Abstract

本发明提供一种单扇窗纱一体式窗户,包括窗框、窗扇和窗纱,窗扇和窗纱通过合页分别安装在窗框的内外两侧;窗扇包括内扇框型材、外扇框型材、隔热条、双层玻璃和密封胶垫,双层玻璃的两侧分别通过密封胶垫密封安装在内扇框型材外侧和外扇框型材内侧,内扇框型材和外扇框型材之间通过隔热条连接,隔热条位于双层玻璃的端部,其中一密封胶垫向内侧延伸至抵接内扇框型材的侧部;窗框由若干型材和隔热条拼合构成,窗框的内侧开设一除湿口,双层玻璃一端的密封胶垫上、内扇框型材上、窗框的型材上开设供水汽通过的穿孔,穿孔连通除湿口。通过除湿口设计和密封胶垫设计相结合,使得水汽能够顺畅的在窗户框架中流通,避免积液导致腐臭。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种窗户,具体的说,涉及了一种单扇窗纱一体式窗户。
背景技术
现代的窗户由窗框、窗扇和活动构件(铰链、执手、滑轮等)等部分组成。窗框负责支撑窗体的主结构。
现有的窗扇结构中,大多采用密封胶将玻璃和窗扇粘在一起,经过日积月累的使用后,尤其是暴晒、暴雨环境中,密封胶急速老化开裂,水汽从缝隙中流入型材内部,而型材大多是封闭的,水汽在内部长期积存,腐败,造成锈蚀等等一系列问题,不仅影响屋内气味,也影响窗扇结构强度。
为了解决以上存在的问题,人们一直在寻求一种理想的技术解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,从而提供一种单扇窗纱一体式窗户型材。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种单扇窗纱一体式窗户,包括窗框、窗扇和窗纱,窗扇和窗纱通过合页分别安装在窗框的内外两侧,窗扇和窗纱之间留有间隙;所述窗扇包括内扇框型材、外扇框型材、隔热条、双层玻璃和密封胶垫,所述双层玻璃的两侧分别通过密封胶垫密封安装在内扇框型材外侧和外扇框型材内侧,内扇框型材和外扇框型材之间通过隔热条连接,隔热条位于双层玻璃的端部,其中一密封胶垫向内侧延伸至抵接内扇框型材的侧部;
所述窗框由若干型材和隔热条拼合构成,所述窗框的内侧开设一除湿口,所述双层玻璃一端的密封胶垫上、所述内扇框型材上、所述窗框的型材上开设供水汽通过的穿孔,所述穿孔连通除湿口。
基上所述,所述窗框内端凸起形成卡座,所述窗纱的内侧和所述窗扇的内侧均对应所述卡座设置卡条。
基上所述,所述窗纱一侧的卡条上、所述窗纱与窗框贴合的缝隙处开设一条贯穿的通路,用于排出水汽。
基上所述,所述窗纱包括窗纱框架和纱网,所述纱网的端部通过一窗纱密封条压紧密封在所述窗纱框架上。
基上所述,所述密封胶垫的一端为齿状的密封端,另一端为卡条端,密封端压紧在窗户的侧面上,卡条端安装在内扇框型材或外扇框型材的卡座内。
本发明相对现有技术具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步,具体的说,本发明所提供的一种单扇窗纱一体式窗户型材,采用密封胶垫填塞的方式代替密封胶密闭胶粘的方式,不再以绝对防止水汽进入为目的,而是采用允许微量水汽进入,但是设计水汽排出通道的方式,实现水汽的导通,有效防止水汽积存,同时,由于物理密封靠压力,即便密封胶垫微量变形,在压力压紧的情况下依然能够密封住,即便需要更换,也相对容易。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种单扇窗纱一体式窗户,包括窗框1、窗扇2和窗纱3,窗扇2和窗纱3通过合页分别安装在窗框1的内外两侧,窗扇2和窗纱3之间留有间隙;所述窗扇2包括内扇框型材5、外扇框型材6、隔热条7、双层玻璃8和密封胶垫9,所述双层玻璃8的两侧分别通过密封胶垫9密封安装在内扇框型材5外侧和外扇框型材6内侧,内扇框型材5和外扇框型材6之间通过隔热条7连接,隔热条7位于双层玻璃8的端部,其中一密封胶垫9向内侧延伸至抵接内扇框型材5的侧部;
