Abstract
An object of the utility model is to provide a cap, but not only the size adjustable range of extension cap, even also can improve the laminating sense by a wide margin when carrying out size control moreover. Technical Field
The utility model relates to a cap which can be worn during sports, daily life and the like and can adjust the size of an opening part according to the size of the head of a user.
Background
Various size-adjustable caps have been known. For example, there is known a cap provided with a notch portion at a rear edge portion thereof and a strap is disposed so as to straddle the notch portion, and the size of the strap is adjusted to be suitable for the head of a user.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
However, the cap disclosed in patent document 1 has a problem that, although the size of the cap can be adjusted by using an elastic rubber band (elastic band) and adopting a structure in which the rubber band is inserted through a covering provided apart from the crown portion of the cap substantially over the entire circumference, when the rubber band is tightened, only the covering through which the rubber band is inserted is tightened, and the feeling of fit is deteriorated when the cap is worn.
Further, the cap disclosed in patent document 2 has a problem that, when the pulling cord is wound by the winding mechanism, tightening force is concentrated on the rear edge portion of the cap, and therefore, the fitting feeling when wearing the cap is deteriorated. Further, since the cord is provided at a part of the rear edge of the cap, the cord does not interfere with an attachment such as a sunglass, but the range of size adjustment of the cap cannot be secured sufficiently for matching the size of the head of the user.
In view of the above, the present invention is to provide a cap that can not only extend the range of size adjustment of the cap, but also greatly improve the fit feeling even when the size is adjusted.

Further, since the retracting mechanism is provided on the rear side of the side face of the cap, when the sunglasses or the like is hung on the cap, the hooking to the retracting mechanism can be eliminated.

Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals are given to the common components. For convenience of explanation, the drawings are not necessarily described on a correct scale.
Fig. 1 is a schematic plan view showing a size-adjustable cap 10 according to the present invention, and the cap 10 is composed of a body 1 having a hemispherical structure and a brim 25 joined to the body 1. The main body defines the visor 25 side as the front 2 and the opposite side to the visor 25 as the rear 3 from the lateral center line X. The winding mechanism 6 for adjusting the size of the opening, which will be described in detail below, is disposed on the rear side from the lateral center line X.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the cap 10 as viewed from diagonally above behind, and as described above, the retraction mechanism 6 is provided on the rear side (right rear side) of the main body 1, and includes: one end of the pull rope 7 is connected with the furling mechanism 6; and a fixing part 8 connected to the other end of the cord 7. The winding mechanism 6, the cord 7, and the fixing portion 8 are provided on the side surface edge portion 4 of the main body 1, and the side surface edge portion 4 is a region within a width of 40mm from the end of the opening 1 toward the apex of the main body. The retraction mechanism 6 may be provided on the rear left side of the cap 10.
The cord 7 extends from the winding mechanism 6 to the side edge 4 of the front 2, and then extends to the side edge 4 of the rear 3 to make a substantial turn around the side edge 4.
In the illustrated example, the rope 7 is formed of 2 ropes, and the ropes are configured to be wound by the winding mechanism 6. The rope is formed by coating nylon (resin) on a metal material such as a stainless steel material. The rope may be formed of, for example, a PE (polyethylene twisted yarn) or the like that can be used for a fishing line. The material, structure, shape, size, and the like of the rope may be variously considered, and are not limited to a specific form. Further, when the string 7 is formed into a belt shape, for example, the stability at the time of contraction can be improved. Further, if the string-like pulling rope is used, the amount of winding of the winding mechanism 6 into the reel 12 can be increased. The shape, structure, size, material, and size of the cord 7 may be variously considered, and are not limited to the illustrated examples.
According to the cap 10 with adjustable size of the above configuration, not only the adjustable range of the size of the opening 5 of the cap can be extended, but also the feeling of fit can be greatly improved even when the size is adjusted.
The body portion 1 is formed of, for example, a double-layer structure, and each layer may be formed of, but not limited to, a plant fiber material (e.g., cotton, hemp, etc.), an animal fiber material (e.g., silk, wool, etc.), and a synthetic fiber (e.g., acryl, polyester, nylon, polyurethane, etc.).
When the main body 1 has a double-layer structure, the side edge 4 also has a double-layer structure, and the cord 7 can be disposed between the double-layer structures. The layer structure of the body portion 1 may be variously considered, and is not limited to a specific layer structure or material. Further, the layer structure and material may be different for each body portion 1. For example, the side edge 4 on the front 2 side of the main body 1 or a part thereof may be appropriately selected from a multilayer structure and a high-strength material that can further improve the strength.
