one end of the left elastic compression piece, which is far away from the left support arm, the right sliding block is fixed on one end of the right elastic compression piece, which is far away from the right support arm, and the left sliding block and the right sliding block are respectively arranged on the two opposite sides of the winding wheel and can slide along the length direction of the shell; the left connecting rope and the right connecting rope are respectively fixedly connected with the reel, the left connecting rope passes through the left sliding block and then is connected onto the left supporting arm in a penetrating way, and the right connecting rope passes through the right sliding block and then is connected onto the right supporting arm in a penetrating way.
As an improvement, pulleys are respectively rotatably arranged on the left sliding block and the right sliding block, and the left connecting rope and the right connecting rope are respectively wound on the corresponding pulleys.
As an improvement, steering rollers are rotatably mounted on the parts of the housing on opposite sides of the reel, respectively, and the left and right connecting ropes are wound around the corresponding steering rollers, respectively, and then wound around the corresponding pulleys.
As an improvement, the anti-loosening structure comprises a ratchet wheel fixedly arranged at the middle position of the shell and a pawl structure coaxially arranged with the ratchet wheel, wherein a pawl of the pawl structure is meshed with the ratchet wheel; the adjusting wheel is coaxially arranged with the ratchet wheel, and a stirring piece for stirring the pawl structure to rotate and stirring the pawl to separate from the ratchet wheel is arranged on the adjusting wheel.
As an improvement, the reel is provided with fixed connection parts corresponding to the left connection rope and the right connection rope respectively, and the left connection rope and the right connection rope are fixed on the corresponding fixed connection parts respectively.
As an improvement, the reel comprises a spool connected with the pawl structure into a whole, and a fixed wheel body arranged on one side of the spool far away from the pawl structure, wherein the outer diameter of the fixed wheel body is larger than that of the spool; the fixed connection part comprises a fixed hole, a clamping groove and a penetrating seam, wherein the fixed hole is arranged on the fixed wheel body and is arranged along the axial direction of the fixed wheel body, the clamping groove is communicated with the fixed hole and extends along the circumferential direction of the fixed wheel body, the penetrating seam is communicated with the clamping groove, and the penetrating seam is arranged along the axial direction and extends to one side of the winding shaft.

As an improvement, the elastic connecting arm is arc-shaped, and the poking piece is an arc-shaped poking plate matched with the lateral surface of the periphery of the elastic connecting arm; and a supporting plate is arranged on the circumferential surface of the wheel body corresponding to each pawl, and a space is reserved between the supporting plate and one side of the pawl, which is close to the wheel body.
As an improvement, obtuse angles alpha are respectively arranged between the left support arm, the right support arm and the end parts of the corresponding sides of the shell.

The invention discloses a head-mounted display product, which comprises a host machine and a binding band adjusting device, wherein mounting plates are respectively connected to the left support arm and the right support arm which correspond to the two opposite sides of the host machine, one ends of the left support arm and the right support arm, which are far away from a shell, are respectively connected with the corresponding mounting plates in a sliding manner, one ends of left connecting ropes penetrating out of the left support arm, and one ends of right connecting ropes penetrating out of the right support arm are respectively fixedly connected with the corresponding mounting plates.
By adopting the technical scheme, the binding band adjusting device comprises a shell, an adjusting wheel rotatably arranged on the shell, a locking structure arranged on the shell, a left support arm and a right support arm which are respectively connected with two end parts of the shell, a coiling wheel rotatably arranged on the shell and capable of driving to rotate through the adjusting wheel, a left elastic compression piece and a right elastic compression piece which are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the coiling wheel and extend along the length direction of the shell, a left sliding block fixed on one end of the left elastic compression piece far away from the left support arm, a right sliding block fixed on one end of the right elastic compression piece far away from the right support arm, a left connecting rope and a right connecting rope which are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the coiling wheel and can slide along the length direction of the shell, and a left connecting rope and a right connecting rope which are respectively fixedly connected with the coiling wheel pass through the left support arm after bypassing the left sliding block, and a right connecting rope passes through the right support arm; the head-mounted display product comprises a host machine and the binding band adjusting device, wherein mounting plates are respectively connected to the left support arm and the right support arm which correspond to the two opposite sides of the host machine, the left support arm and the right support arm are respectively connected with the corresponding mounting plates in a sliding manner at the positions, far away from the shell, of one ends of the left support arm and the right support arm, and the left connecting ropes penetrate out of one ends of the left support arm and the right connecting ropes penetrate out of one ends of the right support arm and are respectively fixedly connected with the corresponding mounting plates.
