Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
According to the clamping mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention, the clamping unit capable of clamping is arranged between the cover plate and the shell, so that the cover plate is prevented from falling off from the shell when the bag is unfolded. It should be noted that various technical features in the embodiments of the present invention can be arbitrarily combined without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

It should be noted that the airbag module of the embodiment of the invention may include only the airbag, and may also include the airbag and other auxiliary components. The second hook 10 and the slot 3 cooperate to form a clamping unit. As shown in fig. 6, in practical application, when the bag is unfolded, the cover plate 1 moves upward, and the second hook 10 is engaged with the engaging groove 3, so that the upward movement of the cover plate 1 can be limited, and the cover plate can be prevented from falling off from the housing when the bag is unfolded. In addition, the clamping mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention is simple in structure and manufacturing process and low in cost.
Optionally, a through hole 8 is formed in the housing 7, and a first hook 5 is arranged on the cover plate 1; in the process of clamping the shell 7 and the cover plate 1, the first clamping hook 5 can penetrate through the through hole 8 and is overlapped on the surface of the shell 7.
The first hook 5 and the through hole 8 are matched to form another clamping unit. As shown in fig. 6, in practical application, when the bag is unfolded, the cover plate 1 moves upward, and the cover plate vertical wall 2 and the housing vertical wall 11 keep contact, so that the stress of the hook 5 can be reduced; and because the hook 5 passes through the through hole 8 and then is overlapped on the surface of the shell 7, the upward movement of the cover plate 1 can be limited, thereby preventing the risk of the breakage of the hook and the falling off of the cover plate from the shell. In addition, the clamping mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention is simple in structure and manufacturing process and low in cost.
In order to make the hook 5 penetrate the through hole 8, the protrusion length of the hook 5 must be enough to contact the through hole 8, the hook cannot penetrate the through hole 8 if the length of the hook is too short, and the hook cannot penetrate the through hole 8, but cannot be fastened to the housing 7, so that the aforementioned clamping effect cannot be achieved. In practical application, a person skilled in the art can set a suitable length of the hook, or can extend the length of the vertical wall of the cover plate 1 and set the hook 5 at the end of the vertical wall of the cover plate. In some alternative embodiments, the cover plate 1 may be provided with a protrusion 4, and the first hook 5 is provided at an end of the protrusion 4. Optionally, the housing vertical wall 11 of the housing 7 is provided with a second hook 10, and the cover vertical wall 2 of the cover 1 is provided with a slot 3. In the process of clamping the shell 7 and the cover plate 1, the second clamping hook 10 is clamped with the clamping groove 3.
A first snap spring 14 may be further disposed in the housing 7, and an outer side surface of the first snap spring 14 abuts against an inner side surface of the first hook 5 to apply a pushing force to the first hook 5, so that the first hook 5 is tightly overlapped on the surface of the housing 7. Fig. 8 is a schematic view of the first clip spring installed in the housing according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 9 is a schematic view of the structure of the steering wheel frame according to the embodiment of the present invention. After the clamping mechanism of the embodiment of the invention is arranged on the steering wheel framework 16, when the clamping mechanism is pressed from the passenger side to the steering wheel framework 16 side, the first clamp spring 14 is contacted with the contact 19 on the steering wheel framework 16, so that the horn of the motor vehicle adopting the clamping mechanism of the embodiment of the invention can sound.
Optionally, the first clamp spring 14 is an annular clamp spring, and two ends of the annular clamp spring are respectively arranged in the housing 7. The shell 7 can also be provided with a connecting hook 15; in the installation process of the clamping mechanism and the steering wheel framework 16, the connecting clamping hook 15 penetrates through a connecting hole 17 on the steering wheel framework 16 and is clamped with a second clamping spring 18 installed on the connecting hole 17. By adopting the structure form to connect the housing 7 and the steering wheel framework 16, the first snap spring 14 installed in the housing 7 can be separated from the contact 19 on the steering wheel framework 16, and when the clamping mechanism is pressed from the passenger side to the steering wheel framework 16 side, the first snap spring 14 is contacted with the contact 19 on the steering wheel framework 16, so that the connection reliability between the two is improved, and the ringing of the horn can be controlled conveniently through the pressing operation.
In some embodiments, the housing standing wall 11 of the housing 7 is provided with the first positioning portion 9, and the cover standing wall 2 of the cover 1 is provided with the second positioning portion 6. Optionally, one of the first positioning portion 9 and the second positioning portion 6 is a positioning groove, and the other is a positioning protrusion. The positioning is realized through the positioning groove and the positioning bulge, and the structure and the manufacturing process are simple. The housing 7 may be of one-piece construction. The shell with an integrated structure is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture.
As another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an airbag apparatus, as shown in fig. 10, where the airbag apparatus includes an airbag module, and further includes a clamping mechanism provided in the first aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, for mounting the airbag module.

The motor vehicle steering wheel of the embodiment of the invention comprises a steering wheel framework 16, an airbag module and a clamping mechanism provided by the first aspect of the embodiment of the invention; the clamping mechanism is used for installing an airbag module, and at least two contacts 19 are arranged on the steering wheel framework 16; after the clamping mechanism is installed on the steering wheel framework 16, when the clamping mechanism is pressed from the side of the passenger to the side of the steering wheel framework 16, the first clamp spring 14 is contacted with a contact 19 on the steering wheel framework 16.