As shown in fig. 3, the cap 10 may be provided with a notch 11 in the central region 9 of the side edge 4 on the rear 3 side.
Further, although the retraction mechanism 6 and the fixing portion 8 may be provided adjacent to each other, their positions may be appropriately changed. For example, the retraction mechanism 6 and the fixing portion 8 may be provided at a distance of 30 to 40mm, and more preferably at a distance of 30 to 35 mm.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cord 7 is provided so as to extend over substantially the entire circumference of the side surface edge 4 of the main body 1, but the positional relationship between the winding mechanism 6 and the fixing portion 8 may be appropriately changed depending on the required size adjustment range. From the viewpoint of improving the feeling of fit, the cord 7 is most preferably provided within a range of 65 to 100% of the circumferential length of the side edge portion 4. Further, the retraction mechanism 6 is preferably provided within a distance of 100mm or less from the notch portion 11.
Further, a cylindrical portion may be provided at least in part of the side edge portion 4, and at least a part of the cord 7 may be inserted into the cylindrical portion. For example, a cylindrical portion may be provided along the side edge portion 4 of the visor portion 25, or may be provided so as to pass through the notch portion 11.
Next, an example of the winding mechanism 6 will be described with reference to fig. 4. Although the winding mechanism 6 is a mechanism that can directly wind or release the rope 7 as shown in the drawing, another cable (not shown) may be provided, and one end of the rope 7 may be connected to the winding mechanism 6 via the cable.
The winding mechanism 6 is attached to the main body 1 through a sewing part 14, and a through hole is provided in the center of the sewing part 14 so as to be integrally provided around an insertion edge 15 of the winding mechanism 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the winding mechanism 6 includes: a cover 19; a bottom side plate (not shown) fixed to the cover 19; and a surface plate 21 rotatably fitted into the other side surface of the cover 19 and having a support shaft 20 provided at the center, and configured such that the other end of the support shaft 20 is supported by the bottom plate, the reel 12 is fixed to the support shaft 20, and the ratchet plate 22 is fixedly provided at one side surface thereof.
The ratchet plate 22 includes a pawl 23 elastically supported on the inner wall of the cover 19 and engaged between teeth of the ratchet plate 22 to prevent reverse rotation of the reel 12. The ratchet plate 22 includes a pressing rod 24 that penetrates from the outside toward the other end side of the pawl 23, and the engagement between the pawl 23 and the ratchet plate 22 can be released by pressing the pressing rod 24 in a state where the tip end of the pressing rod 24 abuts against the other end side of the pawl 23 (also referred to as a reverse releasing mechanism of the reel 12).
The dimensions, materials, and arrangements of the respective components described in the present specification are not limited to those explicitly described in the embodiments, and the respective components may be modified so as to have any dimensions, materials, and arrangements within the scope of the present invention. In the embodiments described above, components not explicitly described in the present specification may be added, and some of the components described in the embodiments may be omitted.
Claims (5)
1. A cap with adjustable size, which can adjust the size of a circular opening part for accommodating the head of a user,
the cap is composed of a main body part in a hemispherical shape and a brim part jointed with the main body part,
the main body includes: a winding mechanism; one end of the pull rope is connected with the furling mechanism; and a fixing part connected with the other end of the pull rope,
the retraction mechanism is provided at a side surface edge portion on a rear side of the main body when the visor portion side is defined as a front side and an opposite side to the visor portion is defined as a rear side with respect to a lateral center line of the main body,
the pulling rope extends from the retracting mechanism along the side surface edge part and is arranged in the range of 65-100% of the circumferential length of the side surface edge part,
the side surface edge portion is an area within a width of 40mm from an end of the opening portion toward a vertex of the main body portion.
2. A size adjustable hat as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cylindrical portion is provided on at least a part of the side edge portion of the body portion, and at least a part of the string is passed through the inside of the cylindrical portion.
3. A size adjustable hat as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cylindrical part is provided on the side part along the brim part.
4. A size adjustable hat as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a notch portion is provided in a central region opposite the brim portion of the body portion.
5. A size adjustable hat as claimed in claim 4 wherein the retraction mechanism is provided within a distance of 100mm or less from the recess.
