Description

Door lock short circuit detection control method and system based on elevator door lock bypass
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of elevator detection, in particular to a door lock short circuit detection control method and system based on an elevator door lock bypass.
Background
In the maintenance and repair process of the elevator, most elevators have door lock faults, so that the elevator cannot run normally, and the door lock loop can be short-circuited to repair the elevator in the maintenance process.
Because a short-circuit door lock loop is inevitable during elevator maintenance, the short-circuit door lock loop can cause a great deal of casualty accidents; in order to reduce the risk of casualty accidents, several methods are used.
(1) Flags and alarms . That is, the word "bypass" is indicated on or near the elevator landing doors and car door bypass devices and indicates the "bypass" state or "off" state of the bypass device; most elevator companies have set flags and alarms , but these methods are not practical.
(2) Systems without bypasses are designed. This is not possible to perform because to find the correct position of the faulty contact of the door lock, it is necessary to bypass this contact in order to move the car to that position.
(3) Avoid forgetting the short circuit. This only reduces the possibility of forgetting, but cannot really avoid forgetting. For example, some elevator companies assign a special jumper with a serial number to each elevator maintenance person, and after each maintenance is finished, the elevator maintenance person is required to check whether the elevator maintenance person forgets, and each elevator maintenance person is checked by the station length after the elevator maintenance person finishes, so that potential safety hazards are reduced, and a good effect is obtained. However, the measures can only partially solve the problems of forgetting the short-circuit wire of the door lock and checking responsibility after the accident, belong to measures for enhancing responsibility of elevator maintenance personnel, and cannot fundamentally solve the potential safety hazard of short-circuit of the door lock loop during maintenance.
In order to solve the above problems, in the prior art, a corresponding door lock bypass is also provided to prevent a car door and a landing door from being short-circuited at the same time, and to improve the safety of elevator maintenance personnel in the maintenance process, for example, chinese patent publication No. CN206427903U discloses an elevator door lock bypass device, which includes: bypass module, the entrance hall bypass instructs the flat tube, layer door bypass short circuit terminal, bypass safety apron, a serial communication port, under the elevator is normal operating mode, bypass module inserts in urgent electronic bypass short circuit terminal, the light source that plane tube was instructed to urgent electronic bypass is the green, and be in hidden state to layer door bypass short circuit terminal and sedan-chair door bypass short circuit terminal through the apron on the bypass module under, adopt this elevator lock bypass device, can prevent sedan-chair door layer door short circuit simultaneously, the security in the maintenance process has been improved.
However, the elevator door lock bypass device in the prior art can only avoid the risk in the elevator bypass process, and cannot avoid the problem that the elevator maintenance personnel forget to disconnect the short circuit loop after completing maintenance.
Therefore, in order to ensure the safe use of the elevator and avoid safety accidents caused by short circuit of the door lock, a method and a system which are convenient for detecting whether the door lock has a phenomenon of short circuit are needed to be designed to solve the problems.