所述窗框1由若干型材和隔热条拼合构成,所述窗框1的内侧开设一除湿口10,所述双层玻璃8一端的密封胶垫9上、所述内扇框型材5上、所述窗框1的型材上开设供水汽通过的穿孔,如图1中线路A方向指示,所述穿孔连通除湿口。
由于采用密封胶垫9物理密封窗户的两侧,必然会有微量的水汽进入,在内部设置贯通的穿孔,穿过各个型材,形成如图1中所示的A向的通路,水汽能够从通路中溢出,保证了水汽的流畅,也就避免了型材内部出现积液、腐臭和锈蚀等问题,而且,密封胶垫9相对于胶粘的方式而言,稳定性更高,受到日晒雨淋的干扰更小,即便发生形变,在较大压力的作用下,也依然能够保持较好的密封性,更换也相对容易。
进一步的,所述窗框内端凸起形成卡座11,所述窗纱3的内侧和所述窗扇2的内侧均对应所述卡座11设置卡条12,主要用于关闭窗扇和窗纱时的定位。
进一步的,所述窗纱3一侧的卡条上、所述窗纱与窗框贴合的缝隙处开设一条贯穿的通路,如图1中的B方向的线路,与A线路原理相同,用于排出室内空气在窗纱3和窗扇2之间缝隙中生成的水汽。
进一步的,所述窗纱包括窗纱框架和纱网,所述纱网的端部通过一窗纱密封条压紧密封在所述窗纱框架上,室内环境而言,密封条压紧的方式更容易制造,受到室外影响的几率小,节省成本。
所述密封胶垫的一端为齿状的密封端,另一端为卡条端,密封端压紧在窗户的侧面上,卡条端安装在内扇框型材或外扇框型材的卡座内,齿状结构能够更紧密的与窗户贴紧,形变量充足,而外侧部分主要用于固定密封胶垫,两者配合,实现高强度的密封。

1.一种单扇窗纱一体式窗户,其特征在于:包括窗框、窗扇和窗纱,窗扇和窗纱通过合页分别安装在窗框的内外两侧,窗扇和窗纱之间留有间隙;所述窗扇包括内扇框型材、外扇框型材、隔热条、双层玻璃和密封胶垫,所述双层玻璃的两侧分别通过密封胶垫密封安装在内扇框型材外侧和外扇框型材内侧,内扇框型材和外扇框型材之间通过隔热条连接,隔热条位于双层玻璃的端部,其中一密封胶垫向内侧延伸至抵接内扇框型材的侧部;
所述窗框由若干型材和隔热条拼合构成,所述窗框的内侧开设一除湿口,所述双层玻璃一端的密封胶垫上、所述内扇框型材上、所述窗框的型材上开设供水汽通过的穿孔,所述穿孔连通除湿口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单扇窗纱一体式窗户,其特征在于:所述窗框内端凸起形成卡座,所述窗纱的内侧和所述窗扇的内侧均对应所述卡座设置卡条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单扇窗纱一体式窗户,其特征在于:所述窗纱一侧的卡条上、所述窗纱与窗框贴合的缝隙处开设一条贯穿的通路,用于排出水汽。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的单扇窗纱一体式窗户,其特征在于:所述窗纱包括窗纱框架和纱网,所述纱网的端部通过一窗纱密封条压紧密封在所述窗纱框架上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的单扇窗纱一体式窗户,其特征在于:所述密封胶垫的一端为齿状的密封端,另一端为卡条端,密封端压紧在窗户的侧面上,卡条端安装在内扇框型材或外扇框型材的卡座内。
