背景技术
已知例如面板连接器的物件,其能够以线性或者以直角将两木制或复合面板或其它待连接的部件连接在一起。这种连接器通常为可旋转的凸轮设计,一个面板上的凸轮与第二面板上嵌入的销相互作用,以当凸轮枢转时将它们固定在一起。其它的设计在一个面板内嵌入带螺纹销钉并且在第二面板中嵌入连接螺钉,具有足够的空间将二者拧在一起。
这种连接器是可分离的,但是分离经常会导致损坏连接的面板,因为通过已经被嵌入面板本身中的部件的运动释放应力,并且不可能准确地重新连接面板。
因此,需要一种方法来解决允许面板部件的简易分离和重新连接的问题。

发明内容

本发明的优选地、但是非限定性的方面涉及连接器,其具有:
(i)母部件T形主体,其具有锥形榫眼(mortise)开口;
(ii)公部件T形主体,其容置结合至母部件T形主体的锥形榫眼中的锥形凸榫(tenon);
(iii)可铰接至销的枢转闩锁,闩锁保持夹持臂,其特征在于当夹持臂处于锁定位置时,两主体都固地固定在一起,其中两T形主体以理想的角度牢固地约束。
优选地,两连接件外部主体都成肋状以在插入面板中时维持牢固的保持。肋部在每一侧具有0.5mm的过盈配合。
容置连接件的机器
公部件和母部件都在它们相应的柜橱部件中精确地机器容置12mm的深度。
优选地,公部件和母部件为CNC加工或者能够通过使用模板来编程(route)。
柜橱部件面板为端部面板、顶部面板、基部面板、后部面板。
当连接器容置加工过程完成时,T形公连接器部件和T形母连接器部件插入容置部。它们随后被压配合或者敲击以配合每个相应的匹配柜橱部件。
组装的方法
柜橱/面板/壁部件能够在柜橱/面板/壁部件的面部边缘上或者后部边缘上被组装在一起。
步骤1:将端部面板和基部主体放在一起,使连接器锥形榫眼和凸榫对齐,以将两个主体结合在一起。
步骤2:当两主体结合在一起时,摆动具有夹持臂的枢转闩锁远离公部件主体。
步骤3:将夹持臂固定在母部件主体下方。
步骤4:将枢转闩锁推回至公部件主体中,将公部件和母部件牢固地紧固在一起。
要解锁连接器,摆动枢转闩锁远离公部件主体并且摆动夹持臂远离母部件主体并且将两部件拉离。
使上述过程反向以重新组装。
应当理解,即使在之前的描述中已经展示了本发明的多个实施例的大量特征和优点,以及本发明的多个实施例的结构和功能的细节,本公开仅仅为用作说明地,并且只要没有不利地影响到本发明的功能,能够在细节中进行改动。
例如,连接器的特定元件能够根据其所用于的特定的应用而改变,没有超出本发明的精神和范围。
还包含在本发明的范围内的是连接器构造成部分圆形,或者部分金字塔形,或者部分方形以及构造成将基底连接成共面至90度角。
而且,尽管在此描述的优选实施例涉及用于在面板连接系统中使用的连接器,本领域的技术人员应当理解,能够在附加权利要求的范围内进行改动和修改。
工业应用
本发明的连接器在家具、柜橱或者建筑工业中采用的多种装置的组装中使用。本发明因此为在工业上可应用的。
连接器能够被用于、但不限于下列的:
柜橱制作
内壳体面板的制造/安装
外壳体面板的制造/安装
办公室隔断
桌子
剧场隔断
学校、办公室、活动房屋、临时建筑、紧急避难所、便携式取证站(portableforensic stations)、紧急医疗设施等的建造中
术语“连接器”已经在本说明中使用并且能够与术语“连接件”或者相近的术语交换地使用。
Claims (12)
1.一种连接器系统,包含:
第一连接器部件以及第二连接器部件,所述第一连接器部件和第二连接器部件具有受压时可锁定地接合的互相接合的构造,所述第一连接器部件在接收腔内接收可枢转的闩锁臂,所述闩锁臂具有可枢转的夹持臂,当所述第一连接器部件和第二连接器部件互相接合并且所述闩锁臂从所述接收腔枢转时,所述夹持臂具有可接收在所述第二连接器部件内的部分,当可枢转的闩锁臂枢转入所述接收腔中并且可枢转的夹持臂枢转越过所述可枢转的闩锁臂的中心时,所述夹持臂能够将所述第一连接器部件和第二连接器部件压至可锁定的接合中,所述第一连接器部件和第二连接器部件可接收在分开的基底中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器系统,其特征在于,互相可接合的连接器部件为在一个部件上的单个槽以及在另一部件上的配合凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连接器系统,其特征在于,互相可接合的连接器部件为在一部件上的插头和在另一部件上的配合插座。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连接器系统,其特征在于,互相可接合的连接器部件为在一部件上的多个槽和凸起以及在另一部件上的配合的多个凸起和槽。
5.用于根据权利要求1所述的连接器系统的连接器部件,其特征在于,所述连接器部件包含横向于闩锁臂的平面的凸起。
6.用于根据权利要求1所述的连接器系统的连接器部件,其特征在于,所述连接器部件包含与基底接合的脊。
7.根据权利要求1所述的连接器系统,其特征在于,所述连接器部件构造成将基底连接成共面至90度角。
8.根据权利要求1所述的连接器系统,其特征在于,所述连接器部件构造成将基底连接成共面至45度角。
9.根据权利要求1所述的连接器系统,其特征在于,所述连接器部件构造成将基底连接成共面。
10.一种连接两基底的方法,其中:
第一连接器部件嵌入第一基底并且第二连接器部件嵌入第二基底,所述第一连接器部件和第二连接器部件具有受压时可锁定地接合的互相接合的构造,所述第一连接器部件在接收腔内具有可枢转的闩锁臂,所述闩锁臂具有可枢转的夹持臂,当所述第一连接器部件和第二连接器部件互相接合并且所述闩锁臂从所述接收腔枢转时,所述夹持臂具有可接收在所述第二连接器部件内的部分,当可枢转的闩锁臂枢转入所述接收腔并且可枢转的夹持臂枢转越过所述可枢转的闩锁臂的中心时,所述夹持臂能够将所述第一连接器部件和第二连接器部件压入可锁定的接合中,因此连接两基底。
11.一种连接根据权利要求7所述的两基底的方法,其特征在于,所述两基底大致处于直角。
12.一种连接根据权利要求7所述的两基底的方法,其特征在于,所述两基底大致共面。
