Technical Field

Background
The pressure-bearing pipeline type component has high failure rate in service under severe working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and radiation for a long time, and once the pipeline leaks, the pipeline type component has great risk to the safe operation of equipment. The maintenance of the pipeline has the characteristics of long period, high cost and the like.
From the literature published at present, most of pipeline maintenance is directed at the conventional pipeline, and the conventional method such as direct welding is limited by the conditions of the thickness of the pipeline wall, the preparation condition of welding tools and materials, the operation space, the technical level of welders and the like; the pipe end is provided with a pipe cap or a valve, the method is complex to implement and needs to damage the original pipeline to a certain extent; the pipe wall is additionally provided with the clamp, the method is suitable for the occasions of normal temperature and normal pressure, the operation is simple and convenient, but the time period of use is limited because the sealing element is easy to age; replacement of new pipes, which is complicated, requires dismantling of the old pipe and installation of the new pipe
Disclosure of Invention
In order to implement emergency maintenance on pipeline leakage, meet the requirements of pipeline mechanical maintenance process and solve the technical problems of pipeline prevention and emergency maintenance in narrow space and severe environment of high temperature and high pressure, a set of mechanical sealing device and installation method are developed to provide necessary equipment and method for pipeline part maintenance.
A preventive and emergency maintenance measure is urgently needed for defects of special welding seams and pipelines, so that quick emergency response of defect maintenance is realized, and safe operation of equipment is guaranteed. A set of mechanical sealing device is developed aiming at leakage of a pipeline, a sealing ring is installed around a defect, a certain pretightening force is provided through the sealing device, the sealing ring is compressed to form a closed space, and the defect is isolated from the outside.
The method is different from the prior method, adopts a flange type structure, the upper and lower groups of flanges are respectively installed and clasped with the pipeline, the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing element is positioned on the outer surface of the leakage point of the pipeline, the bolts between the inner surface of the flange and the left and right flanges provide compression force to tightly press the sealing element on the leakage point, and the leakage sealing of the pipeline is realized. The sealing device has the advantages of correct design principle, reasonable structural design, strong stability of the established process method, easy operation and short maintenance period, and is particularly suitable for occasions needing emergency maintenance.
To achieve the above object, the present application has provided, in an aspect, a sealing device for emergency maintenance of a pipeline, the device including:
the left upper half flange, the left lower half flange, the right upper half flange, the right lower half flange, the sealing element and the plurality of bolts; the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange are connected through a bolt to form a left flange; the right upper half flange and the right lower half flange are connected through bolts to form a right flange; the left flange and the right flange are respectively and tightly held with the pipeline, and the right side of the upper end of the left upper half flange is provided with a first extension section extending rightwards; a second extension section extending rightwards is arranged on the right side of the lower end of the left lower half flange; a third extension section extending leftwards is arranged on the left side of the lower end of the right upper half flange; a fourth extension section extending leftwards is arranged on the left side of the lower end of the right lower half flange; the sealing element is attached to the outer surface of a leakage point of the pipeline and is positioned in a gap between the extension section of the left flange and the outer surface of the pipeline; the third extension section is inserted into a gap between the first extension section and the pipeline, and the fourth extension section is inserted into a gap between the second extension section and the pipeline; the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange, and the right upper half flange and the right lower half flange are connected through bolts to form a compression load in the vertical direction on the sealing element so as to fasten the sealing element; the upper left half flange and the upper right half flange, and the lower left half flange and the lower right half flange are connected through bolts to form compression load in the horizontal direction for the sealing element to be fastened.
Furthermore, the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange are vertically symmetrical, and the right upper half flange and the right lower half flange are vertically symmetrical.
Furthermore, the device also comprises a washer and a nut which are used correspondingly to the bolt, wherein the washer is positioned between the bolt and the flange, and the nut is arranged at the end head of the bolt.
Further, the pipeline is a pressure-bearing pipeline, the pressure of the pressure-bearing pipeline is 0-17.2 Mpa, and the temperature of the pipeline is 0-350 ℃.
Further, the distance or gap between the pipe and the obstacle is greater than 1.5 pipe radii.
Further, the sealing element is a sealing ring, the inner diameter of the sealing element is matched with the outer diameter of the pipeline, and the size of a gap between the first extension section and the pipeline is the same as that of a gap between the second extension section and the pipeline, and the size of the gaps is matched with the thickness of the sealing ring.
Further, the extension lengths of the first extension section and the second extension section are equal, and the extension lengths of the first extension section and the second extension section are both greater than the length of the sealing element.