The left support arm and the right support arm are respectively and slidably connected with the host machine, one end of the left connecting rope penetrating out of the left support arm and one end of the right connecting rope penetrating out of the right support arm are respectively and fixedly connected with the corresponding sides of the host machine, and the host machine and the binding band adjusting device are pulled to enable the host machine, the left support arm and the right support arm to slide in the deviating direction, so that the head-mounted display product can be worn on the head of a user; because the binding band adjusting device and the head-mounted display product are installed and connected through the left connecting rope and the right connecting rope and are subjected to tightness adjustment, the left connecting rope and the right connecting rope have flexibility, the arrangement of the left support arm and the right support arm is not influenced, the arrangement direction can be conveniently adjusted according to the needs, the problem that the support arm of the existing product can only be made into a straight direction is solved, and the wearing comfort can be improved.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

After the user wears the head-mounted display product, the side, close to the head of the user, of the head-mounted display product is defined as inner, and the side, far away from the head of the user, is defined as outer.
As can be seen from fig. 1 to 5, the strap adjusting device comprises a housing 11, an adjusting wheel 31 rotatably mounted on the housing 11, and a locking structure provided on the housing 11, wherein a left support arm 12a and a right support arm 12b are respectively connected to both ends of the housing 11; the device further comprises a reel 44 rotatably mounted on the housing 11 and capable of being driven to rotate by the regulating wheel 31, a left elastic compression member 41a and a right elastic compression member 41b respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the reel 44 and extending along the length direction of the housing 11, wherein a left sliding block 42a is fixed on one end of the left elastic compression member 41a far away from the left support arm 12a, a right sliding block 42b is fixed on one end of the right elastic compression member 41b far away from the right support arm 12b, and the left sliding block 42a and the right sliding block 42b are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the reel 44 and can slide along the length direction of the housing 11; left and right connecting ropes 45a and 45b fixedly connected to the reel 44, respectively, the left connecting rope 45a being passed around the left slider 42a and then being passed through the left arm 12a, and the right connecting rope 45b being passed around the right slider 42b and then being passed through the right arm 12 b.
For easy understanding, the working principle and the mounting mode of the binding band adjusting device are described as follows:
when in installation, one end of the left support arm 12a and one end of the right support arm 12b, which are far away from the shell 11, are respectively connected with the host 51 in a sliding way, and one end of the left connecting rope 45a, which penetrates out of the left support arm 12a, and one end of the right connecting rope 45b, which penetrates out of the right support arm 12b, are respectively and fixedly connected with the corresponding sides of the host 51;
when the head-mounted display product is worn, the main machine 51 and the binding band adjusting device are pulled to enable the main machine 51, the left support arm 12a and the right support arm 12b to slide in the deviating direction, and then the head-mounted display product can be worn on the head of a user, as the end part of the left connecting rope 45a is fixed on the reel 44 and is connected to the left support arm 12a in a penetrating way after bypassing the left sliding block 42a, the end part of the right connecting rope 45b is fixed on the reel 44 and is connected to the right support arm 12b in a penetrating way after bypassing the right sliding block 42b, and the end part of the left connecting rope 45a penetrating out of the left support arm 12a and the end part of the right connecting rope 45b penetrating out of the right support arm 12b are respectively fixedly connected with the corresponding side of the main machine 51; after wearing the head-mounted display product, the main machine 51 and the binding band adjusting device are pulled apart, and a pulling force is formed on the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b, so that the left sliding block 42a and the right sliding block 42b are pushed to slide along the length direction of the shell 11, the left elastic compression piece 41a and the right elastic compression piece 41b are compressed, and the head-mounted display product is fixed on the head of a user through the elasticity generated by the left elastic compression piece 41a and the right elastic compression piece 41 b;
