Abstract
一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,由平行设置的硅巢板层和碳纤维层贴合构成,硅巢板层和碳纤维层之间设有粘接层,粘接层同时填充在硅巢板层靠近粘接层一侧的表层组织空隙以及碳纤维层靠近粘接层一侧的表层组织空隙中。本发明通过粘接层的渗透粘接作用,使硅巢板层和碳纤维层紧密贴合成为一个整体,粘接后牢固可靠,使碳纤维硅巢复合板在不改变硅巢板自身固有的高强度、耐火、保温隔热、防潮防水、装饰、轻质、环保等优点的前提下,还因为与碳纤维层的复合而具有了弹性模量高、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、耐疲劳、重量轻、强度高等性能,使碳纤维硅巢复合板的抗弯折强度以及抗冲击力性能得到提升,制作方法简便,适用范围广泛。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及硅巢复合板领域,尤其涉及一种碳纤维硅巢复合板。
背景技术
碳纤维是一种高性能材料,具有弹性模量高、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、耐疲劳、重量轻、强度高等优点,在工业制造、体育器材、航天航空、医疗机械等领域都有应用,还能制造成杯子、眼镜框、戒指等,用途非常广泛。硅巢板是利用沙漠风积沙、河流淤泥废沙、各种尾矿矿渣、建筑垃圾等废弃物等尾砂作为原材料经过高温精化为巢孔并有微晶面层的板材,属于行业内开发的新型材料,具有高强度、耐火、保温隔热、防潮防水、装饰、轻质、环保等多种优异的性能。但硅巢板的力学性能如抗弯折强度以及抗冲击力等较低,韧性等综合力学性能较差,限制了硅巢板的适用范围,而现有技术中缺少能够在不改变硅巢板自身固有性能的情况下,提升硅巢板综合力学性能的方法。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中采用的硅巢板综合力学性能不足的问题,本发明提供了一种碳纤维硅巢复合板。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,由平行设置的硅巢板层和碳纤维层贴合构成,硅巢板层和碳纤维层之间设有粘接层,粘接层同时填充在硅巢板层靠近粘接层一侧的表层组织空隙以及碳纤维层靠近粘接层一侧的表层组织空隙中。
优选的,所述的碳纤维层采用碳纤维布、碳纤维预浸料或碳纤维板材的其中一种。
优选的,所述的粘接层向硅巢板层和碳纤维层的表层组织空隙中填充的深度均为1-5毫米。
优选的,所述的硅巢板层和碳纤维层均为等厚平板。
优选的,所述的硅巢板层和碳纤维层为具有相同形状曲面的两块平行曲面板。
优选的,所述的碳纤维层覆盖硅巢板层的全部外表面。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,通过粘接层的渗透粘接作用,使硅巢板层和碳纤维层紧密贴合成为一个整体,粘接后牢固可靠,使碳纤维硅巢复合板在不改变硅巢板自身固有的高强度、耐火、保温隔热、防潮防水、装饰、轻质、环保等优点的前提下,还因为与碳纤维层的复合而具有了弹性模量高、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、耐疲劳、重量轻、强度高等性能,使碳纤维硅巢复合板的抗弯折强度以及抗冲击力性能得到提升;同时,由于本发明采用粘接的方式,所以本发明对于各种形状的硅巢制件都可适用,只需制作外形匹配的碳纤维层再进行粘接即可。所以,本发明提升了硅巢板制件的韧性等综合力学性能,制作方法简便,适用范围广泛,对于硅巢板在各行业中的推广运用都具有积极作用。

参见附图,具体实施方式如下:
一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,由平行设置的硅巢板层3和碳纤维层1贴合构成,碳纤维层1采用碳纤维布、碳纤维预浸料或碳纤维板材的其中一种,硅巢板层3和碳纤维层1之间设有粘接层2,粘接层2同时填充在硅巢板层3靠近粘接层2一侧的表层组织空隙以及碳纤维层1靠近粘接层2一侧的表层组织空隙中,粘接层2向硅巢板层3和碳纤维层1的表层组织空隙中填充的深度均为1-5毫米。
本发明中,硅巢板层3和碳纤维层1均可以采用等厚平板,也可以采用具有相同形状曲面的两块平行曲面板,或者由硅巢板层3作为内芯,由碳纤维层1覆盖硅巢板层3的全部外表面,即本发明可以制成包括单面、上下面、内表面或全部表面均为碳纤维层1完全包裹形成的复合材料,具体结构可以包括平板结构、曲面结构、或通过机床加工成的任何异型结构,且不限于以上结构类型。
在进行制作时,先根据所需的力学性能进行碳纤维层1的铺层设计,使用碳纤维干布、碳纤维预浸料或者碳纤维板材,按照一层或者多层的结构与硅巢板层3进行铺层,然后通过模压、真空树脂导入等碳纤维成型方法使粘结层2浸润碳纤维层1和硅巢板层3的表层组织空隙形成完全粘结,提高其抗折强度和抗冲击力,增加碳纤维硅巢复合板的韧性和综合力学性能,并且在碳纤维层1的外侧表面具有高的表面质量。
本发明的碳纤维硅巢复合板与现有硅巢板的力学性能对比如下:
从以上数据可以看出碳纤维硅巢板的韧性等力学性能具有明显的提高,并且由于本发明采用粘接的方式,所以必然不会改变硅巢板层自身所具备的性能,就能在保留硅巢板自身固有的高强度、耐火、保温隔热、防潮防水、装饰、轻质、环保等优点的前提下,使复合板具有了弹性模量高、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、耐疲劳、重量轻、强度高等性能,从而使碳纤维硅巢复合板的抗弯折强度以及抗冲击力性能得到提升。
Claims (6)
1.一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,其特征在于:由平行设置的硅巢板层(3)和碳纤维层(1)贴合构成,硅巢板层(3)和碳纤维层(1)之间设有粘接层(2),粘接层(2)同时填充在硅巢板层(3)靠近粘接层(2)一侧的表层组织空隙以及碳纤维层(1)靠近粘接层(2)一侧的表层组织空隙中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,其特征在于:所述的碳纤维层(1)采用碳纤维布、碳纤维预浸料或碳纤维板材的其中一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,其特征在于:所述的粘接层(2)向硅巢板层(3)和碳纤维层(1)的表层组织空隙中填充的深度均为1-5毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,其特征在于:所述的硅巢板层(3)和碳纤维层(1)均为等厚平板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,其特征在于:所述的硅巢板层(3)和碳纤维层(1)为具有相同形状曲面的两块平行曲面板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维硅巢复合板,其特征在于:所述的碳纤维层(1)覆盖硅巢板层(3)的全部外表面。