Further, the height dimension of the third extension section is matched with the gap dimension between the first extension section and the pipeline, and the height dimension of the fourth extension section is matched with the gap dimension between the second extension section and the pipeline.
In another aspect, the present application further provides a sealing method for emergency maintenance of a pipeline, the method being based on the sealing device for emergency maintenance of a pipeline, the method including:
cleaning a preset outer surface area of a leakage point, positioning the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange in the preset leakage point area, and mounting the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange together through a bolt group to be tightly attached to the outer wall of the pipeline;
inserting a sealing element into gaps between the pipeline and the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange, and staggering the seam of the sealing element with the seam of the left upper half flange and the seam of the left lower half flange;
installing a right upper half flange and a right lower half flange, and installing the right upper half flange and the right lower half flange together through a bolt group to be tightly attached to the outer wall of the pipeline;
the left upper half flange and the right upper half flange and the left lower half flange and the right lower half flange are connected through bolt groups;
and preset pretightening force is symmetrically applied to the bolt group, so that a compression load is formed on the sealing element.
One or more technical solutions provided by the present application have at least the following technical effects or advantages:
(1) the device realizes the test of various sealing performance tests, the device runs stably, and the precision meets the design requirements.
(2) The device has simple and portable structure and simple operation, and can be applied to the emergency maintenance of the pipeline under the harsh environment of high temperature and high pressure.
(3) Compared with other maintenance methods, the device and the method for maintaining the pipeline leakage have the advantages of short maintenance period, simplicity in operation, high reliability and the like.

When the pipeline leaks, the maintenance process of the device is as follows:
(1) removing a predetermined outer surface area near the leakage point, positioning the flange A and the flange B near the leakage point, and mounting the flange A and the flange B together through a bolt group 10 and a gasket group 9 to be tightly attached to the outer wall of the pipeline;
(2) inserting two sealing elements 5 into gaps between the pipeline and the flange respectively, and staggering the seams of the sealing elements 5 with the seams of the flange A and the flange B;
(3) installing a right flange D and a right flange C, and installing the right flange D and the right flange C together through a bolt group 10 and a gasket group 9 to be tightly attached to the outer wall of the pipeline;
(4) connecting the flange a and D, the flange C and the flange B by a plurality of bolts 7 and forming a compressive load on the seal 5;
(5) a predetermined pre-tension is symmetrically applied to the bolt set 7, which results in a compressive load on the sealing element 5.

Claims (8)

1. A method for sealing in emergency maintenance of a pipeline, said method being based on a sealing device for emergency maintenance of a pipeline, said device comprising:
the left upper half flange, the left lower half flange, the right upper half flange, the right lower half flange, the sealing element and the plurality of bolts; the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange are connected through a bolt to form a left flange; the right upper half flange and the right lower half flange are connected through bolts to form a right flange; the left flange and the right flange are respectively and tightly held with the pipeline, and the right side of the upper end of the left upper half flange is provided with a first extension section extending rightwards; a second extension section extending rightwards is arranged on the right side of the lower end of the left lower half flange; a third extension section extending leftwards is arranged on the left side of the lower end of the right upper half flange; a fourth extension section extending leftwards is arranged on the left side of the lower end of the right lower half flange; the sealing element is attached to the outer surface of a leakage point of the pipeline and is positioned in a gap between the extension section of the left flange and the outer surface of the pipeline; the third extension section is inserted into a gap between the first extension section and the pipeline, and the fourth extension section is inserted into a gap between the second extension section and the pipeline; the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange, and the right upper half flange and the right lower half flange are connected through bolts to form a compression load in the vertical direction on the sealing element so as to fasten the sealing element; the left upper half flange and the right upper half flange, and the left lower half flange and the right lower half flange are connected through bolts to form a compression load in the horizontal direction on the sealing element so as to fasten the sealing element;
the distance or gap between the pipe and the obstacle is greater than 1.5 times the radius of the pipe;
the method comprises the following steps:
cleaning a preset outer surface area of a leakage point, positioning the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange in the preset leakage point area, and mounting the left upper half flange and the left lower half flange together through a bolt group to be tightly attached to the outer wall of the pipeline;

preset pretightening force is symmetrically applied to the bolt group, and compression load is formed on the sealing element.