rotating the regulating wheel 31 to wind the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b on the reel 44, which is equivalent to shortening the lengths of the left connecting rope 45a part and the right connecting rope 45b part between the reel 44 and the main machine 51, and continuously pushing the left sliding block 42a and the right sliding block 42b to slide along the length direction of the shell 11 so as to continuously compress the left elastic compression piece 41a and the right elastic compression piece 41b, so that the elasticity generated by the left elastic compression piece 41a and the right elastic compression piece 41b is increased, and the main machine 51 can slide in opposite directions with the left support arm 12a and the right support arm 12b, thereby realizing the regulation of the binding band regulating device; the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b wound on the reel 44 are extended by reversely rotating the regulating wheel 31, which is equivalent to increasing the lengths of the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b between the reel 44 and the main machine 51, the left elastic compression piece 41a and the right elastic compression piece 41b rebound and push the left sliding block 42a and the right sliding block 42b to reversely slide along the length direction of the shell 11, the elasticity generated by the left elastic compression piece 41a and the right elastic compression piece 41b is reduced, and the main machine 51 can slide along the deviating direction between the left supporting arm 12a and the right supporting arm 12b, so that the regulation of the binding band regulating device is loosened;
since the housing 11 is provided with the anti-loosening structure, the reel 44 can be limited to a rotated position, and can be loosened;
the binding band adjusting device of the invention is characterized in that the left elastic compression piece 41a and the right elastic compression piece 41b and the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b are used for tightness adjustment, the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b do not influence the arrangement of the left support arm 12a and the right support arm 12b, the arrangement direction can be conveniently adjusted according to the requirement, the problem that the support arm of the existing product can only be made into a straight direction is solved, the support arm direction can be set according to the requirement, the ergonomics can be met, and the wearing comfort can be improved.
In the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the winding of the left connecting rope 45a around the left slider 42a and the winding of the right connecting rope 45b around the right slider 42b, the pulleys 43a and 43b are rotatably mounted on the left slider 42a and the right slider 42b, respectively, and the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b are wound around the corresponding pulleys 43a and 43b, respectively, so that the relative sliding between the left connecting rope 45a and the left slider 42a and the relative sliding between the right connecting rope 45b and the right slider 42b can be made smoother.
Meanwhile, in order to facilitate winding of the left and right connection ropes 45a and 45b, a left steering roller 46a and a right steering roller 46b are rotatably mounted on the housing 11 portion between the reel 44 and the left and right arms 12a and 12b, respectively, the left connection rope 45a is wound around the left steering roller 46a near the left arm 12a and then wound around the pulley 43a of the left slider 42a, and the right connection rope 45b is wound around the right steering roller 46b near the right arm 12b and then wound around the pulley 43b of the right slider 42 b.
In the present embodiment, the anti-loosening structure includes a ratchet 13 fixedly disposed at a central position of the housing 11, a pawl structure 21 coaxially disposed with the ratchet 13, and a pawl 25 of the pawl structure 21 is engaged with the ratchet 13; the reel 44 is fixedly connected with the pawl structure 21; the adjusting wheel 31 and the ratchet wheel 13 are coaxially arranged, and a poking piece for poking the pawl structure 21 to rotate and poking the pawl 25 to be separated from the ratchet wheel 13 is arranged on the adjusting wheel 31.
In order to facilitate the left and right connecting ropes 45a, 45b to be fixed on the reel 44, fixed connection portions are respectively provided on the reel 44 corresponding to the left and right connecting ropes 45a, 45b, and the left and right connecting ropes 45a, 45b are respectively fixed on the corresponding fixed connection portions.
