The keel and ceiling structure provided by the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a keel, fig. 1 shows a structural schematic view of a specific embodiment of the keel, and referring to fig. 1, the keel 1 comprises a vertical plate 11 and a bottom plate 12 which are arranged perpendicularly to each other, and a circular bead 13 is arranged on a first side edge of the bottom plate 12. The arrangement of the circular turned edge 13 can strengthen the strength of the first side edge of the bottom plate 12, and can also be used as a rotating shaft in the installation and opening use process of the suspended ceiling panel, so that the flexibility and the convenience of construction and panel opening are improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first side of the bottom panel 12 is further provided with a bend 14, and the circular bead 13 is located at the top of the edge of the bend 14. The arrangement of the bent portion 14 enables the position of the circular bead 13 to be slightly higher than the bottom of the bottom plate 12, and further provides enough space for the ceiling panel to rotate around the circular bead 13, so that the opening angle and range are larger.
Specifically, if the bending height of the bending portion 14 is low, or the bending portion 14 is not provided, the diameter of the circular bead 13 needs to be set to be larger (for example, larger than twice the thickness of the bottom plate 12) to meet the opening requirement of the ceiling panel. If the bending height of the bending part 14 is high, the diameter of the circular turned edge 13 can be set to be small, and the requirements of the opening angle and the space of the suspended ceiling panel can be met. The diameter of the rounded bead 13 of the runner 1 may also be the same or less than the thickness of the base plate 12 for locations where it is not necessary to open the ceiling panel.
It should be noted that the keel 1 provided by the invention can be an H-shaped keel, an i-shaped keel, a T-shaped keel or a special-shaped keel with other special structures.
In addition, the invention also provides a suspended ceiling structure adopting the keel 1, fig. 2 shows a structural schematic diagram of a specific embodiment of the suspended ceiling structure, and fig. 3 shows an enlarged view of a part a in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, the ceiling structure 100 includes a main runner 2, a hanger bar 3, a hanger 4, a panel 5, and the above-described runner 1 provided in the present invention. The hanging rod 3 is used for connecting the top of the main keel 2 and the top of a building, the main keel 2 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the hanging rod 3, the keel 1 is connected with the main keel 2 through the hanging piece 4, and the panel 5 is connected with the keel 1 used as an auxiliary keel. Specifically, the first end of panel 5 is rotatable grafting with the first side of fossil fragments 1, and the second end of panel 5 and the second side overlap joint of adjacent fossil fragments 1, and for the second end overlap joint of panel 5 on the second side of the bottom plate 11 of fossil fragments 1. The suspended ceiling structure 100 is particularly suitable for use in an overhauling suspended ceiling, the position of the panel 5 is used as an overhauling port, and when overhauling, the second end of the panel 5 is lifted and rotated around the circular turned edge 13. Compared with the traditional access hole structure, the connecting structure between the panel 5 and the keel 1 can ensure that the access hole is large enough to be opened and is convenient to enter and exit, has a simple structure, and does not cause adverse effects on the overall stability and the connection strength of the suspended ceiling structure; in addition, the rounded bead 13 on the keel 1 also adds strength to the structure.
In this embodiment, the top surface of the first end of the panel 5 is provided with a first step structure 51, the side surface of the first step structure 51 is provided with a groove 510, and the circular bead 13 of the keel 1 is located in the groove 510. Suitably, the second end of the panel 5 is provided with a second step structure 52 at its underside, the second step structure 52 being bridged on a second side of the keel 1. The panel 5 rotates by using the circular bead 13 as a rotating shaft through the groove 510, so that the opening space of the second end of the panel 5 is effectively increased, and the panel 5 is convenient and flexible to open. In addition, the arrangement of the bent portion 14 on the bottom plate 12 of the keel 1 can make the circular bead 13 better fit with the groove 510 of the panel 5, thereby further ensuring the opening flexibility of the panel 5.
In an exemplary embodiment, the circular bead 13 is formed by curling the flange of the bottom plate 12 upward, so that the panel 5 has a certain rotation height when the panel 5 is opened and rotated, and the largest rotation space is provided for the opening of the panel 5.
The corner of the inner side of the groove 510 is an arc-shaped structure which is matched with the circular bead 13, so that the panel 5 can be flexibly and smoothly rotated and opened. Specifically, the height of the groove 510 is greater than or equal to the vertical distance between the top of the circular bead 13 and the bottom of the keel 1, so as to ensure convenient and smooth installation.
Specifically, the width of the groove 510 is greater than the outer diameter of the circular bead 13 and less than the width of the first side of the bottom plate 12 of the keel 1, so that the influence on use and even danger caused by the slipping of the panel 5 in the use process are effectively avoided; in addition, the sum of the width of the groove 510 and the width of the first step structure 51 is greater than or equal to the width of the bottom plate 12 of the keel 1, so as to ensure seamless splicing between two adjacent panels 5 in the suspended ceiling structure 100 and ensure beautiful appearance. On the premise of ensuring the strength of the panel 5, the width of the groove 510 should not be larger than the outer diameter of the circular bead 13 too much, so as to avoid the first step structure 51 colliding with the keel 1 when the rotating panel 5 is opened. For example, the width of the groove 510 may be 0.8 to 1.75 times the outer diameter of the bead 13.
In addition, the width of the second step structure 52 is less than or equal to the width of the second side of the keel 1, which can ensure the stable connection between the panel 5 and the second side of the keel 1, and can further avoid the gap between the panel 5 connected with the first side of the keel 1.
The suspended ceiling structure 100 of the present invention is particularly suitable for a structure in which pipes, etc. having a large diameter are laid on the top of a building, and the hanger rod 2 may be fixedly connected to the roof by means of a bracket or a reinforcing bar. As shown in fig. 2, the ceiling structure 100 of the present invention may further include a duct bracket 6. The pipeline bracket 6 is fixed on the roof, the top end of the suspender 3 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the pipeline bracket 6, and pipelines, pipelines and the like are all arranged in the pipeline bracket 6. Through the special connection structure between panel 5 and fossil fragments 1, can lift up panel 5's second end, then the workman gets into the top of furred ceiling structure 100 and overhauls facilities such as pipeline, has effectively solved under the circumstances that the furred ceiling space has intensive pipeline, difficult problems such as jib installation difficulty, later maintenance difficulty.
The above-described aspects may be implemented individually or in various combinations, and such variations are within the scope of the present invention.