Specifically, the reel 44 includes a spool 44a integrally connected to the pawl structure 21, a stationary wheel 44b provided on a side of the spool 44a remote from the pawl structure 21, the stationary wheel 44b having an outer diameter larger than that of the spool 44 a; the fixed connection portion includes a fixed hole 441 provided on the fixed wheel body 44b and provided in an axial direction of the fixed wheel body 44b, a catching groove 442 communicating with the fixed hole 441 and extending in a circumferential direction of the fixed wheel body 44b, and a penetrating slit 443 communicating with the catching groove 442, the penetrating slit 443 being provided in the axial direction and extending to one side of the spool 44 a.
The left and right connecting strings 45a and 45b are respectively fixed to the corresponding fixing holes 441, engaged in the corresponding engaging grooves 442, and passed through the thread outlet 443 to the spool 44 a. In general, the left and right connecting strings 45a and 45b are fastened by tying a knot or connecting a ball end to the end thereof and directly engaging the fixing hole 441.
In this embodiment, the ratchet 13 is an internal tooth ratchet, the pawl structure 21 is disposed inside a ring body of the internal tooth ratchet, the pawl structure 21 includes a wheel body 22, and a plurality of limiting plates 23 circumferentially spaced around the wheel body 22, each limiting plate 23 is respectively connected with an elastic connecting arm 24 extending in a circumferential direction, and the pawl 25 is correspondingly disposed at one end of the elastic connecting arm 24 away from the limiting plate 23; a toggle piece is respectively arranged corresponding to each group of pawls 25, elastic connecting arms 24 and pawls 25 which are connected together, and is inserted between the corresponding limiting plate 23 and the corresponding pawls 25.
When the adjusting wheel 31 is rotated, the poking piece rotates along with the adjusting wheel 31, when the adjusting wheel rotates clockwise in fig. 3, the poking piece enables the pawl 25 to be separated from the internal tooth ratchet wheel, the pawl 25 can poke the whole internal tooth ratchet wheel to rotate after being separated from the internal tooth ratchet wheel, the reel 44 is fixedly connected with the pawl structure 21, the reel 44 can be driven to rotate, the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b are wound on the reel 44, and tightening can be achieved; when the adjusting wheel 31 is not rotated, the pawl 25 is meshed with the internal tooth ratchet wheel under the elastic action of the elastic connecting arm 24, so that the looseness prevention can be realized; when the regulating wheel 31 is reversely rotated, no external force acts on the elastic connecting arm 24, the pawl 25 and the internal tooth ratchet wheel are kept in a meshed state, and the pawl 25 and the internal tooth ratchet wheel can rotate in a unidirectional mode and are the same with the direction of the reverse rotation of the regulating wheel 31, the pawl 25 and the internal tooth ratchet wheel cannot prevent the regulating wheel 31 from reversely rotating, the regulating wheel 31 drives the poking piece to be in contact with the limiting plate 23, the poking piece and the limiting plate 23 act to poke the pawl structure 21 to rotate along with the regulating wheel 31, and a wire part wound on the winding wheel 44 can be stretched out, so that loosening can be realized.
Specifically, the elastic connection arm 24 is arc-shaped, and the toggle member is an arc-shaped toggle plate 33 adapted to the peripheral side surface of the elastic connection arm 24.
Further, in order to prevent the shifting member from shifting the pawl 25 to separate from the internal tooth ratchet, the whole pawl structure 21 is shifted to rotate by shifting the pawl 25, the circumferential surface of the wheel body 22 corresponding to each pawl 25 is respectively provided with a support plate 26, a space is reserved between the support plate 26 and one side of the pawl 25, which is close to the wheel body 22, and the support plate 26 can form a support for the pawl 25, so that the phenomenon that the pawl structure 21 cannot be shifted due to sliding between the shifting member and the pawl 25 is avoided.
Normally, three limiting plates 23 are provided, and three corresponding elastic connection arms 24 and pawls 25 are provided, respectively, however, the number of limiting plates 23, elastic connection arms 24, and pawls 25 may be other numbers as needed.
In this embodiment, the housing 11 is curved to adapt to the rear portion of the user's head, and obtuse angles α are respectively provided between the ends of the left and right arms 12a, 12b on the corresponding sides of the housing 11, and extend downward of the user's head, so that the comfort of wearing can be improved according to the ergonomic shape, and generally, the obtuse angles α are 120 °, 130 °, 150 °, although other angles may be selected as needed.
In this embodiment, the housing 11 includes a plate body and a bracket plate 47 fastened on an inner side surface of the plate body, slides are respectively provided between the bracket plate 47 and the plate body corresponding to the left elastic compression member 41a and the left slider 42a, and the right elastic compression member 41b and the right slider 42b, the left elastic compression member 41a and the right elastic compression member 41b are respectively defined in the corresponding slides, the left slider 42a and the right slider 42b are respectively slidably mounted in the corresponding slides, and typically, the left elastic compression member 41a and the right elastic compression member 41b are respectively compression springs, and the left slider 42a and the right slider 42b are respectively fixedly connected with end portions of the corresponding compression springs.
Specifically, a mounting groove 471 is formed on one side of the support plate 47 away from the plate body, and a cover plate 48 is fixed on the mounting groove 471; a mounting sleeve 472 is provided on the mounting groove 471 corresponding to the reel 44, the reel 44 is inserted into the mounting sleeve 472 and can rotate in the mounting sleeve 472, and notches for the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b to pass through are provided on the side wall of the mounting sleeve 472 correspondingly; mounting posts 473 are respectively arranged in the mounting grooves 471 corresponding to the left steering roller 46a and the right steering roller 46b, and are fixedly connected with the mounting posts 473 through bolts or screws passing through the cover plate 48, so that the left steering roller 46a and the right steering roller 46b are rotatably mounted on the corresponding mounting posts 473; the axle center position of the regulating wheel 31 is provided with a mounting axle 32, the pawl structure 21 and the reel 44 are sleeved on the mounting axle 32, the mounting axle 32 passes through the pawl structure 21 and the reel 44 and then is propped against the cover plate 48, and the pawl structure 21 and the reel 44 are fixedly connected with the mounting axle 32 through the cover plate 48 by bolts or screws, so that the rotary mounting of the regulating wheel 31, the pawl structure 21 and the reel 44 is realized in sequence.
In the present embodiment, the housing 11 is integrally formed with the left arm 12a and the right arm 12b, and the left arm 12a and the right arm 12b are integrally formed with the left end of the housing 11 by engaging the left buckle closure on the inner side of the left end of the housing 11 and the right buckle closure on the inner side of the right end of the housing 11, respectively, so that the left buckle closure and the left end of the housing 11 together form the left arm 12a and the right buckle closure and the right end of the housing 11 together form the right arm 12b, respectively.
In this embodiment, nylon ropes are generally used for the left and right connecting ropes 45a and 45b, but plastic ropes may be used as needed.
The invention also relates to a head-mounted display product, which comprises a host 51 and the binding band adjusting device, wherein the corresponding left support arm 12a and right support arm 12b at two opposite sides of the host 51 are respectively connected with a mounting plate 52, one ends of the left support arm 12a and the right support arm 12b, which are far away from the shell 11, are respectively connected with the corresponding mounting plates 52 in a sliding manner, one ends of the left connection rope 45a, which penetrates through the left support arm 12a, and one ends of the right connection rope 45b, which penetrates through the right support arm 12b, are respectively fixedly connected with the corresponding mounting plates 52, specifically, a fixed shaft is arranged in the mounting plates 52, and the left connection rope 45a and the right connection rope 45b are respectively tied on the corresponding fixed shafts or are directly sleeved on the fixed shafts.
After the host 51 and the binding band adjusting device are pulled, the head-mounted display product can be worn on the head of a user after the host 51 slides in the deviating direction with the left support arm 12a and the right support arm 12b; because the head-mounted display product of the invention is tightness-adjusted by the left elastic compression piece 41a and the right elastic compression piece 41b and the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b, the left connecting rope 45a and the right connecting rope 45b do not influence the arrangement of the left support arm 12a and the right support arm 12b, and the arrangement direction can be conveniently adjusted according to the requirement, thereby solving the problem that the support arm of the prior product can only be made into a straight direction.
